Beautiful Cottage

This small quaint cottage was perfect for a getaway. Steps from the beach and pool. Very clean with a modern kitchen and washer and dryer.

Great cottage and location

This cottage looks like it was recently updated and was super clean. I have not one complaint, everything was perfect and as described in the listing. Will look to this property again for future stays.

Convenience of Publix nearby. Good restaurants. Short walk to sand. Would stay here again. My kids 14, and 11 had a great time.

Surf Crest Villa stay

The cottage was very clean with all cookware, supplies and all that we needed. I loved that the cottage was only a few feet from the pool and only minutes from the beach. I will definitely be coming back.

Wonderful Location

I’m so glad to find this property. All instructions were emailed to me everything went smooth. I will stay here again the cottage was amazing with pool close. Short walk to beach.

Cute little home, just a short walk to the beach!

The house was perfect for our stay! We loved the location to the beach, as well as other places within St Augustine! The beach area was not crowded, and it was a nice beach area! We were even privileged enough to see a giant sea turtle coming to lay her eggs! This was the highlight for me, what a sight to see!

2023 Vacation

The house was very nice, in a nice, quite neighborhood. Very nice modern and updated house, new appliances, etc. Pool was very nice and the beach was steps away. I like the gated beach access. Grocery stores and restaurants within a mile. Very good, quick communication with rental company. Will definitely use Sunshine Realty for future trips to the area.

Quick weekend away

The cottage is adorable and everything is brand new. Beach is a short walk down the parking lot. Plenty of bath towels and dime basics like paper towels and there were even two bags of ice in the freezer. There was a small foam cooler and a couple of camp chairs as well as a couple of beach chairs. Only complaint is that the master shower was continually changing temp from hot to cold. The other shower held its temperature. Overall a great stay.
