Great location

The condo is in a great location - great neighborhood for walking around; close to lots of restaurants and shopping; easy drive to Honeymoon Beach. The condo is very comfortable to stay in. The owners were easy to communicate with.

Great Place!

Great place and location! So close to everything. We loved Honeymoon Island and were so close to everything. It was clean and communication was outstanding by the host. Would stay here again.

Pleasant Stay...

We had a very pleasant stay an this Condo. Very comfortable dwellings. Gavin was always there when we needed him and was very helpful! We were very thankful we chose Gavin's place!

Clean, well appointed condo in a great location

The Nolan's are wonderful property owners. Very attentive to detail, and very concerned about their guests being taken care of. The unit is well appointed with everything that you will need to make your stay comfortable. On the slight chance that one might need something, the unit is conveniently located near grocery stores, WalMart, Target, CVS, and Walgreens. Beds are comfortable. Plenty of clean and fresh linens. Well stocked kitchen. They have thought of everything!

Close to pool, lots of towels, owner responded quickly to questions. Liked little touches like toothbrush holder and nightlights. Dehumidifier noise in bedroom a little annoying.

Sweet little condo. 1st floor. Nicely laid out. Plenty of storage. CLEAN 😀. Could use a little updating. Bed & seating comfortable. Steps from a clean heated pool! Frank & Gavin replied to every email Very quickly. Should I have to quarantine on any future visits I will surely be in touch with them.

Great area

Very convenient to main road and all stores and restaurants. A quiet area. Homeowners contacted a few times and responded very quickly to emails for questions. Very close to pool. Condo fully stocked with everything you need for your stay.

Nice Condo!

The condo is very nice, extremely clean, and has everything one needs for vacation - including a well stocked kitchen and even beach towels. The owner and his son are very easy to communicate with, and all the info needed is in the condo. The location is near a couple of nice shopping centers. Also, the pool is large, clrean, and a short walk away.

Oldsmar and Innisbrook

I had opportunity to come to the area to play in a golf tournament with the LPGA Amateurs Golf Association on the beautiful course of Copperhead at Innisbrook. My husband was wanting to join in this adventure as he is an avid bird watcher and the opportunity to see southern birds and coastal birds (we're from Canada) was his hope. We needed a comfortable place to stay, a home away from home that allowed us each easy access to our respective activities. We found that with the Nolan property. Easy to find, in a lovely gated community within minutes (literally) of the golf course, shopping and a short drive to the Gulf coast. The Nolan condo was warm and inviting, and both Gavin and Frank were responsive to any email queries we had even during our stay. The pool which was located across the street was warm and lovely and the people friendly. This home met all our needs and we both felt that we would absolutely return in a moment. I have already recommended it to a number of our friends. Thanks to Gavin and Frank for a wonderful week in Florida! Denise Gruber
