Jag bor i lägenheten och älskar bara att träffa nya människor. En kontinental frukost serveras dagligen! Jag har kaffe och te och gör ett bröd av mitt berömda Pecan Pumpkin Spice Bröd. Om du önskar en rejälare frukost finns det flera frukostplatser på kort avstånd! Vi tillgodoser äldre och änka resenärer, så sprid ordet för oss !!!! De gillar att ha någon här och känner sig trygga och säkra! Ja, du kan också boka en månad eller längre. Dessa lägenheter ligger precis vid St. Augustinstrand med havsutsikt från köket, familjeområdet och master svit! Du har en stor king size-säng och ditt eget privata bad. Solida franska stugdörrar med bultlås garanterar integritet och säkerhet. Tveka inte att ställa frågor eftersom vi är här för att hjälpa till på alla sätt vi kan. Vi är den bästa B & B på stranden ... Downtown historiska St. Augustin ligger mindre än 8 mil från lägenheten, var bara beredd på lite trafik under vår tunga säsong. Amazing hostess

Elaina was the most amazing hostess from her wonderfully delicious pecan pumpkin spice bread to her wonderful personality the condo was clean and inviting and Elaina was always eager to make our stay special she far exceeded our expectations and would stay here again without even looking elsewhere. Fantastic vacation choice: FABULOUS TIME!!!

From the first inquiry I sent about this bed and bread, Elaina communicated quickly, positively and completely answered all questions. As we were tired of FL highways and took the byways, we kept in contact with her regarding our later arrival. She met us in the parking lot with a trolley for our luggage, and welcomed us with a smile to our pleasant and safe accommodations. Her warm bread was a nice treat, much enjoyed by two weary seniors. She led us through beach access, only a minute or two away. My companion was an eighty-something widow who said she would be comfortable staying there alone. She had a need for rest one day and stayed 'home', sitting on the comfortable balcony, reading while enjoying the weather, the beautiful view and Elaina's incomparable hospitality. We're so fortunate to have found this hidden housing gem and its caring owner.

We had more personal attention than we could have ever hoped for by Elaina! She was a great host!

Elaina made sure that we had no problem finding the condo! Her fantastic pumpkin bread was warm and ready when we arrived. Her tips on where to visit and eat in town were worth checking out! We went to a suggested little diner with a great view of the harbor. We had some wraps and a beef sandwich which were awesome! The room at the condo had king size bed with an added extra top that was like memory foam! We can’t remember if we even changed positions at all that night, it was that comfortable! The balcony has a wonderful view of the well manicured courtyard and pool with the ocean and beach beyond! We were told by Elaina that during the Christmas season the entire town is at it’s best! Looking forward to checking that out!

Relaxing while listening to the waves

When we arrived, we had a very warm welcome making us feel like we were at home. The scent of fresh baked pecan pumpkin spice bread was nice. It tasted amazingly good you can’t stop at one slice. There is a peaceful relaxing feeling you have when you walk in your room. The bed is so comfortable and everything is just perfect. I highly recommend for anyone to stay here. The pasta was so delicious- it was a speciality of the owners. You really get the feeling of being like family and that is a wonderful way to spend time together with you. We had so much fun and enjoyed our stay. I would not change a thing ! All the amenities are good. The sites and attractions of St. Augustine are so pretty.

The property is well kept

This was our first time staying at a bed and breakfast. The condo was clean and inviting. The room we stayed in was decorated nicely and had its own private bathroom and sliding doors leading to the patio. Unfortunately there was very little room to put away our clothing, suitcases and items needed for dressing. Extra towels and toilet paper would be nice to have at hand. The topper on the bed was extremely soft which made it hard to get positioned in the bed. Since it is a bed and breakfast we did expect more than pumpkin spiced bread and coffee. I think we set our expectations a little to high.

The property was updated, comfy and clean.

Love that the place is so close to the beach and has two pools! The place is also super close to good beach restaurants and bars and downtown St. Augustine isn’t far away. The condo was very clean and cozy, with everything we needed. Elaina was extremely good at communicating and was very helpful during our stay. We loved the pumpkin bread and fresh coffee she made for us. We felt very safe and comfortable with her there. Can’t wait to come back again to enjoy the sound of the waves from the lovely patio!

My condo is comfy, cozy and clean. How can you go wrong when you open the door and the sounds of the ocean rolling in and out sooth you?
We are located right on St. Augustine Beach and minutes away from the downtown area!
There are so many things to do and see here that you will keep coming back over and over again!

The patio is wonderful to have breakfast on and listen to the ocean waves slowly awaken you.
The master suite is large and well appointed with its own sliders to the patio and private bath. There is a large TV with cable and Wifi in the suite.
