Söt charmiga walk-up ligger 20 steg från sanden av de vackraste städerna stranden i Puerto Rico. Master med en dubbelsäng och det andra sovrummet är en mezzanie med två enkelsängar. Ett badrum och dessutom har vi en dusch utanför och en privat uppvärmd pool, helt nya. Ligger mellan Condado och Ocean Park, San Juan, en livlig (och säkraste) grannskapet. Gångavstånd till en rad lokala och trendiga restauranger och 10 minuter taxiresa från flygplatsen och Old San Juan.
Njut av det lugna vinden och solen på morgonen och sedan ha kul utforska restauranger, pubar, diskotek, etc. i Condado (drycker), Old San Juan (Salsa), Isla Verde (disco), Piñones (Bomba y Plena) på kvällarna . Eller bara göra en picknick på natten på stranden. Vi har 24 timmars bevakning!

Great time!

We had such an amazing stay. The host was super helpful and explained everything in detail. The location was wonderful, steps away from the beach just as advertised. I can't say enough how much we enjoyed our time in PR and at this wonderful spot and totally appreciate all the help and suggestions made by them :)

BEAUTIFUL LOCATION CLOSE TO BEACH AND WALKABLE AREA.

We had a really great time! The house was just as described and within minutes of the beach. We could easily walk to several different places to eat. Anna was great in letting us know of any potential problems, as well as helping with parking. We really appreciated being able to check in early after a long redeye flight. Loved staying there and we plan on going back. The location is fantastic!

Perfect spot for a San Juan vacation

My wife and I spent week in San Juan. The location was ideal for getting into Old San Juan, to and from the airport, restaurants, grocery stores and the BEACH!!! Everything we needed for the beach was provided! Towels, umbrellas, chairs and toys. The proximity to the beach was amazing!! Great place to stay for a couple looking for a beach getaway!

Walking from the front door towards the beach… your toes will hit the water in 45 seconds. Incredible property with amazing perfect sized pool for 2 in the back

Convenience

Thank you for providing such a convenient experience to stay in the San Juan area and also be able to explore. You offered convenience in communication for pre check in guides, check in, propert communication, and check out, parking, and both beach access and indoor pool (wonderfully deeper than it looks). Stayed 5 nights and wish our schedules would have let us stay a week.

A fantastic experience

Wonderful!

Location! Location! Location! This place has it all…the private pool was so wonderful. Restaurants just up the quiet street. No hassle parking was so lovely to come home to every night. Kind neighbors, responsive host, good property manager. We’ll be back!

Delightful

My sisters and I stayed for a week on a "retirement" trip and we had a fabulous stay! The property was in a great location, it was supplied with essentials, but most important was that all my communication was answered immediately and Ana was so helpful in answering any questions we had. I would totally recommend this property!

Everything You Could Want

Beautiful space, convenient location, great advice on other places to explore. Beds were comfortable. The beach was incredible—especially near sunset, all the locals come out to walk their dogs and socialize in the ocean. Just a special place!

Great bungalo

This rental totally met our needs. Plenty of space for my two adult kids and me. Great kitchen for in-house meals. Very walkable to beach, restuarants, bars, etc. Lots of extras, like beach chairs, coolers, blender, pitchers, beach towels, and more!

Cozy beach townhome

We really enjoyed our stay at Isabel’s Arena townhome. The location is perfect, just steps from the beach. The townhome is very cozy and filled with light! It was comfortable, clean, and well stocked. The property manager, Ana is super nice and communication was always very prompt. We hope to stay again soon!!!

Excellen stay!

Loved our stay! We travel a lot and always use VRBO. The communication here was impeccable!! We are very low maintenance, but they were always there to answer our questions on where to go. The management team went over and beyond!! We really enjoyed the unit itself and location. Thanks again for letting us stay in your unit. We will be back next year!!

Pieryo Rico Escape

We had a wonderful time! The location is fabulous as are the owners/property managers. Wonderful communication. Pool/tub at night is fabulous! We walked to several wonderful restaurants, enjoyed the beach and enjoyed days of exploration. We did rent a car and there was a spot provided to us. Very thankful for that as parking would have been a nightmare otherwise. Would definitely recommend!

Holiday at the beach!

We have passed a good time at San Juan and at the beach. This appartment was really nice, clean and really near of the beach. Ana is a nice person and very helpful. She is a careful person who makes sure of our comfort and that we spend a beautiful vacation. She made suggestions of activities and things to see. It was a nice vacation.

Perfect!

Everything about our trip to Puerto Rico was absolutely perfect. This condo was perfectly located. Steps from the beach. Awesome location

My three girlfriends and I meet once a year for a week long girls trip. This apartment was affordable, clean and very cute. We loved having the beach and so many restaurants so close to us. Ana was very easy to communicate with and she responded to all questions quickly. Isabel sent us so many suggestions and ideas for things to do and see....her information was invaluable! We are renting short term since 2007 and all of our clients are really happy with their stay since then. We already have 100 reviews! Come and see for yourself what do you think. The apartment has a great location, it is safe, really charming and cute. And 12-15 steps to the beach! We just add a private pool that you can heat if you feel like it!. And we are available for our guest 24/7. High speed Internet, place to work and all amenities.

Varför värden valde detta boende

It is steps from the beach and that was really important for us, with small kids the beach was our playground...Also you do not need a car to go to restaurants, groceries, fun places and the Old San Juan is a 15 min. ride.
The heated pool is a plus and the feeling in this apartment is so relaxing and beautiful. You can open all the windows to feel the breeze and listen to the ocean (or just close all the windows and use the A/C, of course).

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

It has two patios (we also have electric plant in case the power is off), the other at the rear part of the townhouse with a private pool and one terrace inside the master bedroom for a romantic breakfast. Just perfect!
WIFI is free and high speed. We have a power plan in case the light in the Island goes off (since Hurricane Maria is often).
