Great location with a mini mart and breakfast cafe very close by. Close to Thames St bars and restaurants great location. Very comfortable beds.

This was a beautiful home to stay at and conveniently located. We were able to walk to so many places instead of having to drive! Highly recommend!

The VRBO was in a great/walkable location, was budget-friendly in comparison to other homes in the area, and was able to accomodate our group of 7 for the weekend. However, there were a few things that impacted our stay, and we unfortunately would not book again.Upon arrival, there weren’t enough basic supplies for a group of 7, including towels, toilet paper, forks, and bowls. Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and coffee were also mentioned as provided but were not available. Communication was another challenge, with limited responses and extended response time to questions both before and during our stay.A few other things are worth noting for future guests. The third bedroom with bunk beds is more of a pass-through space, as guests staying in the larger bedroom upstairs need to walk through it to access the rest of the home, including the bathroom. The shower curtain could use replacing as it was moldy (we had an allergy that this impacted), and a bit of extra care throughout the home could go a long way.The location and price were positives, and a couple of our issues wouldn't have been a big deal, but as they added up, they impacted our experience.

Friends Trip

This was such a perfect place for our stay! There was plenty of room for everyone to sleep, hang out, and have breakfast together. Beds were super comfortable and lots of natural light. The location you can't beat as it's walkable to the downtown and Thames street! Would book again in a heartbeat! Thank you for such a lovely place to stay.

Long Weekend for music festival

We came for a long weekend to attend the Newport Folk Festival and the location of this home couldn’t have been better! It was very close to Fort Adams and downtown Newport. Quiet street and cozy and clean home!

Great location, host and property!

This property was so great for our girls weekend away in Newport! Great location - close enough to town so it is walkable if you do not have a car. The place was clean, just as shown in pictures and the host was extremely kind, accomadating and reachable whenever needed! Thank you, Angie! We had a great time.
