Very easy checkin and checkout. Had all the amenities we could ask for ! Would go back again! Wish the beach had been a little closer “, seemed like a longer walk than described in the Vrbo listing but all in all it was very nice and clean !! And the pool was very close

Awesome Place at the Beach!

The Batts family greatly appreciates your hospitality in allowing us access to your incredible condo. We are also thankful for your communication before and during the stay! We immensely enjoyed the condo, the easy access to the beach and accessibility to St. Augustine and all the historical and cultural things to do in the area. This was indeed a vacation to remember! Great location and very clean.

Great location, short walk to beach and short drive to shopping and activities. Very clean and comfortable condo. 2 queen beds in 2nd bedroom is great. Beach chairs and umbrella was a definite plus! Would suggest instructions for TV’s since there was 4-5 remotes for each TV. Bathtub was missing the drain plug. Overall a great place to stay and would stay here again.

Excellent Stay - Highly recommended!

We stayed here for about 4 nights this August and it was wonderful. Clean house, great location, great amenities and close to local shopping, beach was right there and St. Augustine which had great restaurants and tourist activities. Our family of four, with two boys aged 22 and 13, was perfect because each of the boys, who are both tall, we’re comfortable in their own beds in the same room. Nothing more was needed as the condo had everything we needed to be comfortable at the beach. Instruction to condo and codes were also super easy and when I had trouble turning on one of the TVs the owners responded right away. Would recommend this place to anyone.

Great location and complex!

This condo community is in an awesome location.....not too big so never crowded at beach or pool. Walk to beach was easy and loved that beach access is a ramp and not stairs. Condo had been upgraded and everything was very nice and clean. When we checked in only had 2 towels per bathroom for 4....not enough for a whole week. Called and we got extras very quickly. Suggestion for owner change some things in kitchen. You have only 4 glasses (4 large and 4 small) in cabinet which is too few for the number of people that can stay in this unit. Also could use a griddle of some sort for pancake breakfast or grilled sandwiches. But overall we had an awesome stay and would come again in a heartbeat! Loved St. Augustine!

Couldn’t ask for better accommodations

Great Family-Friendly Condo

We love Sea Winds. It's in a great location, right on the beach, close to local restaurants, only 10-15 minutes from downtown St. Augustine. Frank & Lucy have beautiful, well-furnished units and are great to work with. Our extended family comes together every summer. Very family-friendly environment!

Spring Break at St Augustine Beach

This was a perfect place for our family. My husband and I spent the days at the beach while the teens went back and forth to the pool and beach. We used the little kitchen for breakfast and lunch. They had what we needed for those meals. The Winn Dixie was convenient. Dinner restaurants were all close by. We went into the city a few times and it was about 20 minutes. We took an uber once and it was only 20. I would totally come back and stay here again! Thank you for sharing your condo with us!

Quaint, Spacious, & Comfortable

First floor entrance with 2 queen beds in the second bedroom made this condo REALLY comfortable for our family of 5. Even though it is right next to pool, it was very quiet and if we had usedb the pool, it would have been very convenient. Great location on A1A, near the Publix, restaurants, and beach shopping. We enjoyed the walking distance to great coffee shops for a great morning walk. Condo is very clean and nicely decorated.

Excellent location! Updated unit, very clean. Just need to new beach towel, umbrellas all broken and beach wagon. Loved having washer and dryer in unit. If you can add some Tupperware so you can take food to the beach. Will be re-booking soon.

Wildlife on the lagoon was an unexpected treat!

Sooo peaceful!!!

It was great! Needed some quiet time. The condos have a water lagoon right in back yard. Its not for playing in but the wildlife sure enjoyed it. I cant really put into words the calmness that i found there. Much needed. Well worth the drive. Beautiful place close enough to everything.

Perfect!

What a wonderful space! The condo was clean, spacious, well-equipped to accommodate our desire to combine both work and play. Couches and bed were so comfortable (and I'm picky about bed comfort) and waking up to the beautiful canal view every morning was a dream. Location could not be better...we walked the beach every night and to local restaurants. Hosts Frank and Lucy were wonderful and helpful as we were getting settled in. Would not hesitate to book again. Wonderful!

Nice Sea Winds Condo

We had a great time at the beach! The complex is clean and well taken care of, we did not use the pool but it looked nice also. Frank is a very attentive host, for example: the living room tv went out one evening and Frank arranged for a new tv to be delivered and set up the very next morning! The furniture is in good condition and comfortable. We would definitely stay again.
