Njut av Sunny South Kihei i vår bekväma, nyligen ombyggda villa i Kihei Kai Nani Resort. Vakna upp till bergen med utsikt över Haleakala vulkanen och njut av havets solnedgångar på kvällen från din Lanai. Vår lägenhet på hörnet är i byggnaden närmast stranden. För pool lounging vårt komplex har en av de största poolerna i Kihei.

Vår lägenhet nivå lägenhet ligger centralt i South Kihei nära restauranger och shopping och ligger bara 50 meter från den vackra Kamaole II stranden. Spela i sanden, snorkla, gå boogie boarding, eller bara ta in den vackra blå Stilla havet! Vår lägenhet har allt du behöver för en bra dag på stranden! När du är redo för din nästa aktivitet är det bara en kort promenad till din privata Lanai och ditt hem hemifrån!

Vårt nyligen renoverade lägenhet med 1 sovrum har en king size-säng i Kalifornien. Det finns en queen size gömma en säng om ett extra sovande område behövs. Denna hörn har snygga havsbrisen för att hålla dig bekväm. Andra bekvämligheter inkluderar luftkonditionering, tvättmaskin och torktumlare i enheten, plattskärms-TV, granitbänkskivor, WiFi och en kaklat lanai.

Tre av de bästa stränderna på Maui, Kamaole I, II och III strandparker sträcker sig i nästan en mil, och ligger inom gångavstånd från vår lägenhet. De är utmärkta stränder för familjer i alla åldrar. Efter en dag på farten finns det inte ett bättre sätt att avsluta det än att återvända till ditt hem hemifrån till lugn, tyst och avkoppling - njut!

Great stay!

This was a very comfortable and convenient place to stay in Kihei. The hosts had obviously thought about what a visitor might want and need. We had no problems, and would certainly consider coming back again.

Good location

It's nice to be steps from the beach, good location to walk to restaurants. Only real downside is that there aren't comfortable chairs to relax on the lanai (just bar top chairs) and it doesn't face the ocean.

Very close to the Beach

We had a great experience with this condo. It has all you need around you and within walking distance. Eateries, groceries, bars and lots and lots of shopping! And best of all the beach with magnificent sunsets! Hosts were great with communication and getting back to you quickly! We’ll definitely be back!

We enjoyed our stay because it was exactly as expected. The rooms were clean, we had friendly neighbours and our kids loved the pool. The location close to the shops and restaurants was great as well. So 100 % recommendation!

Surprisingly Quiet

The property and unit were very nice. Kihei Road is very busy so I expected some noise. However the complex is very quiet, even the groundskeepers. They are present, but very quiet and respectful. We will stay here again, perfect location!

Good budget rental. As advertised except no a/c in the bedroom. Right across the street from the beach and in good proximity of a general store and restaurants. Only recommendation would be that if you want only HE laundry soap used it should be provided with stay.

Week at Maui

The property was very clean. The carpet looked new. There was more then enough towels, cleaning supplies and kitchen items in the condo them we could ever use. Having the ocean across the street was amazing. The unit was quiet, the AC was only in the living area not the bedroom. It kept the living area cool. The parking was easy and the condo was close to lots of shopping. Want to stay there again.

Beautiful condo

We loved this little condo and how it had everything we needed at the beach and in the kitchen. Thank you! We lost internet early on the last night and was not sure if it was cut off bc we were checking out or if it was just out. If it was bc we were checking out, I recommend turning it off at 11am check out time. That was our only issue/concern.

Great location, cute place

The apartment is in a great Kihei location and was quite comfortable. A few amenities were missing, but nothing that affected my stay too much. There was no sugar, which I didn't realize until I had made coffee, and no colander which made making pasta interesting. There was only barely enough laundry detergent to do only one wash. Again, small issues, and overall it was a great place.

When we booked the apartment, we didn't know what to expect. The apartment not only met, but also exceeded our expectations. We are very pleasantly surprised how everything worked from the reservation itself, check in, check out, the location of the apartment. Kit and Janet also offer several things for recreation within the apartment itself, such as a swimming pool, beach chairs, surfboards, umbrellas and more. The apartment is well equipped and very neat and clean. Follow the instructions you will receive when entering the apartment, as it would be a shame to damage the apartment. It’s a shame that the ratings only go up to 5 stars, because they definitely deserve more. All recommendations!

Queen Sofa Bed in the Livingroom Handy

I was traveling with my older sister, with whom I do not share a bed, so I was delighted there was a queen sofa bed in the livingroom. Because of the nature of getting that out and open, I elected to leave it open my entire stay, which was a nice platform for reading, and generally organizing as this was near the end of a longer stay, involving another condo. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook for ourselves, which is what we had chosen to do. The unit is tastefully appointed, clean, neat, well labelled, and straightforward. The only negative I could mention was that I never found instructions regarding the use of the TV and could never get it to work for me. The timing for needing this did not seem like a useful moment to try to contact the owners, so I just did not ever watch TV. I did not find a manual for the media in the owner's manual for the unit - perhaps I looked in the wrong place? Anyway, the peace was useful - this condo is in the heart of Kihei, with a lot of other things to do than watch TV. (the News) Fortunately I had my laptop along, and had the NYTimes and MSNBC anyway, so that worked for me. The wifi is excellent in this condo.
