You can enjoy the calm breeze from the lovely Shoal Bay, access gorgeous nearby beaches like the Nelson Bay Marina, relax or take on extreme adventures, and much more.

This open-plan townhouse has a comfy living room with enough seating for everyone and a flat-screen TV. It also leads to a private courtyard or alfresco area with tables and chairs. It’s perfectly fenced with wooden floorboards so young children can play safely as the adults relax in the nearby living room. The outdoor area also has an outdoor table and chairs accommodating up to 9 people, perfect or for a gathering with family for a BBQ.

The townhouse also has a fully equipped kitchen and a Breville coffee machine; simply bring your coffee beans and blend your coffee according to your liking. Apart from the amenities, the aesthetics of this pristine white kitchen with the feature backsplash appear elegant, polished, and also fun. A top-mounted barn-style sliding door separates the kitchen from the dining room, adding a rustic and chic touch. The dining area has a spacious 6-seating capacity, but it also has a fancy breakfast nook beside the windows to make your breakfast a little more special.

Located within walking distance to the heart of Shoal Bay, within 10 minutes’ walk to the crystal-clear waters and pure white sands of Shoal Bay’s swimming beach and the iconic Country Club, with Fingal surf beach, Zenith, and Box beach, just as close, and within a short walk or drive from the front door of Alma at Shoal Bay. The Shoal Bay streets are lined with beach side restaurants, cafes, pubs, and clubs, (within a 5-minute walk to The Country Club in Shoal Bay), gift shops, convenience stores, Bbq and picnic areas galore, we guarantee that you won’t be disappointed!

There is so much to see and do, watch the sunset from the jetty, take a coastal walk around the scenic Tomaree Headlands, go surfing at one of the local surf beaches; Fingal Bay Beach, Zenith and Box Beach which are all within walking distance of Alma’s front door. The property is within a couple of minutes’ drive to Shoal Bay boat ramp or Little beach boat ramp, where you can launch your boat or jet ski safely. There’s a safe, off-road scenic cycleway that leads to Fingal Bay Beach and surf club, with a great children’s playground, or cycle in the other direction through shoal bay, to the shops that line the waterfront, cycling all the way to Nelson Bay. This property truly offers a complete beach holiday getaway.

You will be provided with limited supplies for your first night's stay and we recommend organizing a shopping trip to pick up items like toilet tissue, shampoo, washing detergent, cooking oil, coffee, condiments, etc. for the duration of your stay.
