Great Location

Lovely little villa easy walk to promenade, shops, bars , beaches etcLarge terrace great for sunbathing and outside dining.Brilliant little pool (sadly out of use for a few days during our stay) just a few steps away from our door.Plenty of space for the 2 of us and could easily cope with morePleasant relaxing stay and owner called by to check all was well

Christmas Escape

Excellent location, few streets behind Spoons end of the strip. Very quiet complex. Nice big private terrace which gets the sun most of the day. Really enjoyed our stay.

Stayed 11 nights description of villa was very accurate the host was very nice before arrival and whilst we were there. Can't comment on the pool we never used it but it is right by the villa and looked very inviting

Lovely Area

Property was what we needed for a weeks break. Was slightly dated and the pool area was the smallest I ever seen but served our purposes and would recommend and would stay again.

Another fantastic stay!

Another wonderful stay at this villa, ideal location, ten minutes to the seafront, shops and restaurants. Perfect for exploring all of Puerto del Carmen. Turn left for a long walk to the airport runway or right to walk to the old town and harbour. Thanks again to David & June! Looking forward to next time.

Lovely Bungalow

Had a great, relaxing stay in this lovely detached bungalow / villa in a very quiet residential area of Puerto Del Carmen. Still only a short 5 min walk to the seafront with a nice sized shared pool. Would highly recommend booking this place.

Fantastic villa, quiet and spacious

This is an absolutely fantastic villa, in a quiet area and spacious. Having 2 bathrooms was a huge plus, has all amenities you would need. Only a 2 minute stroll from the nearest and well stocked Spar and from the sea front. Thank you June and David for an amazing villa and for the great communication. We'll be back!

Excellent

From start of our holiday to end this villa was excellent. Place was spotless inside and out swimming pool was like our own personal pool as we were the only ones to use it when there pool man was there 3 times that we saw in the week cleaning. Decor was very appealing, David was very quick to reply to my queries and lovely to met him aswell. Will definitely love to come back.

A great villa, everything it said on the tin, fully equipped kitchen, great showers with loads of hot water, nice spacious bedrooms and lounge area, lovely and cool inside, no need for A/c, patio area is lovely and is cover in shade all day, all patio equipment was perfect, pool is nice, well maintained and cleaned every other day, loved the town and even the walk back up the hill, the electric scooters are a great addition to the sea front, if you have kids, recommend you take a trip down the the airport and watch the planes come in. Highly recommend this villa and I most definitely will return.

Clean villa with good amenities

Overall good experience. The property was 5 mins walk from the beach but the main beach of Playa Grande was a 30 min walk away. Amenities were good but instructions on how to use the TV need seriously updating ! The pool at the villa complex is not heated and was really cold so unable to use it in Jan/Feb. When we had an issue David was quick to respond and provide help. Overall a good experience, it was just the weather that could have been better !!

lovely patio with furniture but dirty villa

rubbish tv changed over channel n it would disconnect so internet would go off lovely patio n furniture sun all day on patio beds not too bad bathrooms very dated kitchen dated n dirty very uncomfortable furniture owner needs to do a whole refurb n invest in a good house keeper coz very dirty perfect location good to have a washing machine other reviews have shocked me this villa is not worth the money owner charges

initially disappointed as when booking the advert was of number 9, we thought we were getting this property, actually we got number 10 with no pool view. saying this on reflection number was better as not overlooked. This complex is for residents only, unfortunately other people renting had invited loads of friends around and the pool was completely full, so unable to use. this needs to be addressed for future bookings, we would like to return in the future with issues addressed. Thank you David for letting us stay

Very quiet relaxing location

Nice location, just a few minutes walk from the main area of the resort. Accommodation was nice, although I found the double bed to be too soft, also felt a bit small but maybe because we have a kingsize at home. We didn't get a mid week maid service and therefore no change of towels or top up of toilet paper. I bought loo roll and the change of towels would have been nice but there was only 2 of us so we managed, if there had been 4 it would have been a struggle. I didn't really use the kitchen but it seemed to have everything you would need should you wish, and what is really good is there is a good selection of things such as salt, cooking oil and herbs ect. so you don't have to start from scratch at the supermarket. Overall a nice little Villa, perfect if you are looking for a quiet chill, sunbeds could use some soft cushions, there is one which suited us but if you had 4 adult staying it may be a problem.

A Great location and property

We are regular visitors to Puerto del Carmen and have tried various accommodation over the years and I can honestly say this property is one of the best we've used. 10 minute walk from the very start of the strip (Spoons end) the walk up to the location from the front nowhere near as steep as it can be if you are staying more centrally. The property itself was an ideal size with a double bedroom and another with 2 singles (noticed a fold up bed and a cot stored n the wardrobe if you need extra beds). plenty of wardrobe space, 2 good sized bathrooms 1 with bath and shower, well equipped kitchen, comfortable living area. Utility room with washer, iron and ironing board, another door out to a secure area to hang washing. A great little home from home. Plenty of room on the patio area for sun loungers and a very short walk to the communal pool, a lot of the people on the complex seem to live there so the pool area is very quiet with only the property next door and ourselves actually using the pool the entire time we were there, the pool is a quiet relaxing area (great for adults not ideal if you have kids who want to play in the pool but its not that kind of setting anyway). The property was very clean and the one tiny issue we had with a door lock was resolved immediately (1 email and a local fella attended and sorted within no time at all). Overall I would recommend this property to someone who wants a nice relaxing base to explore the resort, will book here again
