Detta är ett luftkonditionerat hem perfekt för familjen Shoal Bay, den har en liten innergård och en inhägnad gård lämplig för ett litet husdjur!

Den nyrenoverade fastigheten har takfläktar och inbyggda klädnader i alla sovrum och ett badkar och en duschkabin i det helt nya badrummet. Det finns också en separat toalett och dusch tillgänglig.

Om du är mycket lycklig kan du till och med få en Koala på vägen.

Great location and comfortable house

This property ticked all the boxes for us with a great location close to the beaches, plenty of bedrooms to accomodate the extended family and pet friendly for our pooch. Unfortunately, there were a few letdowns. The beds and couches were not so comfortable. Also, there was insufficient toilet paper, hand wash, dishwashing liquid and tea towels - essentials for a household. Once we bought the supplies we needed, the property was very liveable.

Stay at Shoal Bay

It was easy to book, easy to get keys and was a fantastic house which met our expectations and needs. Nice and close to everything. We all loved the stay.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Lounges very uncomfortable, rear toilet did not work, no plugs for any sinks, 1 lousy sachet of dishwashing liquid and only 1 tablet for dishwasher. For the price I would expect better than what we got.

Great Pet Friendly house

Disappointing

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The cleanliness of the home was not good, the BBQ was unable to be used, it was filthy dirty,rusted and generally not acceptable. We found used tissues under beds, lots of dust, a womans used sanitary item in the bathroom cupboard, the property states aircon, but this is only in the kitchen loungeroom area, not in the bedrooms. There is a construction site right next door, which was never mentioned and the builders started work including Saturday and Sunday at 7am. Only after your booking is confirmed with Winning Holidays, the agents for this AirBNB, do they tell you the beds will not be made up, and there will be pacs of sheets/towels etc, and you need to make beds yourself or pay a $50 fee, and they will make up the beds before check in, not what you would expect.

Not the greatest holiday

I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Not the best when we arrived had to clean the whole house dog hair everywhere lounges and top of beds. Tiles had not been mopped in a while when I mopped them water in bucket was black..lawns had not been mowed,beds not comftables new mattresses need it I will not be returning before arriving i did ask about their corona cleaning policy were I was advice they use a cleaning company, were they follow their procedures well thats not true.House is very neglected has electrical problems and a leaking shower.,

Great spot for a break with furry friends

Well laid out. Ample space . Enclosed garden and back yard for dogs safety. Surprised no tea towels , toilet paper , replacement bin liners etc. Overall clean however a few areas require better detailing and maintenance.

Happy times for us & dog

Very modern & clean place. Nice stroll to Shoal Bay beach & shops. Good area for dog to stay at either backyard or front. Will be back. Cheers

Pet friendly Holiday cottage

This Cottage (no 2) was really lovely. VERY clean and welcoming with a lovely card and letter left for us along with some little Easter eggs and a treat for our little dog "DAISY" . The yard is safe for you pet and the whole cottage was well equiped and clean. We had a beautiful "bumper breakfast left for us with all you could need for breakfast if you arrived without any food. The area of Shoal Bay is lovely too. This cottage is within walking distance to shops, beach etc. Would totally recommend this cottage. We met the owners Michelle and Andrew when they came to put the bins out and bring them in again and they are lovely people. We hope to return at a later date
