Kihei Kai Nani-komplexet har varit en del av vår familj i över 25 år. Du kan säga att Kihei Kai Nani och deras personal är som vår hawaiianska familj (ohana).

Vi har lagt mycket omsorg och tid åt att välja rätt bekvämligheter för våra gästers komfort och njutning. Varje år kommer vi tillbaka för att uppdatera och lägga till ännu fler bekvämligheter för att göra det till en enhet som våra gäster vill återvända till igen och igen. Vi hoppas få er som våra gäster verkliga snart!

Kihei Kai Nani-komplexet är bekvämt beläget i södra Kihei tvärs över gatan från Kamaole II Beach Park, 26 kilometer från Kahului flygplats och några minuter från Wailea, känd för sina magnifika golfbanor och exklusiva restauranger och shopping.

Vår rökfria enhet (# 127, byggnad 5) ligger några steg från den stora poolen, grillplatsen och tvättmöjligheterna. Vi har helt inredda vår enhet med eleganta möbler, vardagsrum och sovrumsgardiner, sängkläder, strandhanddukar och stolar, paraplyer, kylare, strykjärn / strykbräda, hårtork, platt-TV och Lanai (uteplats) möbler. Vi erbjuder också en queen size-säng i Murphy, luftkonditionering, skärmad säkerhetsdörr, takfläktar, stora garderober och ett hotellstil digitalt kassaskåp för dina värdesaker och / eller bärbar dator för ökad säkerhet. Komplexet erbjuder också gratis parkering och nattlig säkerhet.

Fråga om våra två andra lägenheter som finns i närheten. Perfekt för resor med vänner eller familj och vill stanna nära varandra, men ha ditt eget utrymme.

Avbokningsregler:
Om bokningar avbokas 45 dagar eller mer före incheckningen, kommer du att få en återbetalning av din insättning minus en avbokningsavgift på $ 50. Om bokningar avbokas mindre än 45 dagar före incheckningen, debiteras du minst 4 nätter (såvida inte enheten kan hyras ut till full pris) och återstående saldo återbetalas till dig. Avbokningar på 14 dagar eller mindre, före incheckningen, kommer att förlora alla betalade pengar. Den första dagen av hyran kommer det inte att återbetalas av någon anledning. Nice condo!

Had everything we needed and then some. Bed was super comfy, kitchen was quite adequate., and the location was perfect- loved the quick access to the beach! Highly recommend- we’d love to stay here again next time we’re on Maui!

Very convenient comfortable stay

We arrived in Maui for a family wedding with the idea of making this a family/friend vacation. 77 traveling from Texas. We split our stay between vacation rentals and big resorts. I preferred these accommodations hands down over the ridiculously overpriced resort. Best bang for the buck for sure. Fully stocked kitchen, which I wish we had taken advantage of, was impressive. My only criticism would be that the 2 mini-splits seemed a bit underpowered for the space. We made it work! Great Hosts as well

Excellent place in Kihei

We stayed at this place for three nights. Big enough for a family of four people. The murphy bed was good enough for our adult sons. The kitchen was well stocked, and we cooked every night. The location was excellent. Next to the beach and you can enjoy the sunrise/sunsets by walking few steps. Highly recommended.

Return to Maui

Always loved Kihei Kai Nani with close beach access to great beaches. Lots of shopping places and we love 808 Deli and Cafe Olei. Condo had most of what we needed and loved to not have to buy paper products, dishwasher soap etc. loved having beach chairs. Needs a better umbrella is only complaint. Thanks for great stay.

Location was amazing, and the apartment had everything we needed - the kitchen was fully stocked, had beach chairs, towels and an umbrella. The only downside is the windows are older so you can hear people and cars outside very clearly.

First time in Hawaii

I loved the property, the ground floor is great to at least try to drop the sand outside. Perfect for three or four. It's central to everything, the restaurant next door "Fred's" is excellent. Our host Tracy was more than accommodating letting us stay later as our plane didn't leave till 11:00 pm. Nice accommodations and a wonderful visit to Hawaii. Greg

Amazing

Had everything anyone could want or needed. On island contact was very friendly even had a treat in the fridge for us upon arrival.Just a walk across the street to see the best sunset on the island. Disappointed

We arrived & the condo had an awful smell. Mainly in the bedroom. I noticed animal poo on the floor & counters, as well as the kitchen cabinet doors. I called the on Island management, no answer. Then I texted him pictures. I then called Tracy off island contact left message with her. Then texted her about the uncleanliness. She texted back and said that someone would be over to check & clean. Beau the on island contact texted back as well & apologized he forgot to arrange for pre-visit cleaning. Condo had been empty for weeks he said. A gentleman came & cleaned the living room space & countertops. He missed the Gecko poo on the cabinet doors. As we settled in the condo it was not comfortable. The whole place needed a good deep cleaning. The sheets on the bed smelled, as I said in the beginning the bedroom smelled. I sent another text to the on island number to let him know the kitchen cabinet doors needed cleaning & left a note about the bedroom. Hopefully they realized the need & did a deep cleaning before renting.

Great Location

I was able to book this property last minute, Tracy responded really fast. The property was very clean, bed comfortable, liked having a TV in both rooms, location was just across the street from Ocean, walking distance to bars & restaurant's, pool was nice too.

Great place to stay. Great location. Right next to a bunch of beaches and resturants . Loved that there was ac. Free parking. The beach gear was much appreciated. Got a nice surprise gift twice from the owner. Very thoughtful.

Good for kids

Traveling with kids aged 5, 9, the Murphy bed here was a big step up from a pull out couch. It's a real mattress. Very close to laundry, pool, and walk to beach. Condo kitchen needs a salad spinner and a better frying pan (the pots & pans were once good quality Circulon but have aged and don't perform well on coil burner stove. The condo floor needs a good SCRUB, and window ledges are grimy/have evidence of geckos. Ac works well, very comfy beds, easy to spend 2 weeks. Lanai disappointed: no breeze from that direction, many wild chickens to poop out there too. Enough beach equipment for us: small tubes, flippers, chairs, boogie boards. Bathroom shower is great, vanity showing its age, rickety. Bedroom furniture drawers don't pull out - corroded drawer pulls and swollen wood. It's a good condo, but showing its age. Must get a lot of renters. Bedroom windows from 2 directions not best crosswind as one side faces noisy hot exhaust of laundry room - does quit by 9pm. We are very familiar with Kai Nani, and will opt for a different unit next time mostly for a better breeze & lanai position.
