Great Place!

We were in town for the weekend to attend a Cheer competition nearby, and this was the perfect place for us to stay! Host was great, house was perfect and overall experience was great!

Perfect location for Spring Softball at Fortune Road

We just returned from a week long stay for the Spring Games college softball at Fortune Road Athletic Complex. The location of property was perfect- 5-10 minutes away (depending on traffic). The neighborhood was quiet, the house was comfortable. Large capacity washer and dryer in the garage, kitchen well equipped enough that we cooked in several nights. Enough coffee filters were provided for the duration of our stay (The little things make such a big difference!). The house was clean. One of the nicest things was the screen over the pool; we ate outside often and didn't have to worry about insects buzzing around us! The owner was very responsive to the few questions I had; I was very concerned because my mother has mobility issues but the house is a single level and the master bedroom has a walk in shower, so she was able to get around easily. Too bad my daughter is graduating and this is her last year playing or I would definitely book this house again!

Visit Orlando

Visited Orlando to scout for a Florida residence and visit family. Property was clean and the neighborhood was family oriented. Master room bedding was poor, a soft mattress from IKEA. Kitchen appliances appear new but are low quality. It took 20 minutes for the stove oven to warmup to 400F for a pizza.

Best Value for your money, above my expectations

I recently stayed at this VRBO property, and it far exceeded my expectations on every level—truly the best value I’ve ever experienced. From the moment I walked in, I could tell how meticulously clean the entire house was. Every inch sparkled, the bathrooms and sheets were spotless, and the rooms felt even bigger and brighter in person than in the photos.What really stood out were the thoughtful details: plenty of cups, soap, shampoo, even toys for the kids—these small touches made our stay so much more enjoyable. The modern amenities, including smart TVs and free Wi-Fi, were a welcome convenience for everyone in my group. And the pool area? It was more spacious than the pictures suggest, making it a perfect spot to relax.On top of that, the property is located in a cozy neighborhood that felt safe and welcoming. The manager’s communication was outstanding from start to finish—quick responses, clear instructions, and genuine care for our comfort.If I could give this place a rating higher than five stars, I would. It’s a solid 100/100 in my book. I’ll definitely be returning and recommending it to family and friends. Don’t miss out on this gem of a home—it’s unbeatable for the price and quality.

Had a cheer event at Silverspur Arena

The beds are very comfortable and the size of the house was good for the 6 of us. Communication was excellent with the property manager. A few things could be updated. But a very comfortable and clean house.

Great for privacy with the family

We had such a good time in this one. Thialos was a great host, and very responsive to our questions and requests. The biggest perk was the private heated pool, which we enjoyed almost every day with the kids. Overall, the house is in a very good condition. A minor issue was that some couch pillows were dated and need to be upgraded, but that did not affect our experience.

I highly recommended

My wife and I had a wonderful stay at this house. The house was beautifully appointed and had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. The location was ideal, with easy access to Disney World. The pool was our favorite part of the house. We would stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable place.

Amazing Stay!!!

Everything was just as described. It was a perfect location for our family of 6 especially since we were attending a JW Convention at Silver Spurs Arena which was just 6 min away from the house. Loved how clean the house was!! Plenty of dishes, utensils, pots, pans etc.. My children loved the pool!! Beds were very soft and comfy. After having a horrible experience at another house last year, this was a wonderful surprise for us. The host was very attentive and available to answer any question or give recommendations on where to eat!! Over-all we rate this place 10 stars 🌟 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Great Property

Property was as listed. Provided all amenities needed. Was clean and comfortable. Owner was available via text and responded to my messages. Got to Orlando early so wanted to check in early and for a small fee was able to check in 2 hours early. We did wanna get right in the pool but there were a LOT of nets in the pool i tried to clean them out myself but was not working. I finally sent a message to the owner he responded a pool guy came out next morning cleansed but unfortunately there were still nets owner said maybe due to a storm they had before we got there but wasn’t able to enjoy pool like we wanted to cause was looking out for nets whole time. My kids still got in some days but again wasn’t as comfortable for me. Maybe just a fluke instance for my stay but the property was great and as advertised.

Clean and welcoming. Bottle of wine nice touch. Quiet neighbourhood. No hot tub as advertised. Furnished adequately. Mattresses too soft. Recommend blackout curtains in master bedroom as neighbour leaves 100 or so bright LED lights on all night.

Great stay!

We had 4 adults and 2 kids (age 10) and this was a great house for us. We did have the pool heated and it was great - it actually felt heated! I have stayed at other homes where that was not the case. Host was responsive during the booking but we didn’t have any problems during our stay (yay!) and did not need to contact him further. The location was good for us, we were going to Universal. The neighborhood has a ton of cars in yards and on the streets but was still surprisingly quiet!

Sweet, comfortable and adorable home

Lovely home. We were so pleased to enter the property to see a lit Christmas Tree waiting for us in the large living room. Although very happy to be in Florida Christmas week to gather with Family, I was sadly missing our Pennsylvania home and Christmas tree and decorations. Bery appreciative for the tree. Also, the one bedroom is a Mickey Mouse dream for children. And. although it rained most of the week, the pool and pool area were fabulous Lots of seating, tables and umbrellas.

Very clean and close to Heritage Park

My three girlfriends and I stayed here for a long weekend. We had tickets to a three day concert at heritage park about 1.25 miles down the road and it was very convenient. The house was very clean and they provided plenty of towels and cleaning supplies if needed. The pool was nice. We all would recommend this house. The owner was very responsive.

JW Convention 2023 Silver Spurs Arena

Nice comfortable place. Good relaxing place after a long day. Peaceful quiet neighborhood. Would recommend this for any family to stay there. Would book again. Close to shopping and restaurants. Very close to arena.
