Den 3-planade stadsbostaden på 1500 kvadratmeter byggdes 2005 och nyinredda och dekorerade 2014.

3 sovrum med eget badrum i vardera. Det finns också ett pulverrum på huvudnivå. De övre nivån master sviter har en king size-säng, en 40 'HD platt skärm (Xfinity X1 kabel DVR med premiumkanal och sportpaket) och en ångdusch! Den andra svit på övre plan har en full över full våningssäng (kan sova 4 barn!). Den lägre nivån Master har en queen size-säng och direkt tillgång till badtunna utanför på baksidan uteplats. Den totala konfigurationen av sovrummet kan sova 6-8 vuxna ganska bekvämt.

Vardagsrummet på huvudnivån erbjuder en mysig gasspis, 40 'platt skärm med HD-tv, Xfinity X1 premium kabelkanal och sportpaket, DVR och DVD. Det fulla lager, gourmetkök har apparater i rostfritt stål och bänkskivor i granit. Sitt på främre eller bakre däck och njut av lugnet i bergen. Njut av utsikten över kontinentala klyftan från den privata 6-personers badtunna.

Stadshuset har ett uppvärmt garage för din bil, skidor och / eller cyklar. Hela stadshuset är uppvärmt med energieffektiv strålningsvärme som håller mattan och skifferplattor golv varm! Varje nivå har sin egen termostatstyrning.

Det finns en gratis transfer (Orange Line) som tar dig till skidbacken under dagen eller som tar dig upp till och från centrala platser på natten. För ytterligare fitnessbehov är Frasier Valley Metro Rec Center öppet för allmänheten och ligger mindre än en mil bort (det erbjuder barnomsorg, dörröppning, körfält, vattenrutschbana, lata floden, fria vikter, maskiner, cardio , yogastudio, klättringsvägg, tumlande gym och basketplan).

På sommaren ligger Wolf Park en kort promenad norrut på spåret och har en lekplats, gräsplaner, sandvolleyboll, basket och tennisbanor. Det finns ytterligare en ny lekplats och skate park längs leden in till staden där vi också har gratis musik konserter hela sommaren! Winter Park har skidåkning i världsklass (vinter) och mountainbike (sommar).

Great Stay in Winter Park

Very nice property close to the ski are and town of Winter Park! Perfect family friendly, spacious and well appointed and kept home. Garage was an excellent thing to have and kids loved the hot tub! Would certainly stay here again!

Everything You Need for a Great Week of Skiing

Great property, extremely well appointed with everything you could need for a great week. Each bedroom having its own bathroom offers a mixed group plenty of privacy. The heated garage and hot tub are great amenities. This was our second year and we will be back again.

Spring Break 2025

We had a great visit to Winterpark during spring break. The townhome was perfect for our visit. Everything was just as expected. It was so nice to have a bathroom for each bedroom and an extra bath on the main floor. We cooked breakfast and dinners and all our appliance and cooking needs were well met. Our kids and grandkids loved the hot tub. We definitely recommend this centrally located home.

Fabulous stay

The townhouse was a sweet spot with easy access to a ski shuttle. The private hot tub a huge bonus. Tim was easy to communicate with. We loved our stay.

Great place to stay for a weekend getaway!

We had a great time at this property! Easy to take the shuttle to and from Winter Park resort for skiing, and enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub after a long day. Host was helpful and very responsive, would highly recommend this stay for a group of friends or family!!

Exactly What We Needed

The size and location was just what our family of 6 needed to be close to our planned activities in Winter Park and Fraser. Everyone loved the hot tub and daily walks in the neighborhood, too.

Great Location in WP!

My family and I stayed in Tim's townhome for 3 nights and it was great! The location is walking distance to the main street in town (via a short trail), we made use of the nice park up the road, and access to the many trails nearby. If you didn't know about the train that runs through town, be aware of that. It didn't bother us much. Thanks!

Christmas ski vacation

Our family enjoyed a Family Christmas ski vacation in Winter Park. This condo was perfect for the 6 of us. Plenty of room to spread out, a bathroom in each bedroom and a kitchen that is stocked very well are just a few of the things that made our stay so enjoyable. The location to the resort and having the option to use the shuttle if we desired to were very helpful as well. Thank you for allowing us to stay and enjoy a Christmas we will remember forever.

Family ski trip

Are stay was great! It was easy to navigate to & from the Winter Park resort with the left busses. The house had everything we needed in the in kitchen & it was great that every bedroom had its own bathroom...our kid tends to take long baths so he could play. We would stay here again if we return to Winter Park!

This property is warm, friendly, and immaculate. It’s spacious and thoughtfully decorated. All four of us had just what we needed. It was great to have bathrooms of our own. And the hot tub was just the thing after a day of skiing. Information and instructions were thorough and well explained. And when we needed help, Tim was right there with answers immediately. Wonderful family owned property that is well loved.

Great Location to Enjoy Winter Park

My adult girls and I spent 4 days here in August 2015 and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The condo was clean, beds were very comfortable, the kitchen was well equipped, hot tub was perfect. It was great to have a bathroom for each bedroom--I loved the tile work! Our only "complaint" was that we would have loved to have been out on the 2 decks together, but there was not enough room as they were quite small and the hard chairs had no cushions. Obviously this is not an issue in the winter1 I would certainly recommend this condo to friends.

Everything you need for a great mountain vacation

What a wonderful townhome for a trip to Colorado! It was a perfect home base for trips to Rocky Mt National Park, Grand Lake, Steamboat Springs, Mt. Evans, and the summer activities at the ski hill. The home was beautiful--very well taken care of and clean. It had everything we needed and then some. The layout was great for our family of four. The teenagers had room to spread out and the kitchen, dining room and decks provided great gathering space. Having 3.5 bathrooms was a luxury! We loved the hotub. It was the perfect way to relax after long hikes, and a good spot to still be outside when it rained. Wolf Park is a short walk away and a lovely place to play tennis and volleyball, surrounded by beautiful views. The town of Winter Park has lots to offer for restaurants, bars and shops. Hideaway Park is fun for people watching and enjoying the outdoors. Tim was friendly, responsive to questions and checked in during our stay to make sure all was well. We appreciate professional and welcoming owners like him! This was one of the best rental experiences we've had. Thank you!

Everything was really smooth. We had a couple of questions throughout the stay and Timothy was extremely responsive. The kitchen was was stocked with everything we needed to do a lot of cooking there. The hot tub was a big hit too.

We are fifth-generation, Colorado natives who split time between Denver and Winter Park. We love to ski, snowshoe, hike, fish, boat, bike and golf at our mountain home.

We stayed/rented in this townhome complex many times over the years. We jumped at the opportunity to purchase a unit of our own.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

We completely remodeled the townhome in 2014 to suit our desire to enjoy a gorgeous mountain home. Everything is brand new including the hot tub! We continually update our home to make it better and better.

The master upstairs has a HD TV with on-demand cable for when you just want to veg-out or watch a game. It also has a a steam shower! The master downstairs has private access to the hot tub. The mountain views from this unit are unobstructed and gorgeous!

The downtown location coupled with the free shuttle allows you to easily enjoy everything Winter Park has to offer. Whether you want to hit the mountain all day, work out at the Rec Ctr, see live music at Ullrs Tavern, shop downtown, or get a delicious meal at one of the many bars and restaurants.
