Ideally situated between First and Second Beaches. First Beach is the closest of the two but, a quick walk to either. Walk from the house, across First Beach to the Cliff Walk. Purgatory Chasm within a few minute walk from the house. Listen to the Ocean at night. Gorgeous quaint neighborhood. Fully air conditioned comfortable super clean home, parking for four cars.

Bath towels, linens, beach towels & beach chairs/umbrella provided.
Short drive to the center of Newportâs shops, restaurants and attractions. Donât miss The Nature Preserve, The Bird Sanctuary, Newport National Golf Course, Area Vineyards, Tennis Hall of Fame and Sweet Berry Farm.

Purchased in March 2021 and newly renovated. Brand new kitchen and bathrooms (totally rebuilt). Newly furnished. Light and airy. Great backyard for BBQ-ing, eating and showering al fresco! Large backyard for kids to run and play. Picnic table with umbrella and 4 Adirondack chairs for eating and lounging.
Sleep to the sound of the ocean waves at night!

Saturdays and Wednesdays there is a local Growers Market nearby.

Listening to the ocean waves at night, watching the sunset a short walk away on First Beach, and walking to Clementine's-greatest ice cream on the island all make for a great stay in your home away from home.
