Detta Àr den perfekta sommaren Getaway! NÀra till Yosemite och gÄngavstÄnd till de viktigaste hamnen pÄ Pine Mountain Lake. Vi tillhandahÄller en parkering pass för huvud marinan.

Hem byggdes 1991 men helt ombyggda i maj 2009. Hyr detta nyligen ombyggda 4 sovrum, 3 fulla bad med badkar och dusch, vardagsrum, familj spelrum, stort kök och matsal med plats för 10.

Stugan har nya trÀgolv, Caesar sten bÀnkskivor, skiffer golv och rÀknare, nya apparater, plattskÀrms-TV, satellit-TV, trÄdlöst internet, en familj rum med air hockey, bumber pool, pokerbord, och mycket mer. Stor gÄrd för barn och vuxna att spela in. Det finns 2 stora vedeldade eldstÀder.

Stugan kan sova upp till 13 personer. BefÀlhavaren svit har en king size-sÀng och vÄningssÀng i garderoben. # 2 sovrum har tvÄ fulla sÀngar. # 3 sovrum har en tvilling och en kung. # 4 lilla sovrummet har en fullstor sÀng.

Koppla av ute pÄ fler dÀck och njuta av utsikten över den vilda djur och trÀd skog som grÀnsar vÄr egendom.
En gasgrill, picknickbord och tvÄ utomhus matbord gör detta perfekt för varm sommar kvÀll middagar.

Great host

Megan was a great host! She was super helpful in providing information for check in and responsive while we were there. The house had everything we needed. Especially liked all of the kid toys. Downstairs got real cold at night but we had plenty of blankets. Overall great stay. Would go again!

Paradise for kids

We had kids from 6 to 15 in our group, and they all had a blast. So many toys and things to do on the property, tons of games, and the wrap around porches were great for tag. Very well stocked and maintained, this house was perfect for our group.

Great property and location

We enjoyed our stay at this property. The home was well appointed with everything we needed. All we brought was our food and clothing. The surrounding community (HOA) had a great swimming lake, snack bar (ideal for teenagers), lake boat rides, fun fishing, a pool and of course Yosemite National Park was only 1 1/2 hours away. The town of Groveland is a cute as can be and the nearby grocery store was convenient. My group of 10 definitely wants to return. Thank you Megan. This was a great stay!

A Phenomenal Mountain Getaway

My family and I wanted a getaway from school and work. We decided on a return to nature. I'm glad we found Megan's property. Such a beautiful place! The house was clean, the carpet looked new, and the place was stocked with everything we needed (plus more!). We were pleasantly surprised with the extra amenities like the laundry detergent and hand towels in the kitchen and bathrooms. The kids had a lot to do. We had some fun family tournaments with the pool table and basketball hoop. Loved the hikes around the lake and relaxing at park by the marny. Lastly, Megan was such a pleasure to work with. She made sure that we were comfortable throughout our entire stay. We'll definitely be back (for a longer stay).

Family Reunion

House had everything we needed and close to the lake and local supermarket and restaurants. Owner was very helpful and responsive. Queuing up to enter the neighborhood was annoying. Also having to park on the street at the weekend down by the lake. We went to Hetch Hetchy reservoir although the hike was too long for the baby and 3 year old. We all enjoyed Rainbow Pool and Columbia State Park. A few of our family members went to Yosemite Valley and enjoyed the spectacular views. Overall it was a great vacation and everyone was comfortable in this beautiful home. Thank you for allowing us to stay and thanks for the complimentary wine. I would suggest giving your guests at least two door keys instead of the one.

We had an amazing time! The home was clean snd comfortable. The location is amazing. Close enough to town to have dinner, but peaceful at the house. Easy distance to all in Yosemite. Coffee each morning on the deck listening to the birds. It wsd also great to be able to walk to the lake. Megan was very responsive and checked in to make sure all went smoothly. We will stay here again!

Comfortable house for a large family

The house had spacious rooms and the outside deck areas had plenty of space for our family to gather. The kitchen is fully equipped with cooking utensils, pots, pans and appliances necessary to prepare meals for our large family.

Family friendly and close to lake access!

We had a wonderful stay at this lake house! It’s perfect for large families and especially great for kids. There was plenty of space for everyone to relax, and the layout made it easy to spend time together without feeling crowded. The house stayed nice and cool thanks to great air conditioning, even on the hotter days.The location is fantastic—very close to the lake, which made lake days super convenient, especially with kids. The area felt peaceful and safe, and we made so many fun memories here. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a family-friendly getaway near the water!

Great for family!

Our family of 11 from 3 to 70 had a great time! The house was great for us and Megan was very responsive! Easy access to the house and the lake/beach was wonderful! Kids loved the pool table/play room, but didn’t want to sleep downstairs by themselves so if you’re planning to have young kids in the one bedroom downstairs they may not want to be there by themselves. All other bedrooms are upstairs (worked out for us, just an FYI). Kitchen has everything you need! One of the best equipped kitchens we’ve ever had in a rental (thank you!). We loved our stay and think it’s a great house! Plenty of room for all of us and 3 bathrooms is a big plus for a group! Thank you Megan for being a great host!

PML Family Vacation - Perfect Rental!!!

We have been renting in PML for 20+ years, and this home is truly one of the best we’ve stayed in. The owner, Megan, is the most gracious host I’ve ever dealt with. She really cares that you enjoy your stay, and goes above and beyond! Our family of 9, including two little ones had everything needed and more. The house is very spacious with plenty of room for larger families. You can tell there’s been a lot of thought put in to make it feel like home. There were deer roaming, just off the back deck which the kids loved! We had the best time, and can’t wait to return. Thank you for sharing your home, Megan!

Great location for a family gathering

Our family of 9 (ages 2-70) spent 5 nights here. Megan was very responsive to the few issues we had. The house was spacious enough for all of us. The master bedroom large closet worked well for having the pack-n-play setup in a very quiet location. We enjoyed the pool table. It was nice to have supplies such as ziploc bags and aluminum foil. The grocery store is close by and well stocked. The lake was WONDERFUL... It was a hot week so we went twice a day. The older kids enjoyed the platform for jumping off. The 2 year old found the warmer water and lack of waves wonderful for getting comfortable with the water. There were plenty of beach towels at the house and sand toys as well. We bought a couple of rafts/floats from the Marina store. They would have been cheaper from Target so get them there beforehand. We took the free water taxi for fun to see the rest of the lake. We used the fishing pier for fishing, a few went horseback riding and we used the golf course as well. The pool is not open for guests until noon and was quite crowded, so we only went there once. We would consider going here again.

It is great!

A lovely cabin in a nice neighborhood. The kids enjoyed the basketball hoop while adults enjoyed the patio. We appreciated the location as it is nearby a local lake, super market, ice-cream shop, etc and it is not that far of a drive to get into Yosemite National Park — which is amazing!

We live close to San Francisco and were looking for a great place to relax for the weekend. Only 2 1/2 hours from San Francisco we were able to find our retreat. Pine Mountain Lake has it all. We love spending our weekends here and relaxing.
