Välkommen till vårt vackra hem i Cape-stil, en kort promenad till stranden 18th Avenue i Belmar, NJ. Vi har ett mycket bekvämt hem - med alla de bästa funktionerna: Dubbel bred veranda för morgonkaffe, parkering utanför gatan (inget krångel - upp till 3 bilar), en inhägnad skuggig trädgård, utomhusbord, grill (kol och gas) ), skjul och ett måste för de långa stranddagarna - en utomhusdusch !! Tyst, vänlig cul-de-sac street. Vi är husdjursvänliga, så du kan planera att ta med dina husdjur till en shore på semester! Observera att 4 - strandpass ingår.

Det finns 3 sovrum och två bäddsoffor: en drottning på nedervåningen, en drottning på övervåningen, två tvillingar på övervåningen och två bäddsoffor i lekrummet. Vi har nya sängkläder och handdukar och erbjuder badhanddukar också. Använd gärna allt i skjulet: flottar, sandleksaker, strandstolar, pack-n-play, barnvagn.

Vi hoppas göra din vistelse så bekväm som möjligt, så att du kan koppla av och göra några minnen från sommardagens strandstränder!

Tyvärr inga proms eller hyresgäster yngre än 26 år. För vinterhyror från 1 oktober till 30 april accepterar vi vanligtvis längre månadsuthyrning.

Excellent stay

We’ve stayed at many places and this is at the top of the list! Great location near lakes and ocean, pickleball courts, train station, and restaurants, and the house itself was very clean, comfy, and spacious. The communication with owners was terrific - quick responses to questions and helpful tips - since this was our first time in the area.

Lovely home!

It was such a pleasure staying in this wonderful home! We enjoyed a long weekend and loved the close access to Lake Cuomo and the ocean nearby. David and Cat were quick to respond to any questions we had and we had no issues with our stay. Hope to rent here again soon!

Great family destination!

We stayed here with our family (including a toddler, baby, and dog) and we all had a great time! The fenced yard was perfect for us, and they had all the beach gear you could want! It’s a great house in a nice location. We would definitely return.

Belmar Beach Stay

My family and I had such a nice time staying at this charming home. The neighborhood was friendly and the house so clean! I particularly enjoyed using the outdoor shower each day and having a nice pasta dinner and coffee! on the porch with the family. I sure hope to return soon!

Lovely house and amenities

We enjoyed our stay so much! The house is well kept with all the necessary amenities provided. We enjoyed the comfy L-shaped couch on the rainy days watching the Olympics and the outdoor porch as well. Walked and biked to the beach - great beach location with lots of places to eat nearby.

Such a wonderful place to stay and amazing hosts! There was a challenge during our stay but the hosts quickly answered and helped us out. They were incredible. I can’t recommend this place enough :) can’t wait to come back!

3rd stay !

I love this house ! 3rd time here - we usually come up annually to visit family and friends. You can walk to the beach, walk down Main Street for coffee or a variety of places to eat, there is a 7/11 near by, a grocery store right down the street, and they have the most dog friendly house I’ve ever used as a Vrbo. All that plus easy, direct, and kind communication from the owners. The house is always clean and stocked so well, and we noticed quite a few upgrades this year as well. All this to say, out of all the places we have traveled with our pups, this is by far the absolute best and the only one we return to every year.

Lovely weekend at the Shore

Had an amazing long weekend at this cute bungalow. David and Cathlin were the perfect hosts. They were communicative and made check-in and check-out super easy. The property was stocked with anything you could possibly need and the neighborhood was quiet and relaxing. Would definitely book again!

Perfect location for family beach gathering.

Our family had a wonderful experience at this great location near the quaint Belmar beach. All the extras provided at this location made it one of the easiest and most relaxing places to stay. A true vacation, the front porch was the favorite gathering place for us.

Another Amazing Time!

We've stayed multiple times in the cute, very clean and cozy Blue Bungalow in Lake Como! David and Cat are truly amazing to work with, very responsive and this Bungalow is perfect in every way! Very spacious home, Kitchen and Misty loved the fenced in yard 🐾 !! So close to everything and loved our morning sunrises and bike rides! Can't wait for next Summer! 💙

Great place on a quiet street

Another year of memories

This is our 5th year staying here. After a two year hiatus, the updates were very welcoming. The kitchen update was amazing and the addition of a dishwasher was most welcoming when you feed a crew. Everyday was a beach day. We can’t wait for next year. This house is our home for a week.

We have owned this property for 7 years, and we are dedicated to constantly improving our home for you to enjoy it! Our primary residence is only 40 minutes away from Belmar, so we are available for your questions and to address any issues should they arise during your visit.

Varför värden valde detta boende

We looked at many houses in the Belmar area before falling in love immediately with this property. It had everything on our "checklist" - 3 bedrooms, front porch, outdoor shower, off-street parking and a shady backyard. The house was built in 1920 and you can feel how solid it is. It is spacious enough inside for a large group of people to feel like they are not on top of one another. We really enjoy the front porch the most!
