Vi spenderade flera månader på att leta efter det perfekta läget för att utveckla AyatanaBali. Vi är 7 min från stranden, 3 min från huvudgatan "Eat Street" a. K.A. Jl. Kayu Aya, det här är all action. Om vi var närmare huvudgatan skulle du höra gatan buller och trafik, om vi var närmare stranden skulle du ha en längre promenad på natten (matsal, barer, klubbar, butiker och spa). Andra egenskaper tout ett bra läge, kolla kartorna för att säkerställa att du bor på rätt ställe.

Din privata villaförening
Ayantana Bali är en 3 sovrum, balinesisk stil förening med öppet kök, vardagsrum och balkong utrymmen.

Varje sovrums svit är luftkonditionerad med stödjande justerbara golvfläktar. De privata badrummen är åtskilda av traditionella balinesiska bågar och dubbeldörrar.

Varje badrumsvit är modellerad i naturlig javanesisk grön stenutsmyckning, sandsten, halvväggar och golv. Trä finish av Teak, Suar, Mahogany, fåfänga och speglar.

Stora glasfönster och dörröppningar av Mahogany trä ser ut mot poolen, däck, balkong trädgårdsområden och dammar.

Din pool är en 8m x 4m grön sten simning område med ett djup som sträcker sig från 0. 5m till 1. 5m. Poolområdet är utformat med badrum och utomhusdusch. Sandsten golv omger poolområdet.

Balkongområdet är idealiskt för att koppla av under skuggan, njuta av drinkar, dela historier eller chatta upp din balinesiska personal.

Trädgårdarna är dekorerade med indianska balinesiska floror och statyer av balinesiska gudar (Buddha, Ganesha, Vishnu, Shiva, Hanuman och andra).

Köket erbjuder en stor ö bar komplett med 3 temperaturalternativ vattenkylare, vinställ, minikylskåp och mikrovågsugn. Bänkskivorna är svarta granit med Mahogany träskåp. En Samsung digital inverter fungerar som ditt primära kylskåp och en Domo gasspis är inmatad för matlagning. Perfect

Great communication with the owner before we arrived and while we were there, and the villa staff were more than helpful. Great location as well, just a 3-4 minute walk to “eat street”. This made our time in Bali that much better by having a great “home base” and I definitely recommend it!

Great Location, great villa, wonderful staff and hospitality. Highly recommend a stay here with such kind Balinese people to look after you. WiFi to Bluetooth surround sound were perfect for our days in the pool. Open air shower a great feature for tropical living.

Disappointing Accommodation

One of the rooms: Blocked shower drains becoming progressively worse each day Shower rose blocked with most jets blocked 2 of the 4 lights in one of the rooms not working Showers not cleaned once during the duration of our stay Towel laundering inadequate - towels smell immediately they become damp Bedside tables and reading lamps not provided in every room No cable TV in every room as stated Room 1 - numerous tv channels Room 2 - few tv channels Room 3 - no tv channels and not attended to although reported on day 1 of a 13 day stay No provision of mosquito and bug killer as stated apart from mosquito coils outside Garden unkempt and full of weeds Flowers in rooms left to die Floors in bedrooms not always swept Information provided at the start of the stay is very outdated and not accurate Plentiful drinking water was provided daily Good position and concept design for a villa however very jaded and run down

Great location and wonderful hosts

This is a lovely, lovely property, great situation (close enough to the bars and restaurants but a quiet haven). Dewa and Woz are great hosts, they could not do enough for us and had some great recommendations. They can organise anything! After staying in big hotels elsewhere they made us feel like valued guests. Special thanks to Dewa for getting up at 3am to drive us to the airport.

Beautiful property located in a quiet area but easily assessible to great cafes and beach!

