Detta är en helt fantastisk bungalow på ett mycket önskvärt läge i Lanzarote. Allt ligger precis utanför dörren från stranden, poolen, restauranger, cykeluthyrning. Det är underbart tyst och varje bungalow är privat och ligger i sitt eget trädgårdsutrymme, en gemenskap av likasinnade människor.
Bungalowen själv är mycket stor för två sovrum, vilket ger dig gott om utrymme, designen inuti är fräsch och mycket modern. Det finns en privat terrass på framsidan och baksidan av fastigheten.

Perfect location.

Having stayed in Matagorda many times we knew we had the perfect location. 40 yards from the beach and 60 yards to the Commercial Centre. Lovely property that could do with a tiny bit of TLC.

Perfect little break

Property was great for us. Didnt need anything more. Location 10 mins from airport, 2 mins from commercial centre and supermarkets with many bars, restaurants and small shops. Pool at front door although a bit cold couldn't ask for anymore.

Problems

The location is very good, but there was no hot water in the kitchen you had to use the bathroom tap which has been like that for two years the manager said. There was a smell like an open drain coming from the washing machine which we complained about but was told to leave the washing machine door shut but the smell was coming from the pipe work which was very unpleasant not to say unhealthy. It was in the kitchen just where you boiled the kettle which could not be moved as no other socket in kitchen. The bed was comfortable but they did not leave any spare bedding so I had to take the bedding off the bed in the second room. I have never stayed anywhere without a second sheet and quilt cover I was expected to wash and dry in one day when I was on holiday. We will not be returning to this property as I don’t think these issue will be resolved.

Wonderful stay in a fabulous place

The bungalow is in an amazing location, across the road from the shopping centre which has so many restaurants, bars, shops, 2 supermarkets and our favourite cocktail bar. A few steps to the beach and so quiet and relaxing. The bungalow is spacious and the bathrooms are clean and modern. Wi-Fi is good and hooked our Amazon account to the tv to watch movies easily. Two lovely terraces. I have already booked up again for next year and hope to be back before then. Kate is helpful and responsive.

Excellent location, but no natural light in second bedroom!

Booked this property because we have stayed in this area on numerous occasions, on entering the property I could not believe how spacious it was. When I went to the bedrooms I could not believe one of the bedrooms had no natural light, it looks like this property started out as a one bedroom and a badly designed extension was added! Window from bedroom opens into the living area, I would hate to stay there during the summer months as this bedroom needs air conditioning. There was no umbrella for the terrace which had no shade. Kate who looked after the property was available for any queries. Loved my stay at this property, but would not return because of the issue with the lack of natural light in the second bedroom

Ferienwohnung abgewohnt Leitungsschaden unsauber Ameisen an den Wänden kein warmes Wasser

Wir haben uns nach 2 Tagen beschwert und es würde uns versprochen sich mit uns in Verbindung zu setzen. Leider kam keine Antwort. Das Haus hatte einen Leitungsschaden ,kein warmes Wasser in der Küche und in einem Bad . In der Küche war der defekte Wasserhahn mit Klebeband versehen der nach allen Richtungen spritzt. Der Putz war in allen Räumen stark beschädigt und es kamen Ameisen die Wände hoch. Wir haben erst alles gewaschen da überall Flecken auf Bettwäsche und Laken waren . Die Möbel sind beschädigt und dermaßen verschmutzt und abgewohnt. Wir waren 4 Wochen in dem Haus und es hat sich nicht einmal der Vermieter gemeldet. Normalerweise hätten wir dort erst gar nicht einchecken sollen . An den Ventilatoren war so viel Dreck, das dieses bei Benutzung gesundheitliche Beschwerden auslösen kann. Im Bad war von allen Gästen der ganze Schrank mit alten Utensilien versehen. Im ganzen Haus gehen nur wenig Lampen alle defekt und die Birnen kaputt. Die Sicherung sprang in der Küche beim verwenden von Geräten ständig raus. Wir könnten noch mehr aufzählen. Es war einfach schrecklich. Da wir bei FE -WO gebucht haben, sind wir stutzig geworden das Sie unsere Ausweise kopiert haben wollte.

Lovely little bungalow, close to sea

Lovely peaceful location in the quiet resort of Matagorda. Most of the bungalows in this block, (block 1) seemed to be privately owned. Good amenities in the kitchen, spacious lounge area and 2 good sized bedrooms. Front looks straight out onto pool. Good communication from Kate.

On arrival we were all amazed at position , the property was extremely clean ,spacious , and generally very well presented.. Communications from Kate excellent through the whole booking ,check in process . We had problem during our stay with the hot water heater , but Kate was right on it , new water boiler next day , you couldn't ask for more . We have stayed in many apartment s in Matagorda but have now found out "forever " holiday home destination . Thank you Kate x

Ein toller Urlaub in perfekter Lage

Kate die Vermieterin war sehr nett und es lief alles sehr problemlos ab. Von der Schlüsselübergabe bis zur Abgabe des Objektes einfach klasse. Ein paar kleinere Probleme wurden von ihr sofort angegangen und gelöst. Es waren übrigens keine Probleme für die sie etwas konnte! Die Lage ist einfach herrlich, das Meer nur 1 Minute zu Fuß entfernt. Geschäfte direkt vor der Tür und massig Restaurants. Das Kike Restaurant genau gegenüber ist übrigens sehr zu empfehlen :) Das Einzige worauf man achten muss, keine Lebensmittel offen liegen zu lassen. Die Ameisen auf Lanzarote sind sehr kreativ um in die Häuser zu gelangen.... Ach und in der Beschreibung steht nicht das auch Waschmaschine sowie Fön im Haus vorhanden sind, was uns letztlich sehr erfreut hat! Alles in allem können wir Kate nur Danke sagen für tolle 14 Tage die leider viel zu schnell vorbei waren!

Varför värden valde detta boende

When I was asked to represent this property I didn’t hesitate. I know the area well and I know what it has to offer, I’m also aware that’s it’s set in a lovely part of the Island , it’s rare to have everything so very close to your property yet still be tranquil. The house is wonderful so big for two bedrooms. Impossible not to enjoy.
