Old furniture house smelled musty

Furniture stained, splinters coming out of outdoor furniture. Only room that was nice was master bedroom. Showers had paint peeling off ceiling, roof had rust dripping on you when you wanted outside. Beautiful location, just needs an updated furniture (same furniture from 1975 pictures when house sold) Property manager came by and said they have new outdoor furniture on order . Would not recommend we paid for 2 weeks left after 1 week.

This is an excellent place

It is basically all true: a private lane to a remote beach; ocean and beach views; clean house; pool; small hot tub (not too hot, but we did not bother trying to increase temp); beautiful and expansive master suite; lovely open common areas on main floor; central air; high-end appliances; two sets of washers and dryers (one set in master); sauna in master; electronic/remote-operated shades; great residential neighborhood; away from high-rises (neighbors are single or two-family houses); lighthouse nearby adds charm; AMAZING PROPERTY MANAGER--so responsive and generous with his time and he supplied a few household items that we ran out of (dishwasher and laundry detergent, for example, and lightbulbs). Igor the manager made a great house even better! Worth noting that of the three guest bedrooms, only one is ensuite. There is a full hall bath that the other two (small) guest rooms share. Smallest guest bedroom does not have TV (the other two guest bedrooms do). There is a lovely, large full bath out of the way near the laundry room that could be used if the two guest bedroom occupants did not want to share the bathroom outside the bedrooms' door. Also a half bath on main level. Nice feature is master is separated from guest bedrooms. Whole Foods, Publix, and other stores only a 5-7-minute drive. If we go back to the area, we will try to stay here again!

Spectacular!!!*******

It's simply the most amazing trip we've ever been on. Ivan the property manager is amazing and went above and beyond the call of duty for us because I was definitely an annoying guest that was about to arrive. Shortly before our arrival I had read a less than perfect review and got worried. Well actually kind of went nuts. Boy was that review wrong! The home was total luxury the house and pool was immaculate. The house is so modern kind of like a 'smart house' my entire family of 9 people were in heaven. Step out the back door and there's the beach right there with turtle tracks every morning. Look to the left and you see the beautiful lighthouse within walking distance. It's just minutes from the downtown Pompano beach Pier and tiki huts! Igor brought in a brand new mini freezer in case we needed more ice! What?! He went above and beyond. When we got there one smoke alarm battery was low and beeping, one phone call and a workman was out to the property to reset it. A pool boy came weekly. The salt water pool was refreshing and clean! Just not enough words for how amazing the house the people and the surrounding area was. We will be back. I owe a debt of gratitude to Igor and certainly the property owners who have a most spectacular home. Thank you!!!!

Great beach getaway with additional guests

Great access to the beach in a quiet neighborhood. Accommodations were for the most part comfortable for a group of friends, although one of the beds is quite worn and listing is a little deceiving in that there are 5 full baths but one of them is downstairs in the basement away from the bedrooms. Would have nightly visitors when we returned from dinner to bugs in the kitchen!!

Pompano Beach House

We had a wonderful time in this house. When we arrived it was very clean and well stocked. We were blown away by how beautiful the home is and the stunning view. We've stayed in many beach houses but this one stands out for it's uniqueness, size and amenities. I felt spoiled the entire time we were there. We made a trip to Fort Lauderdale to take a Eco Boat ride on the intracoastal waterway; I highly recommend that. Then had lunch at Boathouse which was great. We also recommend visiting Butterfly World. Cafe Brie is wonderful for breakfast! And we enjoyed beachfront dining at JB's on the Beach. If you are making a trip to Pompano Beach you'll love staying in this home.

Very disappointed with the property, there was roaches in the kitchen & one of the bathrooms. Property mgr. said he will send someone on Monday, nobody showed up on Monday. The pool was green, on Thursday someone went to clean the pool. We checked in Saturday to Saturday. The ice maker was not working, we had to buy ice. Someone showed up Friday to install a new ice maker, we left on Saturday and the new ice maker was not working. The glass door on one of the bathrooms was loose from the bottom, very dangerous, same bathroom tub was clogged. We paid almost $8,000.00 for the week.