Thank you Dewa and Woz for making our stay perfect. This property was absolutely stunning. The décor was fun, trendy and comfortable. Loved the poolside bean bag loungers. The property was kept very clean. We enjoyed the daily rituals of incense and flowers. The property is in the perfect spot. It is off of the main street so very quiet. However, you are a few minute walk to beach and cafes. The area was very safe and loved the family that we passed going to "eat street" with the most adorable little girl that wanted to always "high 5" as you passed her. As far as planning events or knowing where to eat, the owner, Woz was awesome. He connected us right away to his facebook link that gave all of his top spots for breakfast, bars, dinners etc. We literally went through everyone of his recommendations and there is not one that was not what it promised to be. As far as planning day trips, Dewa and Woz planned out some amazing days. They arranged a driver, Wede, who was perfect! Anything we even thought of doing was effortlessly arranged by the team. You will not be disappointed if you choose this property for your stay!

A great place with fabulous hosts and staff

We are a family of 6 and the place was great. The only challenge was that the one bedroom was across the pool. Not really a big deal but if you have young children this could be an issue. AB and Dewa were both fantastic. What ever questions we had they answered and went out of their way to help. This included help with baby sitting, laundry and general suggestions where to eat and go. The place was a great refuge from the heat and busy day. Location was great - good for walking. Very happy with the comfort of the place. We have already recommended the place to other friends!

Great property, great location, great stay!

We had a wonderful 6 night stay at Ayatana Bali. We had 5 people in our party (3 kids). The property itself is great, we especially appreciated the overall aesthetic and thoughtful touches throughout. The pool, furnishings and space is everything as advertised and more. With that having been said, the best part of our stay was Deva, the on-site property manager. He was incredible and truly made our stay. Whether it was picking up some groceries, entertaining our children, assisting us plan tours or simply providing friendly conversation, he was always available, attentive and happy to help. We also appreciated the location of the property. It was close enough to Oberoi street to walk, yet far enough to not be bothered by any of the hustle and bustle. I highly recommend this property.

Lovely villa in great location

We stayed at the villa for 7 days and it provided an excellent base from which to explore Bali. The villa was perfect for a family of 5 and the outside kitchen and pool were a great place to relax. The owner and his house keeper were incredibly helpful and sorted out drivers and trips for us when we wanted. The villa is a 5 minute walk from the restaurants and bars of Seminyak but is also quiet when you come back.

Gorgeous villa

This villa is the perfect place to stay in Seminyak. Dewa and Woz take care of every detail and strive to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. The villa is within walking distance to most of the day clubs, shops, restaurants, beach, and a great yoga studio.

Amazing place. Why stay at a 5 star hotel. You will need to pay 3 times more to get the same value. Dewa was our personal concierge - always willing and able to make reservations for restaurants and massage treatments and shuttle us around on his scooter. The beds were comfortable. The owner was always available to answer any questions. We will definitely book again. Thank you AB, Dewa and staff.

Location, location.

Had a great stay with Woz and the ever accommodating Dewa. Easy, relaxing and really well located close to restaurants, shopping, bars and the Wellbeing Spa which we used almost everyday. Great info and recommendations for a lovely holiday. Thanks guys!

Relaxing experience for a family!!!

After a minor issue on arrival, Woz and Wayan went over and above to fix the problem successfully. Our stay was extremely relaxing and ideally located in the middle of Seminyak close to restaurants and bars although far enough down the lane way not to be disturbed. The big bedrooms and pool was ideal for a family of 6 with privacy for all. Great Place!!!

Amazing Place in the YAK!!

Amazing 3 bedroom with all the conveniences you would and could want on a holiday!! The house was clean and modern. Nice outdoor kitchen and a pool that cannot be beat! At the end of a gang, very quite but still close enough to walk to everything. Dewa the house attendant was so helpful and always had a bright smile!!! Anything you wanted or needed and he was their to help. We got a chance to meet the owner, Woz. Amazing guy! He's got the life...and is aware of everything that is going on in Yak and let's you know. Can't wait to go back!

