Helt renoverat Ranchhem på södra spetsen av Easton Point. Nytt tak, ugn, ledningar (200 Amp), värmesystem, kanal, VVS. Nytt kök, vardagsrum, matsal, ny sovrum med sovrum och 2 andra nya badrum. Alla nya apparater. Centrala A / C. Vackert stort däck med en Pergola, naturgasgrill, solstol och uteservering för 8 personer. Vackert anlagd egendom i ett lugnt område mindre än 200 meter från havet. 10 minuters gångavstånd till första och andra stränderna och en kort bilresa till Newport centrum.

3 sovrum - 1 kung, 1 drottning och ett rum som kan konfigureras som en kung eller två tvillingar. Vardagsrummet har en kaklad accentvägg med en linjär öppen spis och en 55 "infälld platt-TV. Färdig källare med familjerum och 65 "platt-TV, spelrum (med airhockeybord) och ett badrum. Tvätt på 1: a våningen.

Fullt möblerat, mat i köket som levereras med alla grunder och mer: disk, köksredskap, glas, grytor och kokkärl, kaffebryggare (Keurig) etc. Alla sängkläder, handdukar, filtar, täcken, sängbuggskydd som levereras för kortsäsongshyrare för högsäsong och valfritt för vinteruthyrning på längre sikt.

Great House Near Ocean

Very well remodeled and decorated, modern, well stocked spacious kitchen, within walking distance to beaches, nice neighborhood, comfortable open floor plan, and owners were very pleasant to work with and easy to reach.

Great location and great house!

We had a great week at 19 White Terrace! The house was very clean and the location could not have been better. Beaches to walk to and lots of good restaurants within walking distance as well. Chuck, the owner, was super helpful providing a thorough pdf with loads of recommendations for restaurants and things to do! He also suggested the Cliff Walk and the reed elephant exhibit which was incredible!

Beautiful home, spacious, modern, and clean, great for a family vacation or just a weekend escape for a couple or group of friends. Close to the beach, cliff walk, mansions and harbor area. Would love to return.

Fantastic clean rental. Short walk to beach. Close to the Newport restaurants bars and shops.

Seascape for the Win

Great spot, close to 2nd beach

We’ve stayed at a number of VRBO’s in Middletown over the years and this one was our favorite. Great location, close to 2nd beach with an open yard and plenty of room for everyone. The house was clean and we all slept wonderfully in the beds and sheets provided. The AC works great and was a nice touch upon returning back from a long day at the beach.

Simply Perfect

This was our first time staying at this property & Middletown and could not have been happier. The house is cute, clean and met all of our needs. Loved spending time on the back deck. The owners were super helpful & responsive. We look forward to renting here again!

Nicely decorated, well appointed, and great location and amenities.

Had a great stay to celebrate 5th wedding anniversary with my wife, myself, and our 3 year old. House was in great condition and nicely appointed. Was cute quiet neighborhood and short walk to beaches, coffee shops, and some restaurants. Backyard was nice in the afternoon too, enjoyed relaxing on the deck getting late day sun. Would highly recommend.

Summer vacation

A beautiful home close to everything and the beaches. 4 adults and one child stayed here and it was very comfortable and accommodating. Everything was clean and updated. The fireplace was a nice touch as well as the heated toilet seat! The location of this home is top notch. We really enjoyed traveling from florida to stay here and enjoy the beauty of Newport.

Gorgeous home!

Our family has stayed at other homes in Middletown, and this was far and away the nicest. The kitchen was impeccable; the fireplace was really lovely, the master suite was perfect.......really a gorgeous home. One of the other aspects that sets it apart is all of the little things------there are USB chargers with the outlets, the kitchen drawers are well organized, all of the baths have separate detachable shower heads, etc. Chuck and Debbie were sweet and helpful. We'll be back!!!!

Perfect place in perfect location.

The property was wonderful. The house is pristine and well appointed. The location is amazing. A short and relaxing bike ride to all of the beaches and nature preserves. Also close enough to Newport’s mansions and cliff walk. The garden is beautiful with a very nice composite deck, lots of hydrangeas and even a “chuckle patch” of daisies (for those of a certain age hailing from the nyc tri state area). The twin beds in one of the bedrooms are separable but we didn’t find any twin sheets so if you want to separate the twin beds you may want to bring your own (unless we just couldn’t find them - it wasn’t a big deal for us, our kids just slept on the combined bed). All in all a wonderful summer get away!

Great house & owners, poor neighbors (not for big groups)

We rented the house for Memorial Day weekend and were upfront that it was my wedding and there would be guests at the house on Sunday while we get ready. The house was great all weekend, fully renovated and in a great location. However, on Sunday I got texts and emails from the owner saying the neighbors were complaining about cars being at the house, a dog stopping by for less than 5 minutes, and my bridal party bus waiting for us out front. PLEASE NOTE - this is a good family house but do not rent if you are a wedding party or will have more than 3 cars. The neighbors will complain and you will be contacted many times. Chuck is a great host and I would recommend this rental for families or small groups.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautifully renovated property. Everything is very clean and new and the location was very convenient to the beaches and Newport. Wonderful week to celebrate our wedding

Everything was great from start to finish. The hosts are very communicative and provided lots of information to help with the stay. The house is extremely comfortable and clean and has a beachy feel to it. The location is perfect. Very close to Newport and the beaches. My family and I had a wonderful vacation to celebrate my wedding.

We are Chuck and Debbie Bodemann. We live in Westford, MA but are down in the Newport area a lot since my father and sister live in the area. We have 2 children, a boy (age 24) and a girl (age 26). We are 'foodies" so that is why we like the Newport area with its many excellent restaurants.

Absolutely fabulous location 200 yards from the ocean. We completely renovated the original house to make it very open, updated and single floor living, but with a finished basement with large screen TV, game room and another bathroom. Lots of amenities in a very expensive neighborhood

Fabulous Kitchen, living, dining area. Linear gas fireplace for those cool nights. Flexible bedding (one bedroom can be a king or 2 twins). Tastefully decorated in a beach/coastal/nautical theme. Central A/C. Beautiful deck and landscaped yard.
