On the ground floor you will find the kitchen with the utility room, the living room and 2 bedrooms with beds of 180 x 200 cm, each with its own bathroom with shower. On the upper floor that can be reached by a staircase with 18 steps both from the right as well as from the left side you will find 2 bedrooms with beds of 160 x 200 cm, each with a private terrace on the side. The 2 bedrooms share a bathroom with a bath tub, double sink and toilet. In the garden you will find the infinity pool of 5 x 10 meter. The pool will be heated from the Eastern holiday until the end of October. Enjoy the sea views, and a BBQ dinner. The villa is across the Petit Boucharel beach, which consists of both sand as well as pebbles. There is parking space on the grounds for 3 cars. You can hear noises from the coastal road when in the garden, but the villa is well isolated and the road is not heard on the inside when the windows are closed. A wonderful villa to enjoy your holiday with family and friends, close to all facilities.

Cancellation costs are:
If canceled up to the 42th calendar day (exclusive) before the day of arrival: the deposit.
Cancellation from the 42th calendar day (inclusive) until the 28th day (exclusive) before the day of arrival: 60% of the holiday home rental.
Cancellation from the 28th calendar day (inclusive) until the day of arrival: the full holiday home rental.