Beautiful tranquil retreat in the heart of Seminyak

My family of 5 just came back from a week's stay at this beautiful villa. It is such a quiet tranquil retreat, with a lovely central courtyard pool surrounded by a lush garden with stone statues, trickling water fountains and a fish pond. Hard to believe it is only a quick walk down the lane to busy Eat Street (Oberoi). Woz was a great resource to us before and during our stay. He was very prompt in his emails and replies to all our inquiries. He was kind enough to let us check in early the day we arrived, as we were sleep-deprived and wouldn't have lasted long in the heat! He gave us many excellent restaurant recommendations and tour itinerary suggestions during our stay, all of which were spot-on for our preferences. He came by to personally say hello and make sure we were settling in well, when we first arrived, which we really appreciated. Our house manager, Dewa, was a gem. A truly beautiful and gentle soul, always smiling and eager to help in any way he could. He was never intrusive, respected our privacy when we were staying in at the villa, and always available if we needed him. We learned a lot about Balinese culture from him. One of my favourite times of the day was in the mornings when he would come and light incense sticks at the statues in the garden and get blessings. Dewa arranged our taxis and car/driver on many occasions. He offered us rides on his motorbike down the lane to Eat St if we needed to do errands (including the kids, they loved it!) We had one driver w car for all our needs during the holiday, and he was great too - acted as a tour guide, led us in temple prayers, carried a big stick to keep the monkeys at bay in the Monkey Forest and Uluwatu temple(!) The villa was nicely furnished in Balinese style, with a central courtyard and open-air kitchen/lounge, and then 3 separately-locked-off airconditioned spacious bedrooms with ensuites, 2 with amazing open-air showers (netted off, big necessity for me). We didn't find the mosquito situation too bad, and Dewa lit mosquito coils in the outdoor spaces and in our rooms every evening. The area was very safe. We walked around with our kids without any worries, even after sunset down the lanes (called 'gangs') to and from nearby restaurants. It is also walking distance to Ku De Ta, one of the beach club hotspots in Seminyak. Taxi rides to other places in town were very cheap. We also were given a local phone to use. Overall a fantastic stay; I'd stay there again!

Better than 5 stars!

Beautiful property in a great location if you wish to be within walking distance of the beach and great restaurants. The only downside is that Seminyak traffic during peak holiday season is really horrific in a car. The villa is just as beautiful as pictured. The breakfasts were fabulous, even for the vegetarian members of our family. Our sons loved the pool. We loved hanging out on the beuatifully curated patio. The house manager, Dewa, was incredibly caring and followed up on every detail, yet completely unobtrusive. What a gentleman! The owner, Woz, was also so helpful. We were able to bounce ideas off both of them and plan our days accordingly. We really loved the Well Being spa - our group had a total of 16 massages, surfing at Dekom, visiting Bingan Beach, and watching beautiful sunsets all over Bali. Thank you Woz and Dewa!

Perfect stay!

It was a perfect stay for a bunch of friends from Australia, traveling to Bali for NYE celebrations and a holiday. The villa was centrally located, walking distance to the main street for restaurants, shopping, massages etc. and also walking distance to the beach and Ku De Ta. The villa was beautifully decorated, clean and had everything you needed. Dewa was amazing and made sure we had everything we needed and he took fantastic care of us. They also organised a driver for us, who was great. Would definitely recommend and stay again next time we are in Bali.

Absolute perfection!

We had the best stay at the Ayatana Villa's in Seminyak - would highly recommend to anyone coming to bali and will definitely stay there again. Location is brilliant - just down a laneway from the main street in Seminyak so it's a short stroll to great restaurants and shopping but completely private and absolutely peaceful, the best of both worlds. The Villa's themselves are beautiful and so well designed. Modern Bali style with lots of warmth and tropical frangipani trees! Our villa had 3 separate rooms surrounding a beautiful, clean pool, well equipped kitchen and plenty of places to lounge and relax. The individual outdoor showers in 2 of the rooms were very special. Dewa the villa manager could not have been more lovely or accommodating. We were given a local phone to contact him on for anything at all, he brought us fresh young coconuts to drink by the pool (just because he thought we'd like them), poured us cocktails and was truly a pleasure to have around and chat to anytime we saw him (never intruding on our privacy either) - a truly lovely man who we all considered a friend by the time we left. Cannot recommend this villa, or Dewa highly enough. Don't think, just book!

