We loved our stay! We were in town for tennis tournaments and this house was perfect and so close to the beach. Vance greeted us even though we arrived after midnight. We will definately be back!

We had a nice time. Vance was very accommodating and hospitable. He even was nice enough to mail us some items back to us as it was left in error. Nice place...loved the pool and great location. There were iguanas near the pool and that was cool to see. We cant wait to come back again in the future. The kids talk anout how much fun they had! Thanks again Vance. Highly recommend...

Great place to stay. Great location. Close to everything. 5 min walk to beach, 12 minute drive to FAU. Tons of beach chairs and towels available. Host was great and easy to communicate with. Plenty of room for our family. We enjoyed our stay. Thank you!

Great location

Right across the street from the beach, and the private pool is exactly what we wanted. Plenty of food options in walking distance. Vance was a great host and helped with anything we needed. Even bought and put together a beach wagon for us before arrival. Definitely recommend!

Boca beach stay more like Fort Lauderdale lodging

Thank goodness for the prime location because this townhome was so poorly kept up that it reminded me of a fraternity house. The downstairs bedrooms were too crowded with multiple sized beds, dressers with broken drawers, dust & dirt everywhere, mold in the shower. There were no toiletries, paper towels, cleaning supplies, extra toilet paper, dish soap, etc.. The upstairs balcony was filthy. The pool photos are deceiving - it's not really behind the townhouse; it's outside the owners' house which is very strange. Luckily we had good weather and spent most days at the beach.

Great Beach Getaway for Family

Very nice property. Beach is just across the street! House is comfortable and well furnished. We enjoyed the patio and pool area. Manager/owner was very helpful and available.

Great location

Great location. Lyft/Uber close to all the places we wanted to go. Beach a block away. Really enjoyed the back patio with my morning coffee and the upper balcony with my evening drink. Wonderful stay and great host.

Can't say enough about the location. This was a great spot for kids as we enjoyed the beach, pool and ice cream shop right out the back door. We will definitely consider another family vacay to this property.

Wonderful host and property

We had a great time, the host is amazing and probably the best one we’ve had, the house is steps from the beach and restaurants and equipped with all one could need. Highly recommended for families or group of friends, very spacious and well maintained house including the pool.

Great Location!

My husband and I and our dog had a wonderful stay at this property. Vance (owner and property manager) lives just behind the house and was very receptive to all our needs. He was very warm and accepting to our large, nervous lab that barked at him whenever he came near. The location is just half a block from the beach and boardwalk and the yard was very private. House was spacious enough to welcome family when they decided to come visit last minute. Highly recommend!

Great vacation for large family!

This house was perfect for our recent family vacation. Location is steps from a beautiful beach, playground and shops. House is roomy with great space both indoors and outdoors. Host is so extremely responsive - couldn’t have been better! Anything we needed was immediately addressed with a simple text message. Highly recommend this house for a family vacation!

Great property!

We were 2 families traveling with 6 children. I think the owner really undersells this property. Our kids loved the pool in the backyard (it’s listed as a shared pool but it’s just the owner that shares it.) the property is right across the street from the beach, a really short walk and there’s also some really nice walking paths across the street. There are a few restaurants within walking distance also. The property owner was really nice and helpful. The property itself is great, we had plenty of room for all of us!

Easy Family Vacation

Vance made our family vacation exceptional. From the communication before our trip all the way to our check out. We loved the personal tour at check in. Vance even worked so well with our flight times. Vacationing with our two adult children is very important to us and everyone having their own space is top of the list. The townhouse is so roomy, well-stocked, and steps to the beach. There were beach chairs, umbrellas, towels ready for us. Plenty of space. Everything worked well-I loved the vanity in the master to get ready. The upper level outside space is where we hung out the most. We came to be on the beach, relax together and enjoy local food. The kitchen was well-stocked to make meals there also. Vance made us feel like family, he had anything we needed in an instant, he even sent us weather reports, restaurants, things to do. Do not hesitate to book-this place is awesome. Thank you Vance
