Family retreat

The house had everything we needed, including pool toys. While it was too hot outside to enjoy the firepit, we certainly enjoyed watching the Olympics from the swimming pool. The tv/firepit gazebo is a really nice extra --- as are all the games. Thank you for everything.

This house is Gorgeous so many amenities!

I had a really fun time by the pool and a really nice barbecue with my family and we got to enjoy some outside television, which was great!

BETTER THAN A RESORT

We had a fantastic time. The home is perfect. Clean cozy and lots of beautiful natural light. White sheets made me smile! Lots of comfortable seating. plenty of games to play for all ages Very private. great walking neighborhood. PERFECT PLACE!!! WE WILL BE BACK!

Fun in the sun

We loved staying here for a cozy quarantine girls weekend. The pool was warm and we had a great time cooking at home, going for walks around the neighborhood and just hanging out by the pool!

Our first VRBO experience did not disappoint!

We had a really great stay! The hosts are extremely helpful and very responsive to any issues/questions etc. that we had both before the trip and during our stay. The house is stocked with all the essentials and this made it easy for us who had 3 little ones with us. The pool is awesome! My kids enjoyed so much. We would definitely not hesitate to stay here again. Thank you to Todd and Amber for a wonderful stay!!

Great spot!

We really enjoyed our short stay at this house. For an extra fee, we had the pool heated and it was worth every penny! Our kids really enjoyed swimming and using all the floaties they have available. Beds were comfortable and the set up was great for a family or group of friends/couples. Todd was great with communication, responded quickly and was happy to answer all of our questions. The house was a short drive to grocery stores, restaurants, parks and nature preserves. Would definitely recommend this property!

Loved Our Stay and our Hosts

We truly enjoyed this house. It's very comfortable, the back yard with the pool and pergola is superb, and it has all the amenities you would look for in a rental. The location is great and the neighborhood is quiet. Our hosts, Amber and Todd, were absolutely fantastic. They were more than responsive to any requests we had and are super friendly. They really made us feel that we were valued guests in their home. We have stayed in a lot of rental properties over the years and they just may have been our favorite hosts! We would highly recommend this house to anyone who is considering a visit to the Phoenix area!

Home away from home...

We arrived very late on our first night and after a long trip desperately wanted a drink, but everything was closed. Lo and behold a bottle of red wine awaited at the house. The house is cleans a warm. The rooms are spacious and plenty of room to move around. The shuffleboard court saw lots od action as did the pool and backyard. We did some re-arranging and put the table and chairs from the front porch into the backyard so we could have a nice outdoor family Sunday/Daytona 500 dinner. Todd and Amber thought of everything, like even having toiletries in the bathroom that you can't bring on the airplane, like toothpaste and shampoo. There was plenty of cooking supplies. And the beds are beyond comfortable...I forgot to check the mattress and pillow brand because I swore I was going to order the same for my self when I returned home! Would 100% stay there again....I miss it already.

Best outdoor space EVER! Nicely equipped home inside.

We spent a week soaking up the Arizona sunshine with our 18-month-old daughter and my husband's parents. Escaping the Minnesota cold, we were happy to spend pretty much every minute outside in the beautiful backyard or walking the neighborhood to nearby parks and trails. The location of this home is PERFECT. We made what felt like daily trips to Target pickup for groceries or things we needed, and it was convenient to have so much shopping (Target, WalMart, Costco, etc.) only a few minutes away. We were also only a few minutes away from Phoenix Mountain Preserve hiking trails - a perfect combo of amenities for our Phoenix vacation. The guys golfed once at the course a few minutes away - StoneCreek and the 500 Club a little further away. We got out for a date night and had fun at Casey's Sports Complex with mini golf and batting cages and enjoyed outdoor seating at Culinary Dropout. We girls relaxed for a day at Spa LaMar Scottsdale. The home had absolutely everything we could need for our weeklong stay with a toddler. The high chair and pack and play were great perks to have in the home. The three bedrooms were great for two couples and a child. My only recommendation would be new box springs for the two bedrooms at the back of the home. It was SO noisy that every little move made noise and was disturbing to sleep. The master bedroom mattress is probably due for a replacement - it sinks drastically to the middle, which meant my husband and I spent a lot of unintended time rolling into each other at night lol. We made the best of it, but really would have made for a 100% satisfactory stay if the beds had been a little more comfy/less noisy. Sleep is such a crucial part of a terrific vacation :) That's my only constructive criticism for an otherwise PERFECT stay in this home. We literally spent 12+ hours a day outside. We ate breakfast in the sunshine out front, lunch under the shade of the pergola out back, and happy hour, dinner and dessert around the fire table at night. The heated pool was incredible - we spent hours floating and enjoying the February Arizona sunshine. Even the "cool" day or two we spent in the hot tub-like pool! Communication was stellar, the home was immaculate and we felt so welcomed from the moment we walked in the door. You won't be disappointed if you stay in this home - it truly is an outdoor oasis anyone would be lucky to enjoy!

Loved everything about it! Amber ran over extra towels and floaties. House immaculate. Pool Perfection. Bathrooms well appointed. Linens very clean. Plenty of pool towels. Kitchen had everything we needed. Loved the lights above the pool and pergola. Crazy amount of variety of birds! We looked for a very long time to find a place between my conference at Hilton Tapatito and Spring Training. This was smack in the middle. Close to shopping and lots of food choices. One of the few pools that was heated. Thank you so much!

Awesome Arizona Pool House

Perfect vacation rental for our family of 4. The house had everything we needed! The heated pool/backyard hangout area was so much fun. Central location perfect for all our adventures but honestly hard to leave the house since it was so awesome. The best VRBO we have had yet!

Excellent property

The outdoor space is awesome! We loved sitting by the fire pit at night. Beds are comfortable and linens are soft. Owners were very responsive. It’s in a quiet neighborhood and in between GCU and Scottsdale (about a 20 min drive to each).
