A beautiful villa in a great location with perfect privacy. Cozy outdoor area with lots of greenery, various seating areas, and a great pool. The villa has everything you need. The accommodation is clean.The house manager Ketut made it perfect. She was always on hand to offer advice and assistance, took care of the cleanliness of the house, etc., and is such a wonderful person.We would love to come back.

Eine kleine, feine idyllische Villa inmitten eines Villenviertels von Seminyak

Die Villa ist sehr privat und von den umliegenden Villen oder der Straße nicht einsehbar. Die Villa ist zweckmĂ€ĂŸig eingerichtet und sehr sauber und gepflegt. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt. Restaurants, Bars und CafĂ©s sowie SupermĂ€rkte und das Meer sind alle gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Es gibt sogar eine BĂ€ckerei (Baked) mit leckerem „echten“ Brot. Die Hausmanagerin Ketut hat sich sehr gut um uns gekĂŒmmert, sie macht einen sehr guten Job. Bei Anliegen hat sie sich immer direkt, wie auch die Verwalterin, gekĂŒmmert und die Kommunikation war schnell und zuverlĂ€ssig. Wir kommen gerne wieder - vielen Dank!

Good location.

The house was nice. Amenities were sparse. No soap in the dispensers at sink and shower. There were no blankets (couldn’t find any in room either) on bed only a sheet and it got too cold with A/C. The location was good and in a fun area.

Not exactly new or luxurious

Overall this place is not bad - good location and seems more reasonably priced than surrounding villas. The bigger issue here is this is certainly not a new or luxurious villa as advertised. Many items are broken or in need of repair. For example several of the glass doors leading outside are either stuck, missing latches, or have been bolted shut (presumably because they are broken). In this case it means the downstairs gets very hot as only a few of the doors open and instead of a cross breeze there is more of a green house effect. Likewise one of the bedrooms downstairs door gets stuck on the ground when trying to open it. The family room furniture is basically useless if you want to actually enjoy sitting in it as they are also broken and the back separates from the bottom so you cannot lean back. These are all things that could be fixed pretty cheaply and quickly so the overall impression is that the place has kind of been neglected and not invested in. Really nothing in this villa screams luxury at all because of this. Another example is the upstairs bedroom where there is no real separator between the bathroom and the main bedroom so that the toilet is just kind of front and center. Gives off prison cell vibes. Again - not really luxury. All of that being said the location is good if you want to stay in Seminyak. The price is pretty reasonable when you look at surrounding villas (that are new and luxurious). So seems like you get what you pay for?

Villa is not as pictured

They let my family checked in early due to flight being rescheduled to fly earlier by the airline, so that was really nice. But after that started going down hill, the villa is rundown and not even close to the pictures, the villa was hot even with air conditioning inside bedrooms Which we have to turn off when we were out so when we come back from tour it was so hot and unbearable. There were dirt inside the bath up in one of the bathroom look like poo that never got cleaned as long as we were there so we never use it. The cleaning lady making a very big drama and fuzz because one of my family opened both gate to get our big luggage out during check out, she said we re not supposed to open it because there was a problem with it, but the way she acted was very unprofessional and over the top. Fridge leaking water a few time all over the floor. Overall it was disappointing.

Our Stay

I was overall impressed with our villa, the only two improvements I would suggest is that you could supply one or two days of necessities. Such as tea, coffee ,milk maybe some fruit or breakfast for the first day . After traveling many hours to get there the last thing you want to do is shop , the only things available in the villa was cold water and a few coffee pods. Secondly the timber decking was in need of repair and I got two splinters . Overall I would recommend staying at the villa ,it is well situated and ver comfortable. Regards, Sandra

Mooie villa in een uitgaanscentrum en vlak bij strand

De villa lag in een mooie omgeving als je van alles wat houdt, strand , restaurants en barretjes . Op de villa is niets aan te merken want het was schoon , ruim en van alle gemakken voorzien . Als er een kritische noot te plaatsen is dat het bed waar geen bodem onder zat en de luidspreker deed het niet . Ga er zo weer heen 👍

Tolle Villa

Danke an Rachel und Ketut fĂŒr diesen tollen Urlaub! Die Villa liegt in einer ruhigeren Ecke aber der Strand und der Seminyak Sqaure sind keine 5 Minuten Fußweg entfernt. Jeden Tag kam eine Putzfrau und auch der Pool wurde fast tĂ€glich gereinigt. Jedes Zimmer hat eine Klimaanlage und die Ventilatoren im Wohnbereich waren vollkommen ausreichend. Der Pool ist perfekt zum schwimmen und abkĂŒhlen, auch Abends wenn er in verschiedenen Farben leuchtet. Die KĂŒche war voll ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht. Uns hat nur ein Schrank und eine BadezimmertĂŒr im oberen Schlafzimmer gefehlt. Wir wĂŒrden jederzeit wieder kommen!

The location of the villa is very central seminyak

The location of the villa is very central in seminyak area. Close to shops,restaurants, and bars. Rachel is very kind to give us a free pick-up from the airport, check in time was flexible, the staff waited for us,even when we arrive at 11pm.Thanks to MADE who clean the villa everyday, and gave us an hour of late check out at 12pm. Everything is fine !

Rachel's villa is just perfect !

Rachel's villa is just perfect if you're looking for a quiet evening. It is right in the centre of Seminyak. The restaurants and bars are within walking distance. Great villa with spacious space (it is big enough for 6 people!). Rachel is also very quick in responding our queries. We had a minor incident at night due to the car parking area is occupied with neighbor's car and Rachel is able to help. Thank you for the hospitality and will be back for sure!

The villa is perfect, super comfy, clean, and beautiful. It’s just as shown in the pictures. A cleaning staff comes in every morning to clean every room including the living room, kitchen, etc. A guy also came to clean the swimming pool after rain. The bathroom amenities are super good. They use bali balance products which are all natural. They are so good that we went to the shop to get some ourselves. Haha. Kitchen amenities are complete. Utensils, microwave, toaster, all the basics are provided. This villa is highly recommended!

Amazing house

Couldnt fault this Bali gem! Amazing house with beautiful bedrooms, outdoor space and a gorgeous refreshing pool! We had a cleaner every day who was respectful of our privacy but very friendly. A very short walk to restaurants, shops and bars etc but the villa was very peaceful. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it!
