Pine Mountain Lake Cabin nära Lake Lodge

Pine Mountain Lake är en gated community och en perfekt tillflyktsort för familjer. Vårt hus ligger inom gångavstånd (5-10 min) från badområdet Lake Lodge, utrustat med en lekplats. Under sommaren kan du njuta av bad, vattenskidor, segling, kajakpaddling och fiske. Gemensam pool är öppen från maj till september. Det finns flera tennisbanor och en 150 tunnland golfbana, varav de flesta är öppna året runt. Det finns också fullservicestall med ridskola, bågskyttespår och flera vandringsleder.

Kabinen rymmer upp till 12 personer (10 bekvämt med max 8 vuxna). Befälhavaren svit har en king size-säng i Kalifornien (sover 2). Sovrum # 2 har en queen size-säng (sover 2). Sovrum # 3 har en två-över-full våningssäng med en dubbelsäng bädd (4 sovplatser, våningssäng är bara för barn). Bottenvåningen sovrummet har en drottning bäddsoffa (sover 2). Vardagsrummet har en drottning bäddsoffa (sover 2). Alla sängkläder tillhandahålls. Vi har 2 badrum och ett halvt badrum i vardagsrummet.

Matsalen har öppen planlösning, med ett matbord som sitter 12 och ett piano. Köket är just uppdaterat (2016) med alla nya apparater! Vi tillhandahåller allt servis, bestick etc. tillräckligt för 12 personer. Köket är utrustat med Keurig kaffemaskin och turkiskt kaffetillbehör. Huset är utrustat med luftkonditionering och Nest-termostat.

Njut av svala kvällar och varma dagar på vårt däck utrustat med utemöbler (plats 8) och propan BBQ grill.

Vårt hus har ett biljardbord i högsta kvalitet i vardagsrummet, ett fuzzballbord i sovrummet i nedre våningen, gratis höghastighetsinternet utan nedladdningsgränser, HD-tv-programmering och 2 LED-HDTV-apparater, ett i vardagsrummet och ett i bottenvåningen. Vi har också DVD-spelare, Apple TV och Wii-konsol.

Om du kommer under den kalla säsongen, kommer du att njuta av en stor sten spis i matsalen och en spis i vardagsrummet, med ved tillhandahålls.

Great dwelling for teens and teachers

Cool, clean house with a character, enough room for socializing, learning sessions and also for some solitude for extensive readers. Close to the beach. Very convenient kitchen that allows designated cook to be in the middle of everything while busy with cooking. Piano is a wonderful addition in case of music lovers. Pool table is a great entertaining component for people of all ages.

The property has everything you might need and is really a home away from home

Pictures of the property do not actually do it justice. The spacious rooms are beautifully furnished and decorated, each big and small item belongs to a proper place - nothing of casual mismatched furnishing you expect to find at a rental property. It is a place to live in comfortably and peacefully, where nothing irritates your eyes. After long days in the park we found a deep pleasure resting in this house, having late dinners at the big table. Each small detail was thought of and provided so that we felt really at home. Great house for a big company with teens

The property was in a very good condition: clean, spacy, A/C works well, linen and towels provided were fresh and of good quality. Though on the hill , the house is really close to our favorite beach - Lake Lodge. There were 12 people in the house for 8 days and everyone could find a room when wanted to be on his own. Great dining area, with a big table , also deck with umbrella allows to eat outside . There is also piano and pool table - both great addition to other conveniences when you have teens in the house. I definitely recommend this property for a big company looking for a brief vacation on PML.

Clean and accomodating

We enjoyed our stay at the Pine Mountain Lake Cabin. There was enough room for all of us. We cooked our meals, played pool and did puzzles while in the cabin. It was fairly close to Yosemite which we visited two days.

Nice house to enjoy nature and wildlife in a quiet environment

Great stay at Alex's house in Pine mountain lake: - the house is large, comfortable with a great deck - the Pine lake community offers different water activities (Beach, Canoe etc...) very convenient for families but not only - The location is great: Restaurant and all shops and services next to the main door of the community; Yosemite park is close meaning that, depending on your wishes, you do not need a full day if you want to go to the park; it is possible to spend half day at Pine lake and the second half at yosemite. - You can enjoy wildlife: Deers visiting you at breakfast time or after diner and.....we had the chance to see a young bear just few miles away from the house. - Last but not least: Alex had prepared everything for our stay; all necessary informations were provided and Alex was available in case of needs. I do recommend that place

clean and cozy

Itis a shag to get to the swim area. Lots of parking. Trouble with the A/C but the owner had someone out right away to get it up and running. Great shower head in the front bathroom. I had to order one from COSTCO as soon as I got home.

Awesome place!

A few friends and I stayed at Alex's house for Memorial Day Weekend 2016, and had an absolute blast. The house has modern amenities and is well equipped for a reunion with friends. The outer deck is great as we were able to grill throughout our stay. Definitely recommend if wanting to visit Yosemite!

Fun Cabin

We really enjoyed our stay in your cabin. Alex was extremely helpful and answered questions in a timely fashion. Great deck for some outdoors fun time. We also enjoyed the pool table and foosball table. Highly recommend!

Great home for families near the lake!

pros: Very close to the lake Parking passes for the lake Very spacious for a family of 10 Lots of trees and wildlife surrounding the home Nice patio with good bbq grill Plenty of parking Plenty of dishes Clean Great shower Cons: Very old stove- difficult to bake anything or cook. Luckily I brought a skillet Not very well stocked kitchen- missing some basic utensils like a whisk and coffee maker Uneven cooling of the home- bedrooms were cool while the main rooms were way too warm All in all a great home for a family vacation- the lake is perfect with shallow swimming areas and warmer water and I loved how close we were to Yosemite! Would definitely stay again!

Very enjoyable and comfortable place to stay

The house was very clean and functional for a group of 6. The house was open and spacious with all the necessities. The up's- Very clean, great pool and foosball tables, kitchen was well stocked, linens were more than adequate and clean, fireplace and wood stove for cool evenings, beds are very comfortable, about an hour drive to yosemite. The down's- could use a regular drip coffee maker for larger groups"had only keurig", several entrances but could only use one into the gated community, the security often had a hard time keeping traffic moving, no recycling service available. All in all the up's far outweigh the downs and I would recommend this house.

Comfortable and clean house with walking distance to the lake.

The house was really nice and well-maintained. There were enough of everything (dishes, linens, towels, etc.). We were enjoying dinners on the patio with comfortable furniture. The owner is very responsive and easy to reach. I would recommend this house! Thank you.

Spacious vacation home, close to lake location!

We had a wonderful and relaxing time at this vacation rental! We enjoyed the open space, the piano, and especially the pool and foosball tables. The patio table/BBQ grill was new and enjoyable to use. The internet was fast, the HDTV worked without issues. I would definitely recommend this home! The owner was also very accommodating and helpful!

First Visit to Pine Mountain Lake - Great House! Great Location!

We really enjoyed our stay at the house and our first visit to Pine Mountain Lake. The floor plan of the house is very open and a lot has been done to keep the place updated. The ceiling fans in the main room and living room helped a lot because the deck and the side of the house is west facing so it got warm in the afternoon while we were out. Needless to say the deck was the place to be for morning coffee and deer sighting!! It was a little over an hour drive into Yosemite valley but really an easy and very picturesque drive. Pine Mountain Lake really impressed me - the marina had a greeen belt and beach access to the lake that the kids loved. We took the water taxi around the lake and oohed and ahhed at the lake view properties. It was a very enjoyable time. We would certainly rent this vacation home again!

Great house
