Vackert designerhem med utsikt över skidområdet och de omgivande bergen!

Våra fyra sovrum, tre och en halv badstuga är vackert utformad på ett lantligt bergsstil och inredda på ett klassiskt och bekvämt sätt. Det är i stugorna vid Porcupine Ridge-utvecklingen i Fraser, CO. Det är en tio minuters bilresa till skidorten Winter Park, eller så kan du ta gratis buss till orten. Busshållplatsen ligger en kort 3 till 4 minuters promenad från ytterdörren. Det är också mycket nära längdskidåkning, snö mobilspår, snöskor, slangar och vandring. Utsikten från Rockies däck, skidorten och vackra solnedgångar är fantastisk. Omgivningen är lugn och lugn.

På bottenvåningen har det vackra gourmetköket bänkskivor i granit och levereras komplett med varje modernt matlagningsverktyg som behövs för att skapa den prefektmåltiden med vänner och familj. Köket har en frys / kylskåp sida vid sida, spis / ugn, mikrovågsugn och diskmaskin.

Det stora rummet har trägolv, stocktrappa, välvda tak och en öppen spis; alla samlas för att skapa en mysig atmosfär i kabinen för att dela tid. Det stora rummet har ett underhållningscenter med en 43 "Sony Smart TV, Direct TV, en Sharp Blue Ray DVD-spelare och ett ljudsystem som alla styrs av en Logitech Universal-fjärrkontroll. Det finns högtalarkontroller som låter dig lyssna på musik inuti och på däck, som är utrustad med en Weber gasgrill, stolar och ett litet bord.

På sovrummet på sovrummet finns sovrum med dubbelsäng, privat badrum med bänkskiva i granit, två handfat och duschkabin. Svit på sovrummet på andra våningen har en queen size-säng, privat badrum med bänkskiva i granit, två handfat och bubbelpool / dusch.

Den lägre nivån inkluderar ett familjerum med en bäddsoffa i drottningen, ett underhållningscenter med en 65 "Sony Smart TV - perfekt för att titta på filmer eller sport, direkt-TV, en Sony Blu Ray DVD-spelare och ett ljudsystem som alla styrs av en Logitech Universalfjärrkontroll. Det finns högtalarkontroller som låter dig lyssna på musik inuti och på uteplatsen, som har en 8-personers privat jacuzzi - badtunna. Utsikten från uteplatsen är samma magnifika från däck.

Det finns två stora sovrum med två enkelsängar. ett stort gemensamt badrum med en bänkskiva i granit och en duschkabin. Det finns ett tvättstuga med en tvättmaskin och torktumlare i full storlek.

Very comfortable and well equipped. Nice hot tub. Great view. Very spacious. Snow condition where poor but it was early season , but we enjoyed great hiking near by. Safeway conveniently located. We walked there twice 25 min.5min by car. The only minor flaw was the shower head in the Master bedroom first floor.

We had a lovely time! Only stayed for 2 nights. Wish we were there longer to truly enjoy the area and spend more time sitting in the family room, on the deck, and/or in the hot tub to enjoy the beautiful view and time with each other. Would definitely rebook the house if we plan another visit with family and friends!

We had the best stay!! We absolutely loved exploring Fraser and winter park. We attended a wedding at devils thumb ranch and the drive was super easy. The house was super cute, very clean and worked perfectly for our needs with our 2 little kids. Highly recommend and would stay there again!

Great house with nice hot tub!

This was a great house for a family. Spacious living room and several bedrooms, beautiful views across the valley, heated garage, and nice hot tub. The property is very clean, beds and bathrooms are in great condition, and it is nicely furnished (wood dressers in the bedrooms are especially appreciated for a longer stay). Just a couple minutes walk from the bus stop that takes you to the ski resort. Pleasant, quiet neighborhood as well. We hope to return!

Professionally Managed/Lovely View

The manager/owner was one of the most responsive we've had in over four decades of summer renting in the W/P, Fraser, Tabernash area. The property was also one of the best furnished, from bedding to cooking essentials. The only downside to the location was the constant daylight noise from building construction below the home, though the ever present train noise in the valley was barely heard day or night. An excellent property especially for families with three levels of living space.

Terrific Stay - Excellent Communication

We couldn't be happier with our stay at Paul's house. The property was great for our two families traveling for a baseball tournament. The house was clean, well-appointed and the two en-suite bathrooms were great for two families traveling together. The basement was perfect for our kids to have some space to themselves. Paul was very responsive during our stay. I reached out to him upon check-in to confirm some details, and he responded quickly and took care of our needs. Excellent stay and host - we will be back!

Spacious and beautiful

Great mountain retreat for a family reunion! We loved the spacious rooms and the very well appointed kitchen. The hot tub was a real bonus after a day on the slopes. 5 stars all around! The only tiny issue is that there is no vent in the bathroom upstairs, and the shower curtain liner was moldy. That should be a quick fix!

Excellent experience

This was a great place to stay - close to winter park ski resort. Cozy - great family set up for our group of 10 and nice hot tub! The owner, Paul went out of his way to help us stay safe when there was a severe winter storm. We appreciated his kindness and support.

The views of the Rocky Mountains and the surrounding area simply magnificent. The sunsets are extraordinary. The Cabins at Porcupine Ridge is a very quiet neighborhood with only 31 single family homes. It is a beautiful enclave located within Winter Park Ranch in Fraser.

Being on the bus route makes your trip to the ski area hassle free. You come home to a very spacious and cozy mountain cabin. Enjoy the hot tub and snuggle up by the fireplace with your family and friends. The lower level with two bedrooms, full bathroom and complete entertainment center is ideal for families with children and young adults. The kitchen is equipped with everything needed to prepare great meals. The dining table which accommodates 10 allows for wonderful meals and sharing everyone's daily experiences. We hope you feel at home as much as we do.
