Very Satisfied

The place was clean and as advertised. The little extras, such as cleaning supplies, extra paper supplies, was much appreciated. Other than the fact that it can be difficult to get to, I have now complaints and would recommend it to anyone. We enjoyed our stay.

Awesome vacation

We had a great family time renting this house. The house was very clean, spaces, nice decor, and well stacked. Beds were super comfy!!! Backyard was beautiful day and night, we used it every day. It was easy to get around in the neighborhood. Pompano Beach was like a 15 minute ride. We've been renting vacation homes for 14 years and this was the first ever home with a welcome chocolate, vine, bottled water and some seltzer. There was shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toilet paper, paper towel, dishwasher pods, garbage bags... etc. more than enough for our whole weekly stay. We just had to get grocery. It was very easy to get in touch with Mirka, she is an excellent host who makes your vacation even better. We would definitely visit again. Thank you for having us.

Beautiful Waterfront Home Perfect for Boaters & Families

We had an amazing experience at Mirka’s home. Mirka met us at the house to check in and let us check in a couple hours early since the house was ready. 😍 the pool was beautiful, although still a little cold. And the dock was perfect for our boat!!! Pete brought us a hose for the boat and they were quick to get back to us if we had a question. The house was perfect for our family’s visit. We brought our 7 month old and I now know to ask about baby things... they had a high chair and a walker in the garage and I brought both. 🤣 altogether it was a beautiful vacation!!! We will definitely be staying again!!!

Great home for our family

This was a perfect house for our family while we visited many of the sites and beaches of south Florida. It was in a great neighborhood and central to everything. My kids loved the pool and backyard setting as they are breakfast every morning on the patio. Mirka was very accommodating for our needs. I recommend staying at this home.

Great Family Vacation Respite!

Our staycation was so much fun due in large part to the wonderful pool and outdoor patio as well as the waterway dockage for fishing. My 11-year-old daughter and I are swimming fanatics, so we had a blast playing games in and around the backyard pool area. The only surprise was the pool temp. Freezing, unheated! My husband and daughter brought their poles and thoroughly enjoyed reeling in fish after fish. (Catch and release, of course.) The interior of the home is spacious and the beds were incredibly comfortable. Bathrooms were a bit small and had some flaws but were manageable. Overall, this rental home met our needs, and all three of us truly enjoyed our time here. Many thanks to a very welcoming hostess.

Fantastic Week!

We had an amazing week at this property and would definitely rent it again. Mirka met us at the house when we checked in and went through the house with us. The property was immaculately clean and having the pool just out the backdoor was worth it! Mirka made everything very easy. This was one of the best family vacations ever!

Surprised and Overlooked..

Meet and greet was a nice touch. Villa was well presented and generally lived up to the billing. However, the building work next door should had been communicated to us. We only found out by a review from the guest before us. This said, it does effect your privacy and the daily noise of nail guns, saws etc: Potentially a good villa but if you are looking for piece and quiet c/w privacy, you will not get that for the next 12 months approx: Patio area need levelling out ( too many trip hazards, brickwork). Villa could do with a few more sunloungers as well, only two.

Nice Getaway

The house is very nice. We enjoyed fishing off the dock and being on the canal to kayak. The neighbor right across the way from the back dock was very nice and even offered up His kayaks since we are a big family. Mirka, the owner of the property was very sweet. The only downside was that they are doing construction right next door and the noise wasn’t that pleasant when you are trying to relax by the pool :( but other than that it was great.

Beautiful house with a great back porch

The perfect Fort Lauderdale area oasis

We needed a place to decompress after our cruise and we found it here! Clean, comfortable, luxurious, and quiet! For those who like the finer things in life. We spent one night at another VRBO for $50 less and it was NOT worth the savings. Pay a little more and know with confidence you will get a clean pool, and guaranteed comfort. Clean, great location, unresponsive owner

The location and cleanliness was great. Bedrooms weee very nice. In order to book, the owner was difficult to contact in regards to questions about the property. Owner was not flexible with requests. Owner did not communicate access to property until I contacted them. Checking in the owner did not have the property ready and was late to provide access to it. That makes a big difference when you are booking a week stay. Pool was not heated.

Very nice place

We have appreciated Mirka hospitality, she was there waiting for us when we came in, very easy to get in touch with. The house was exactly like the pictures and was very clean when we came in.
