Tänk dig själv sitta på den sydostfria poolen Lanai och titta på solen stiga över de majestätiska Cypressträd som foder Shingle Creek. Detta är ett drömhus i Country Creek Estates-området i Kissimmee, Florida.
Hemmet har genomgått totalrenovering. Hemmet går tillbaka till Shingle Creek, vilket leder till massor av wildife-observationer. Hemmet ligger cirka 25 minuter till Disney och Universal Studios. Shopping och restauranger i närheten för bekvämlighet.
Hemmet har 3 sovrum och 2 badrum, sovrummet har en king size-säng, det andra sovrummet har en queen size-säng, det tredje sovrummet har 2 enkelsängar. Vardagsrumssoffan öppnar sig till en drottning. Kök och badrum har nya skåp och bänkskivor i granit. Alla nya apparater i rostfritt stål. Allt är helt nytt. Poolen har precis återuppstått. Trådlöst WiFi i hela hemmet.

Perfect Family Vacation Property

Clean, comfortable home in a quiet and safe neighborhood. Outstanding communication with the owners and property manager. Close enough to the parks to be convenient, but far enough away to provide a nice retreat. We loved this place and will look for it again on our next visit to the area.

College softball spring training

We absolutely loved this property! It is in a very quiet neighborhood which we loved! We also love the fact that Walmart was right down the road. The property was as advertised it had everything you could possibly need and it was very clean. We will definitely stay here again.

Great Home Away from Home

Quiet Getaway

My husband, our two teenagers and our dogs loved our stay here. The location was convenient, we appreciated the nature area in the back and enjoyed looking at the alligators, and the house fit our needs well. It was clean, the pool was heated, and nice starter amounts of the basics (hand soap, toilet paper, etc.) were provided. We hope to stay here again.

AWESOME Property

This was our first time using Vibro and pleased with the acuracy of the property description. Pool was not working right and they promptly took care of it. I would stay next January but already rent3d!

Perfect house

House was a great size for my family, pool was amazing getting in touch with the owners was very easy they respond quickly , the location is perfect stores and restaurants 5 -10 minutes away and the parks just 20 min away will definitely stay again in the future

Lovely and quiet, great pool and location

We were looking for a quiet area, close to Disney and shops - this house was exactly what we hoped for and we felt right at home as soon as we arrived. The owners and the management company were very helpful, we were travelling down from Georgia after the hurricane. Pool heating was turned on for us free of charge and we were given an early check in time, which we really appreciated! We highly recommend staying here and we would definitely go back in the future. Thanks for a great stay!

Perfect Location for Play and Rest

Stayed for 10 nights/9 days. We loved the quietness of its location yet short drive to fun activities and the many food options. Easy access to home and driving directions. Home was very clean and spacious. Exactly what we hoped for and needed! We will definitely keep on our “return to” list.

Beautiful Home with Quaint Location

Beautiful 3 bedroom home with heated pool. Pond behind the home very peaceful and calm. Accessible to shopping centers and restaurants along with easy access to major attractions. Would absolutely consider renting again.

Relax to the max

Absolutely loved this place. Nice and quiet. Had a beautiful view on the patio with lots on wildlife to enjoy. It was very tranquil and was much needed after long days at Disney and Universal. Will definitely stay again if its available next trip.

Great Experience!

We truly enjoyed our stay! It was easy to get to Disney and Universal. The home and pool were immaculate and you can tell everything was well maintained. Having a grocery store just down the road came in handy as well. I would definitely recommend this property.

Absolutely wonderful!

We came for one reason, to volunteer at Give Kids the World. This condo is in the neighborhood across the street so we could walk. It is a beautiful quiet neighborhood and an absolutely beautiful setting. First condo in 7 years that was spotless! All furniture was very comfortable. We could even park in the garage since we didn’t need to use the car much while there! Contact with both management and owner was simple with quick responses. They worked with us adjusting our stay after the hurricanes had delayed us. Booking for next year already!

This house was perfect in every way. It was clean, well stocked with everything needed to cook and plenty of towels. Very good location with easy access to theme parks and shopping. It was great to come back from the parks and relax in the pool. Very enjoyable stay.

Wonderful Stay!

Everything was as described and the house was very well appointed for our stay. The heated pool was always the perfect temperature, and we enjoyed our daily morning coffee in the quiet overlooking the creek in the backyard. Close to outlets, shopping, Parks and amenities, with a Walmart Supercenter just down the street. The owners and property management were very responsive with any questions we had. Highly recommend!

We are a family from Ireland that has enjoyed action packed holidays in Florida since 2007. While we have stayed in a number of different communities our favourite has always been Country Creek Estates - primarily due to the peace and tranquility offerd by this small and very well maintained community. But also due to its proximity to theme parks, shopping centres, restaurants and Walmart.
In 2019 we realised our dream of owning a vacation home in our favourite community in Florida. Our new home, which has been a vacation home to many families since 2009, has been refuburbished to a high standard and will continue to be managed by the same professional management company that has managed it throughout this period. It backs onto a pond and, at the end of a busy day, it is lovely to sit out on our large pool deck observing the peace and beauty of this creek with its abundance of wildlife.
