White Christmas

Winter Park is a dream around Christmas time. The town and resort are awesome! The Rental was great for our family plenty of parking and easy walk to the bus stop across the street. Also downtown was just down the hill! Love every minute we were there!

Nice place near Winter Park

Plenty of space for our family with a sauna and hot tub! Perfect for relaxing after skiing. Well stocked kitchen and nice beds too. Loved it!

Good location

Convenient location, large space for gathering. Owner was easily reached for concerns with broken hot tub and mouse feces. Overall decent stay.

Cozy and convenient!

First time to Winter Park for a family birthday experience… There were nine of us, and it was spacious yet super cozy! All the beds were very comfortable, plenty of towels and hot water. The big hot tub and sauna were a hit after a long day on the slopes. The kitchen literally has everything needed to cook and feed a large group 3 meals a day without having to constantly do dishes! The open floor plan was the best for hanging out and playing games and the wood burning stove set the perfect mood for group hangtime. Larreta was kind and gracious and communicative. We would definitely come back!

Beautiful cozy stay

We had such a wonderful time staying there. The host was very quick to respond and easy to communicate with. The house is in a great location- great food choices nearby. All around just a great experience.

Amazing

Loretta was an amazing host! She was very responsive to messages that we sent when we had questions (before and during our stay). The hot tub and sauna were AMAZING and we really enjoyed having both! Most of us forgot this- but bring shoes to get down the stairs to the hot tub! None of us had anything other than snow boots and we didn’t want the insides wet, so bring a second pair of shoes to walk outside if you don’t want your feet to freeze from the hot tub to the back door! My friends also requested that I make sure to comment on the shower- AMAZING shower pressure. Everyone had really great showers that we just really enjoyed! Location- great location! We just drove to our activities, but we were super close to everything!

Cozy Cabin

We had an amazing time staying here! It was so convenient for skiing in WP and it had a private, secluded mountain feel with beautiful views. The sauna was a highlight. The hot tub and other areas of the house had cleanliness issues but I addressed that with the host and discovered they were dealing with issues finding good cleaning people to take care of it between stays. Other than that, we loved everything about it. Would definitely book again!

Perfect, cozy, and close to slopes

Great time at this property! Great location - Downtown is 5 minutes, slopes are about 8 minutes. Loretta had so many amenities - games, hot tub, snow shoes, sled, even a waffle maker! Would highly recommend if you’re coming to ski with a lot of couples as the four beds + loft was perfect for everyone to have their own space. I’d recommend traversing up the road a bit more and checking out the “cross country ski” area. We had a blast snowshoeing and sledding!

This house was perfect for our first Christmas away from home. It was the perfect size for our group of 10. It was very clean and well kept. Loretta is a wonderful host. She kept us informed of the weather we headed into, she was quick to answer any of our questions.

Good times!

We had a great time in the hot tub, the sound of the stream right next to the home is very nice and relaxing also. You will appreciate all of that once you take the drive up the mountain to get there. If you are not familiar with the area I wouldn’t suggest you drive at night for the first time. During the day you can appreciate the view and it doesn’t seem as scary. Lol. This was a beautiful place. Beds were comfy and seems to be plenty of them. It’s cozy, not fancy.

Best Cabin!

We went up to Winter Park for my birthday with my family! This house is by far the best cabin we’ve ever stayed in. Location is perfect and size of the cabin accommodated everyone. We will definitely be booking with them again!

Quiet neighborhood, close to trails, everything was good wiht the rental

What you see on the photos is what you get. Small but functional kitchen, large dining table, space to spread out. It was great for a family of 5, but if you like to have a couple of people in each room, it will work. The owner was great to work with and everything was clean. The place had the most number of hooks on the walls and nightlights we have even seen in a rental - very convenient for a ski trip.

Ideal Ski Trip Location

Our group rang in the new year with a ski trip and this cabin was the perfect spot. The location is so close to everything, and the hot tub and sauna were special treats at the end of a long day on the mountain. Thank you for letting us use your home for such a wonderful trip!

Great Christmas Getaway

We enjoyed our stay very much. Owner was very responsive to questions and requests. The house was well stocked with kitchen and bathroom supplies, which we very much appreciated. The one thing guests should be aware of is that there are very steep winding stairs to the loft and also to the downstairs bedrooms. The hot tub and sauna are a real bonus.

Varför värden valde detta boende

I fell in love with the house the first time I was looking for a vacation home property in Winter Park. It is close to town (walkable, 0.5 mi) yet is incredibly private, close to the National Forest. THere is something very peaceful about watching the snow fall on Vasquez Creek or in summer falling asleep listening to the gurgling Creek. I enjoy taking walks through the forest or taking ski tours from the house in winter. Of course the best is the hot tub on the private deck overlooking the creek!