Ayatana Bali

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Ayatana Bali Villa. The owner (Woz) and personal concierge (Dewa) made our stay incredibly comfortable. The villa is immaculate and the amenities were just as nice. The villa was centrally located to the main strip and blocks away from the beach. Dewa was readily available and willing to help make our stay memorable. He and I still keep in touch since our departure. I made a new friend from our experience. Likewise with the owner, Woz. He and I became fast friends and there is not doubt we will stay in touch and remain friends.

Ladies from OZ

What a marvellous place, totally lived up to its internet description. Beautiful Balinese styled gardens with wonderful touches of the "true bali" but with all the mod cons you could want. Location was absolutely perfect, right where you want to be in Seminyak. Can't praise enough the delightful and sincere Dewa who was always reay to fufill any requests we had with a smile. Ayatana is the perfect haven for the body and soul....Highly recommended.

Fantastic!

I'm adding on to what's already been said by others, but AyatanaBali truly is providing a special experience. The villa is a great space; the design, the gardens, the outdoor feeling make it chill and relaxing. Dewa is great. The service is special, too. We enjoyed everything about him. The surround sound stereo connection to our iPhone (for music) was a nice touch. Distance to Ku de Ta and La Favela was an easy walk. We had more than enough restaurant options on the main street.

Incredibly relaxing and beautiful! Great place to stay!

Very impressive, relaxing, and comfortable place to stay! AyatanaBali lived up to the "Great Location, Great Service, Great Value" they promised. We walked up to Ku De Ta beach and lounged for the day, taking in the best sunsets we've ever seen. Dining spots are right on the Main Street, La Favela (cool new bar/club) is stumbling distance. The House Manager, Dewa, was awesome! He brought us back lunch from a local Warung, which was delicious. He was also helpful in directing us to local shops. Coming back to our own private villa after hopping around town was the best part....we enjoyed the pool and lounging around. I was even able to connect my iPhone to the sound system wirelessly, so we could change songs without getting out of the pool. Amazing place to stay! Can't wait to come back!

STOP LOOKING you've found a little piece of paradise right in the heart of Seminyak!

You can stop scrolling through the abundance of choices now because you've found the perfect Villa! Everything about Villa Ayatana had the WOW factor. You have the luscious gardens with traditional Balinese surrounding, the stunning crystal clear pool that's the perfect temperature day and night and the huge bedrooms with open air bathrooms (with mesh to keep out mosquitos), it's the complete package! What made our stay even more special and comfortable was the housekeeper Dewa. He bent over backwards to help and there was nothing he couldn't organise! His suggestions took us to see Bali sunsets and wonderful eat spots! If you're looking for a stunning and comfortable safe place that's within walking distance to the 'eat street' (just meters away from Ultimo but down a quiet lane) this is it! Thank you for our stay, we'll sure be back!!

We have traveled to over 52 countries, Bali spoke to us and here we designed a residence to offer you a similar calling.

Varför värden valde detta boende

First - Location: We did the geographical and logistical search of the Seminyak, Legion, Umalas, Batu Belig, Berwa and the Canggu areas to find the ideal location (near the attractions, yet quite and private).

A lot is touted about Canggu and Umalas, but we felt it to be distant and difficult to access for the holiday seekers (these others locations are ideal for motor scooters not walking about, or driving cars).

Second - Design and Layout: We designed the property with a blend of contemporary luxury and traditional Balinese necessities. Be believe the Balinese culture is what has made this island special. A visit is not a Balinese experience unless you are immersed in the goodness of Balinese culture.

Third - Love and Care: Our Balinese staff looks after you as if you are apart of the family, come and feel the compassion this island is known for.

We have designed the residence around the pool and deck area, surrounding this with gardens and the two rooftop structures containing the open living spaces (living room, kitchens, and balcony), we then positioned the bedrooms to face out into the these areas creating a harmony in the traditional Balinese design practice.
