Amazing location! Property listing was very accurate. Check in was super easy and I really appreciated their flexibility in allowing me to check out later on my departure date. The property manager was super responsive whenever I had to contact her.

Awesome stay

Me and my partner came for a long weekend. The house was great. Awesome location pretty much 2 min walk to the beach. We had a lot of privacy and we were close enough to all the things we wanted to get to. I highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a relax beach house close to all the activities, entertainment and night life. The hosts were also very easy to communicate with and extremely flexible.

Great San Juan Beach Get Away

Very nice house steps away from the beach. Great location. We loved the seating area on the veranda off of the bedroom. It was perfect for candle lit dinners. We also enjoyed the Zen Garden and feeding the fish in the pond. Great spot for mimosas or after dinner drinks. The house was very conviently located a very short walk from the enterance to the beach and close to restuarants and shops. We had a great time!

Carlos was an excellent communicator and extremely flexible with our evolving plans.

Carlos and his assistant Ana were incredibly responsive. Steps from the beach and walking distance to eateries, the condo was very convenient and with air conditioning, offered a wonderful respite from the midday heat.

Break from NJ winter

Perfect location - pretty much right on a very nice beach, easy walk to Condado, grocery stores, restaurants, but in a quiet neighborhood - busy on weekends due to beach access, but not bad. Really don't need a car unless you are going outside San Juan - uber works if you don't want to walk. The townhome had all the amenities we needed - wifi/TV worked great, kitchen had the basics for cooking meals. We really enjoyed our stay and would stay there again.

Great stay.

Excellent rental for 2-3 people. Well stocked with thoughtful touches. We enjoyed a bottle of wine left by the hosts. Short walk to beach with beach chairs and towels available from the hosts. Would highly recommend. By no fault of the owner there are tiny ants who appear no matter how clean the area is in the kitchen and bathroom. I had them show up in other rentals in Puerto Rico. Again an overall wonderful stay.

First time in Puerto Rico. Everything was wonderful!

Great location! Absolutely close to everything! Literally just about 10 steps to the beach. Nice and safe neighborhood. Comfy condo that has everything you need. If you are not expecting any luxury accommodation, you would love this place. Beds are very comfortable too. AC worked great. Kitchen has everything you need. We loved our time there and would definitely book the same condo again. Owner and the manager are easily reachable as well in case you need anything. Thank you Carlos and Ken.

Great Place to Stay

Stayed here for four nights in February. The townhouse was very nice and in an ideal location. We were steps from the beach as described and a few blocks from Calle Loíza where there are a ton of places to eat and drink. Ubers to the city were super reasonable. The place was pretty clean but not totally spotless. The townhouse did have a ton of amenities which were very usefully throughout the week. Was nice to be able to do our laundry when needed and cook a few breakfasts before our days of exploring San Juan. The hosts were incredibly helpful when we reached out and were very accommodating. Will definitely be recommending to any friends or family that will be visiting.

Steps away from the beach.

So close to the beach yet a 5 minute walk to Calle Loiza which must have at least 20 restaurants and where it is all happening! Talk about 'street life'! Everyone is friendly! All the food we got was excellent. There is everything you can possibly need in the apt. Plenty of kitchen gadgets and utensils to cook with. There were bottles of shampoos, conditioner, suntan lotion, etc. Seriously, if you forgot to pack your suitcase carefully you could still get by. I liked the feeling that any need I had would be right there for me!

Steps from the beach

The condo is located on a somewhat quiet street, footsteps away from the beach and the condado region, big grocery store and nice restaurants on McCleary Street. The condo is clean, newly painted with added amenities, plenty of towels, dishes, and so on. Modern appliances were included as well, however, just when we thought we could wash clothes, San Juan, Santurce and Ocean Park were affected with water outage. No water for 4 days! This was completely out of control of our host who had plastic containers of water brought to us to cover the absolute essentials. However, we chose to rent a car and drive to the west coast and stay at a hotel. Our host generously refunded us at an agreeable amount and did so quickly. Just some information about the layout of this place, the living room area is large and full of light with a bar and a small atrium. The kitchen, bathroom and bedroom, and modern appliances are all upstairs,. Though it's a rather quiet neighborhood during the day, the close proximity of the beach made for a lot of 'partying' mostly on weekends. Again, you can't beat the weather or the beaches or the people, but beware, PR is still working on stabilizing its infrastructure.

Good morning, I enjoyed visiting Puerto Rico and had a nice time visiting the beaches and Old San Juan. I understand why photos of the bathroom were not posted for this property. The bathroom was very dirty and there was black dirt/mold around the drain, the faucet handles and the faucet upon our arrival. The shower vent above the shower was filthy and looked like mold was on and around it. It looked like the vent had never been cleaned. The shower curtain needs cleaned or replaced as well. The bathroom toilet ran and was filthy inside and when I had to close the plug in the tank to stop the toilet running it left black on my hands. The bathroom needs to be honestly updated.. or seriously CLEANED properly, and repainted. In general the property was ok..only ok.....but it is in DIRE Need Of REPAINTING, CLEANING AND UPDATING The photos of the property do not accurately represent what it looks like when you step inside. We have rented other Vrbo properties in the past that were far nicer than this property for the price. When I return to Puerto Rico next year, I would not rent this property again. I would not recommend anyone rent this property. Janet Hull

This location was incredible! The host and property manager were both responsive and thoughtful! I would say for the price of this stay you are really paying for the location and not the quality of the town home.

Perfect balance

Location is far enough from all the craziness for a serene experience, but close enough to access everything San Juan has to offer. Place was cute, clean, with all the amenities you'd need, and then some. Had some problems with the keys, but host was easy to contact and got a replacement right away. Would definitely look for this place again should I plan another getaway.

Nice stay

Safe residential location close enough to tourist area yet far enough from the hustle and bustle and steps away from the beach. The townhouse is quaint and comfortable for a couple. Especially grateful for reliable electricity during rolling blackouts and great working a/c.

Incredible beach stay

This was perfect for my boyfriend and I beach getaway stay. Clean and spacious space for two right on the beach. Great AC cooling system and internet speed too as we were working from home. Great location in the heart of all great restaurants and beach.

In the heart of San Juan

This property is steps away from the beach. Close to supermarkets, restaurants and a pharmacy if you need it. The airport and Old Dan Juan are also just minutes away! I would recommend staying here. The property manager answered promptly when we needed something!

Enjoy the best that PR has to offer!

We had an amazing time in Carlos' and Kenneth's house. The property is really beautiful, with open spaces and an artsy touch! The beach is literally 10 steps away which allowed us to go swimming more than once every day. There are also numerous restaurants and cafes to choose from within walking distance (nothing beats morning coffee and a treat from Double Cake!). Ana, that manages the house, is awesome and was super helpful with anything we asked her for. Can't recommended it enough!

A hidden gem

The owners were very quick to respond when I first booked the stay and every time I reached out before my actual trip. The apartment was everything that was advertised. Ana the property manager was a pleasure to meet and very accessible. We loved that the beach was about 20 steps away from the apartment. The zen garden was very nice. My fiancé loved it. Very relaxing. Ashford Ave was about a twenty minute walk from the apartment. I would definitely recommend this place to all my friends.
