Wonderful condo

The condo is great. Wonderful location. Close to shops and walking trails, and golf. Lots of good restaurants close by The furniture is very comfortable and the kitchen is very well. We have stayed several times and have never been disappointed

Great place to stay

We’re golfers so all we wanted to do is come in take a shower and go golfing and go out to dinner. This was a good facility for that. We enjoyed everything and the host was very good.

Cozy condo, great location!

The condo is located in the Eastlake Woodlands neighborhood of Oldsmar just a few minutes from shopping, dining, entertainment, and major highways. The unit is clean and comfortable with everything you need. I stayed for 3 weeks! My son and I loved using the pool that's a short walk away. There's a nice view of a treeline from the screened balcony and the owners were very responsive during back-to-back hurricanes. I would definitely recommend!

Great Stay

Had a great stay and look forward to retuning. Fantastic location, quiet with everything near by. Communication with the hoist always quick & easy and Bruce was great to deal with onsite.

Great vacation!

We liked the property overall. Our first time in the condo and we werent sure if we could use the water toys or beach equipment. It would've been nice to know ahead of time.

Great condo and location

We were able to enjoy the pool and Disney during our vacation. The condo is supplied with everything you need to enjoy your vacation. Definitely will stay there again. Wendy was very nice and responsive.

Lovely modern property

A pleasant apartment on an immaculate complex, very quiet and convenient for shops and restaurants. The swimming pool is heated to 90 which even on cool days makes swimming a pleasure.

The condo was great. Recently updated and very fresh looking. The condo is very well stocked. The furniture is very comfortable. It was exactly as described. Will definitely stay again also it is the perfect location for restaurants and shopping

No other way to travel

The location was great & the cost is great compared to national hotel chains. Wendy is so easy to communicate with and the keys were waiting for us on our arrival. I enjoy the privacy of the condo as well as the gated community aspect. The grounds are beautiful with many different species of native wildlife including birds, both large & small, squirrels, rabbits, ducks and even a juvenile gator in one of the lakes. We didn't bother to look for its mother lol. The condo itself is very well maintained and modern. We would definitely stay there again if we venture back to that part of Florida and I would recommend it to couples or families traveling to central or western Florida!!

Great Location But Beware of Which Condo you May Get

We have just arrived back home from a stay over Christmas. I made the reservation back in April this year. The condo complex is located in Oldsmar and is a fantastic location as it's close to Tampa, Dunedin, Palm Harbor and Clearwater. The condo owner, Wendy, was always very good about responding back to me in a timely manner when I had any questions. The weather was also fantastic as it was above average for this time of year and our temperature was usually in the low 80's! We didn't use the pool but it is heated and there weren't too many people using it. The condo was plenty big enough for the two of us and there is also enough room for four people. There is a cot there as well so it can sleep five people. Renters Beware: There are three condos that are available for rent and all three are in Wendy's family even though there is only one property listing with one set of pictures on this website. Two weeks prior to our trip, I found out that there were two condos available for rent and Wendy did tell me that they were all comparable so I didn't think anything of it. The condos were comparable in their layout, however the kitchen in this condo we had was nothing like the pictures in the property listing. All the appliances in this kitchen, including the microwave, were very old along with the cupboards and drawers. We used the oven a couple of times and once it heated up, the top of the stove was very very hot to the touch. As well in the property listing it stated that basic soap and toilet paper was provided. When we arrived, there was only a little bit of liquid soap left in all the dispensers and there wasn't any extra toilet paper in any of the cupboards. We ended up buying more of these items. While these issues didn't make or break our vacation, I just wanted to let others know that there is a chance the condo you get won't be the same as the pictures in the listing.

December trip

Everything was great, any problems that came up were handled by Bruce who managed this property. He is outstanding and takes care of any problems immediately. A real pleasure talk to and a lot of help. The location of this property is great and a short drive to everything in the area.

Rough Beginning!

We had a rough beginning. We trusted the reviews for this property. Not exactly what they said it was. Stains in 2nd bedroom carpet. Carpet needs replacing. Lots of dust on baseboards and carpet. The place needs a deep cleaning. The a/c vents had caked on dust on them along with the a/c closet filled with dust. The master closet had a burned out light. Not replaced the whole time we were there. The door to that closet vents were the same. The 2nd bathroom tub and sink had drainage problem. Bruce did have the plumber out and resolved that problem. We asked him to come and inspect the condo for a few other things but he refused. He said the cleaning lady only does light cleaning. Well, as you may guess, I had to clean the place. I must say after all that we didn’t have any other problems. We asked Bruce to come and inspect the place before we left and again he refused. We never saw him during our stay. I left a list of things that needed attention. I hope he takes care of them because it’s not a bad condo if things are taken care of.

Just as advertised

The townhouse was very nice, it was clean and had all of the amenities we could ever need. It's in a gated community which has its positive and negatives, i.e. having to check in at the gate each time you enter (it was fast though and the people are super nice). One thing I would note is that, because of the cooling system, the owners asked us to keep the temperature at 76 degrees which is a little warm for us. If that temperature works for you, you shouldn't have a problem, but I did think it was worth mentioning.

Beautiful and quiet

This property is not only gorgeous, but the community and grounds are as well. If you're looking for a location that is quiet and close to various beaches, state parks and shopping this is the place for you! This was a stop for me in between waiting for my forever home to be ready but it felt like home while I was there.
