Denna vackra moderna lägenhet med 1 sovrum är färdig till en hög standard med allt du behöver. Det ligger i tropiska, välskötta trädgårdar och 2 minuters promenad till stranden. En 10 minuters promenad tar dig till de många restauranger, butiker och former av nattliv du kan begära. Den lokala stormarknaden ligger 2 minuters promenad bort. Lägenheten har nyligen renoverats och erbjuder ett helt nytt fullt utrustat kök med ugn och spis, kyl och frys.
Komplexet ligger nära San Antonio Hotel i ett lugnt komplex. På komplexet finns två pooler och med ett gott utbud av solstolar och parasoller gör detta det till ett perfekt läge för en avkopplande semester. Med flygplatsen bara en 10 minuters resa med bil och alla Lanzarotes största turistattraktioner inom bekvämt räckhåll är detta verkligen det perfekta boendet för en fantastisk semester. Lägenheten har allt du behöver inklusive ett duschrum med duschkabin, hårtork och tvättmaskin. Köket är fullt utrustat med ugn, spis, kylskåp. frys och mikrovågsugn. En 40-tums smart-tv på väggen, plus en DVD med filmer för din njutning. NU MED PRIVAT WIFI - avgift som ska betalas.

Excellent apartment

Loved our stay, everything as described, fabulous location as we know the area well.Full size cooker a bonus although I didn’t use it….like to eat out. Toast was my strength a few times lol. Fans a bonus and didn’t use the air conditioning unit so can’t comment.Such a friendly little place and other guests/owners were lovely. Would definitely return, thank you.

We have just returned from staying at Clare’s apartment for 3 weeks. Have been previously, a few years ago and loved the improvements. It’s very well equipped and my husband and I love the complex and the location near Pocillos beach.

Great apartment

My daughter and I stayed in Claire’s apartment for 10 days. It was a home from home. It was spotless and had everything in it that you would have needed. Great pool area and everyone was very friendly. It was also very close to the beach and shops. Would definitely stay in it again.

The property was spotless clean bed was really comfortable the apartments had everything we needed and the fly screen on door and window was brilliant giving us a through draft with no flies getting in. Would love to stay in number 14 again

Very good facilities and some very good restaurants and bars close by.

Apartment was clean and tidy, and the access to both the park and the property were very simple to use. Feel that twin beds would be more comfortable due to the heat. Unfortunately the ceiling lighting in the bedroom was not working, but the fan was.

Great two week stay

We stayed in Claire’s apartment for 13 nights. Great apartment in a lovely and convenient location. There is everything in the apartment that you could possibly need for your holiday. The complex is very friendly and well looked after. The Pool Is very deep but lovely for a cooling swim, there are always plenty of sunbeds whatever time of day you choose to sit outside.

Apartment 14 is in the centre of the complex. It has lovely views towards the sea and is sunny all day. There was everything in the apartment that we needed. We book it each January for that essential winter break.

Short break to Lanzarote

Wow, a great four days spent at this very well equipped apartment. Great location to explore all areas of the resort. The complex has a lovely pool and plenty of sun beds to use. Apartment was perfect and well equipped with everything you will ever need. I can see myself going back year after year. 😁😁

Nice location in a well kept complex

Small compact apartment that has been refurbished nicely but could do with some updating here and there since refurbishment, such as the chairs on the patio the seats of which are small, short and uncomfortable. The bed linen and pillows could do with renewing also.Tv! Live BBC, ITV, channels were mostly unobtainable. Otherwise a very pleasant stay in a nice apartment in a pleasant complex with a nice pool and poolside and we look forward to returning in February.

Great find.

Gorgeous apartment everything you need is there and more. There was also a supply of wax melts with tea lights which is a lovely extra. Stayed in apartment 16 last year and this one is so much better. Complex is lovely and quiet maybe too quiet for some but for me it was perfect. Clare answered any questions within 5 minutes of contact. All in all a great 10 days spent here. If only the weather could have been better.

Quality Apartment

I am generally reluctant to leave a review when I find a quality apartment - cause everyone will book it and then it won’t be available next time. I’m making an exception this time around because a good review is thoroughly deserved. I’ve stayed in many privately owned apartments but when it comes to the cliche “well equipped “, this tops the lot. Very peaceful and relaxing complex in a good location. Highly recommended

Excellent-ish

We had a lovely week in the property. It was spotless and anything you need was there, even things I wasn’t expecting like sun chairs for the beach. There is one thing that would make us think twice about returning, that is no AC.. It was quite difficult to sleep at night with the heat & leaving windows & door open cause noise issues.

Apartment suited our need although it did seem a little “ tired”.Bedroom light not working and extension cable for bedside light not long enough to stretch to window side of the bedroom.These things were not reported because of a previous occupant who had an oven problem which was reported but no action was taken

Varför värden valde detta boende

I bought this property in June 2015 after staying on the complex a few times. The apartment has been completely refurbished and modernised with all new furniture and appliances, lots of hard work and lots of love.

Bedrooms: Queen size bed & modern fitted mirrored wardrobes, a safe is fitted for your valuables.
Bathrooms: Luxurious shower-room with walk-in shower, hairdryer and washing machine.
Kitchen: Brand New April 2019 inc. oven, hob, fridge, freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster and all the crockery, cutlery and utensils you need for a self-catering break.
Living area: In the lounge is a large sofa. A 40" Smart TV on the wall with Firestick. A DVD player and a number of movies.
Cleaning/towels/linen: All bed linen, bath towels are provided. The property is cleaned for every new arrival. An additional mid-stay clean and linen change is available on request for a small charge of £400.0.
Check in arrival time is 2pm and check out is promptly at 10am on your departure day.
