A rare gem nestled on the highest point of the Domaine du Golf de Sainte-Maxime.
This exceptional property offers 180° sea views over the Gulf of Saint-Tropez.
You'll be seduced by its spacious interiors and exteriors, all with superb sea views.
From the moment you arrive, you'll be dazzled by the breathtaking sea views.
The first floor features a spacious entrance hall, two large bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. Each has its own balcony and shower room.
On the garden level, a convivial space awaits you. A large, fully-equipped kitchen (Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, kettle, oven, microwave, dishwasher, hob, large fridge), with a central island and storeroom for extra storage space.
A summer kitchen facing the sea and giving direct access to the swimming pool (11x4m), equipped with a plancha and a second refrigerator.
Several outdoor lounges and deckchairs to make you feel at home and enjoy the day.
as well as a lovely petanque court.
For the night space, there's a third bedroom with its own shower room and bathtub, directly facing the pool.
All rooms are equipped with reversible air conditioning.
Just above the Sainte-Maxime golf course.
A garage is at your disposal throughout your stay.
HOUSEHOLD CHARGES OF âŹ280 MANDATORY TO BE GIVEN ON ARRIVAL TO COLLECT THE ACCOMMODATION KEYS (these charges cover cleaning by a cleaning company, as well as dry-cleaning of household linen, so that you arrive in a clean and disinfected place).
Linen provided for the duration of your stay (no change during your stay unless reserved in advance at an additional cost):
- 1 fitted sheet per bed
- 1 comforter cover per bed
- 2 pillowcases per bed
- 1 bath sheet per person
- 1 bath mat per shower room
- 2 tea towels
DURING YOUR STAY :

--> No overflow will be accepted. We ask you to respect the neighbors and the noise level in the evenings and mornings.
BEFORE YOU LEAVE! Please :
--> Empty all garbage cans before you leave.
--> Gather all sheets and towels in one place (returning them in a normal state of use).
--> Replace objects and furniture moved during your stay in their original place.
--> Clean and put away dishes and empty dishwashers.
--> Clean appliances (hob, oven, microwave, fridge, toaster, kettle, coffee machine, plancha, etc.).
--> To keep washrooms clean.
--> Throw away or take away any food that has already been started.
If the accommodation is returned dirty, we will charge the following fee: âŹ250 on departure, in addition to the compulsory cleaning fee on arrival.
In the event of loss of keys and beep data, breakage of a key/beep or lock, the cost of changing the lock and duplicate keys will be charged to the traveler.
Parties are not allowed in the accommodation, out of respect for the neighbors.
Pets are not allowed.
Non-smoking accommodation inside but accepted in the garden on condition that you dispose of your cigarette butts in the ashtrays.
We are available before and during your stay by telephone from 9am to 7pm or by e-mail.
