Beautiful Place

We have stayed in a lot of places on our travels through the years. This is by far the all around best!! We felt right at home in our apartment. The pool area is absolutely amazing….furniture with pillows, flowers everywhere, lots of floaty toys for kids, pool towels, etc. Very relaxing after our sightseeing and hiking in the northeast Seattle area. Would definitely stay again if we return to Redmond/Bellevue/Kirkland area. Close access to expressways without the noise.

1st time in Seattle area

This condo was great. It was clean, wee equipped and in a great location. The property manager Thomy was fantastic and very responsive. If we needed anything, she was extremely helpful and very accommodating. I would definitely stay again and plan to in the future.

I would recommend

The property was exactly as advertised and in great condition. One small issue we did notice, the toilet moves around on the bathroom floor. We watched it to make sure no water was coming out of the bottom of the toilet, just odd that it isn't stationary or secured to the floor.

Just what we neeeded

The place was clean and accessible to Redmond and Microsoft. Just what we needed for our 10 day stay in the area, as we helped our son to relocate within Redmond. Thomy was very helpful. Would recommend.

Very close to Microsoft campus.

Nice clean condos. Come well equipped. Easy to get ahold of management. Quiet area. Very close to Microsoft complex. It’s right across the street. Beautiful park with beach 5 minute drive away on Lake Sammamish. Enjoyed our stay.

The second floor unit is quiet and fully furnished. It was the perfect location to launch our visit of the area and to spend time with my daughters family. I hope they add a few folding chairs on the balcony so it can be enjoyed.

This apartment is in a great location. The apartment complex was beautiful and so quiet.

It’s a prefect place to stay for 2 to 3 people. It had mostly everything we need. If you do plan to cook it is not stocked with spices or oils. Other than that is was prefect!

Very Clean and Roomy

The apartment is as described, it is setup as a corporate apartment so is stocked with everything that you could need and plenty of room available. Unfortunately the pool was closed due to COVID but it looked very inviting as a place to unwind

Great Stay

Place is nice and comfortable, close to grocery and dining (less than 2 mile). Lots of parking. Easy access to main highways. Manager was extremely helpful and was genuinely interested in you having a great stay. Would stay again.

Timberlawn Apartments

We stayed at Timberlawn apartments from August 26th to Sept 1 and this place is great! I love love love the location, it's not hectic like the city but your literally 15 mins from anything! The price per night compared to hotels is something you can't beat. If your looking for something different than a hotel don't pass Timberlawn up, management is awesome and really do make sure you have everything you could need. They are very hospitable and complex is full of nice residents. We will definitely be staying here when we return to Seattle.

Great Apartment Rental!

I stayed in a 2 bedroom, 2 bath (1 en suite) ground floor apartment unit with my husband and 16 year old son in mid-July 2012. My son took a programming course at Digipen and it was very convenient. We loved the apartment! It was pleasantly decorated, very clean, spacious and filled with thoughtful details and extras. Joanie and her wonderful team do their best to maintain and to provide the fine touches that make a place special, such as soft throw blankets. The customer service is excellent and the complex is very well-run. There was a nice washer and dryer unit and a lovely patio to sit out on. The area is very quiet and leafy, with lots of lovely flowers planted and in pots around the grounds and on the patio. Very pleasant and peaceful. There is also a nice swimming pool. The town of Redmond is very pleasant and there are many good restaurants, grocery stores and shopping nearby. Our 3 favorite restaurants were Sage (wonderful Italian) and The Matador for Mexican and Iyara for Thai. There is Marymere park nearby for walks, jogging, etc. Be sure to visit the waterfront town of Kirkland. The apartment complex is very conveniently located. We had a car but there is bus service right by the apartments if needed. The bed was very comfortable and there were plenty of towels and blankets. There is not any air conditioning but we never needed it. There are fans in case it does warm up and I believe there is also heat, though we didn't use that either. The kitchen was well-equipped and if you need anything, you can ask the lovely manager, Joanie, and she will do her best to provide it. I had asked for extra pillows and a few items for the kitchen and she made sure that they were there for me on arrival. Shampoo and soap are also provided. Payment, check-in and check-out were very easy and you can pay with a credit card. The grounds and apartments are very well maintained, pristine and pleasant. The only negative was some typical apartment noise from the upstairs tenants but that is to be expected and it didn't mar the experience in any way. We would most definitely want to stay again in the future and, in fact, we may do so again this summer while my son takes another Digipen course. I would highly recommend this lovely apartment to anyone who is in the Redmond area. The price is very reasonable and the apartment is even nicer than the photos! Thanks Joanie and crew for a wonderful stay and hope to see you again this summer!

Peaceful and Convenient, with all the Comforts of Home!

Great location in the Microsoft area! Easy access to freeway and many superb restaurants on the Eastside and in Seattle. As previous visitors have indicated this apartment is spotless, well-appointed and extraordinarily comfortable. It was wonderful to have access to covered parking, wireless internet, and a washer and dryer in the apartment. Many thanks to Manager Joanie for the warm welcome and wonderful hospitality. Will definitely be back!

What a great place to stay! We stayed in the 2 bedroom/2 bath. The apartment was clean, spacious quiet and close to Microsoft. We asked for extra pillows, towels and even a blow dryer and the apartment mgr was accomodating and so nice.They have a pool and there were fresh towels available at the pool. Great customer service. Will definitely stay there next year. Thanks Joanie for making our stay so comfortable!

great place to stay :)

Much roomier and comfier than the pictures had led me to believe - manager was friendly and accommodating and its handy to buses to Bellevue and Seattle, and is literally across the road from Microsoft. Great place and would love to come back someday

Close to everything in the Puget Sound

We checked in late in the evening and everything was perfect! Spotless. The attention to detail was great. There was a pad of paper and a pen by each phone. The directions of how to use the internet and the TV were easy to follow. My wife cooked for another couple and the kitchen had everything she needed. We walked to the bus stop to go down town Seattle. Much easier than driving. Will stay there every time we are in the Seattle area. Perfect!

Timberlawn Apartments is a 40 unit complex with most of the units given over to executive suites used by the local industries for incoming staff and visiting clients from over seas. The landscape is fully mature and the area is quiet and even though across the street from the East Campus of Microsoft it feels almost rural.

I live on the property myself which means any concerns are fixed promptly but each suite is completely private so unless you come to the office you are left completely alone. The property borders a little wild green belt so there are many birds, squirrels and rabbits and such around and in the grounds. The landscaping is very mature and if you are lucky enough to come in the spring and summer there are flowers everywhere.

The explosion of the software industry has made the road out front too busy but after 6 pm or so the traffic is gone and it's a truly quiet property.

Varför värden valde detta boende

Timberlawn has been the home away from home to people from all over the world. The only thing you need add is food and a tooth brush. ;) We are blocks away from the interstate highways but still a pleasant walk to the parks or shopping. Less than 2 miles either way to Crossroads Mall or Redmond Town Center.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

One of the things we do that most do not is we come in and do housekeeping every other week. We change the sheets and towels, dust, sweep, vacuum, etc.etc. So if you are the typical too busy person with so much to do, your home away from home stays a pleasant and comfortable place to relax at the end of the day.
