Perfect place..close to everything!!

We really enjoyed our time here. Condo was cute and comfortable. Loved watching the birds from the backyard! Jeri was very easy to work with...We'll definitely be back!

Quick Family Visit

The condo was very well kept. Only stayed for a quick visit and didn’t use the kitchen at all. The place suited our needs. Would rent again.

Nice stay

Nice, clean condo with 2 clean heated pools. Very good location to visit a friend in Dunedin. Found out Dunedin is a nice little town with a causeway to enter Honeymoon Island. The island is still closed from the hurricane but plan on visiting next year. Highly recommended condo. Will rent this unit again if available.

Positive experience

A very nicely sized condo. It was comfortable and had all the items one would need in the kitchen for preparing meals. The appliances are updated. The bathrooms are very functional and clean. The bedrooms are large, with king beds. The A/C works very well. Overall, it's a quiet property, very relaxing with 2 patios, pickleball courts across the street and a pool just steps away. We enjoyed our stay and would consider staying there again.

Family graduation

We found the location excellent for us. Were visiting family in East Lake and it was only a short drive. Condo is well appointed. Excellent view and enjoyed our morning coffee watching the birds . Looking forward to our next visit to the area and plan to stay here again.

Excellent Waterfront Stay

We loved the condo! The location was great for us. We loved sitting in the back lanai at night. We were visited by egrets, herons, anhingas, bunnies, and we watched the alligators in the pond. We frequented Honeymoon Island … beautiful water!! We day-tripped to Tarpon Springs. Great historic town with wonderful Greek food and sponge docks. The condo was well appointed and offered great amenities. I’ll be booking again!! One week minimum … lots to see and do!

Very clean property with all accessories

Good spot in a gated community. 2 private terraces with mosquito nets, pond just aside. Spacious condo. Private parking just in front. Would take it again anytime!

Home away from home

The condo was well equipped and very clean. Everything we needed was there. There were special touches that made it comfy and homey. The pictures on the website did not do it justice. It was far better than we expected!

Don't stay with toddlers.

Good location. Right outside of Tampa. Lots of food options in the area and about 30mins from the beach. Would not consider small children friendly. One of the patio screens in the front was broken and one of the children fell through it. Make sure if you do have small children you clean extra before leaving and don't leave anything for their house keeper to do like wiping things down or even the laundry. If you have any issues with the place no matter how small make sure to report it ASAP, otherwise you will be accused of breaking it and will get charged for a deposit. Recommend taking pictures/videos of the place before leaving. Lessoned learned on our part.

Everything You Need

This place was so awesome! I hated to leave. The layout was fabulous. The amenties were super! The beaches were only 20-30 minutes away. The pools were refreshing; they were heated and we enjoyed that very much. I had to contact Jeri just once while we were there and she responded promptly. Excellent experience and would definitely stay again.

Place like home

We enjoy the pool and had a great time playing board games she provided. Te rental is close to Walmart and Publix. The unit was very clean and comfy.

I live in Missouri, and have a granddaughter in the Clearwater area, she is my only grandchild, so I wanted to be able to visit, and yet feel at home, so this condo was a perfect choice. I do not need it for long periods of time, so thought I could share it with others who want to visit the area, and need a comfortable home for a week or two.

I Love this property, because it is so quiet, and peaceful. It felt like home, the moment I walked onto the back lanai. Nice water view from back lanai, and it is just minutes from everything the area has to offer. I feel very blessed to have found it, and hope I can help others afford to visit the area, and enjoy all it has to offer.
