Cozy home vacation!

My family, friends, and I had a great stay. Area was very nice, the backyard was great for our dog that came. Overall would book again!

Family trip to Disney and Universal Studios

We spent 9 nights and the Cozy Farmhouse Villa. Overall the stay was great. There were just a couple things that prevented me from giving it a 5 star rating. 1) The pool was gross when we arrived. It was a nasty green color. We contacted Alex and had a quick response and it was cleaned and ready by the end of the next day. I appreciate the quick response but feel it should have been clean and ready upon our arrival. 2) I found dirty dishes in the cupboard. It looked as though previous guests didn't wash them, just moved them to the bottom of the stack. 3) The bedding, especially in the Master Bedroom needs to be updated. It was very thin and felt like sandpaper. There were also no top sheets on any of the beds. A top sheet and some lighter weight blankets would be a nice improvement. Replacing the bed pillows would be nice too; they were very flat. Other than those things our stay was very nice. I saw the comments regarding the sheets when I book, but thought it was just an oversite and they would add the top sheets and upgrade the sheets. As of July 23, 2024 it hasn't been changed.

Great stay

Great experience. Property was clean and check in was very easy. Only thing was the tarp over the pool had fallen. Host said they would fix it then said they couldn’t fix it until after we left. We would stay there again, and i would recommend to other families.

Overall a great stay

My family stayed for three nights in this home during our vacation. Positives- it has a spacious living area and was very clean. We had everything we needed to cook meals and loved the farmhouse decor. Also, It’s close to the theme parks! Negatives- we received threadbare bedding and no top sheets for any of the three beds. After going through old reviews of this property, this has happened to others in the past and they have complained about it. I’m surprised new bedding hasn’t been purchased (or at a minimum, top sheets provided). Overall, a good experience, but could have been better with some minor changes,

Convenient Location

House was within 1 mile of my of the ball fields we were at all weekend. The house was very clean with anything you need. Plenty of restaurants nearby. Good neighborhood off the main highway. We will be back for 2 more years of high softball tournaments and will certainly try to stay here bot0h years. Owner emailed everyday to make sure we had what we needed and to make sure we were enjoying our stay.

Very nice, and perfect location for our visit. Only suggestion would be to have a top sheet on the beds and not just a comforter.

Great Get away

I really enjoyed my stay. Great location as we were just minutes away from Spur Arena which is why we stayed in Kissimmee. The owner of the property was very helpful and answer all my question and concerns. Even sent someone over to help me with Roko as I never used that before. Would definitely recommend and consider staying there again in the future.

A good spot for a Disney trip

The place was nice the neighborhood was not that loud and the driveway was a good size. Was a good house for a Disney and universal trip with my family. Was more than roomy for the five of us. The pool was nice for the kids to splash around in to get them to sleep. The location was perfect for the price. Only 30 minutes from Disney and universal
