Restaurant Leadership Conference

2nd year in a row we stayed here. Great location for anyone attending a conference at JW Marriott but looking to stay off property. Location is well stocked and had a great pool with a back yard oasis that’s great for starting the day and ending the night.

Amazing Property

Location, cleanliness, amenities…this property owner thinks of everything from a forgotten toiletry, games, pool floats, candles etc. You can easily get to everything-hiking, shopping, Sedona to Old Town.

Great Business Stat

Was in town for a conference at JW Marriott. Chose to stay off property with three other colllesgues. The space was great, well stocked and extremely convenient to JW Desert Ridge. We will definitely be back.

Beautiful stay

My wife and I my daughter family and the grand kids were in Phoenix for a family reunion we needed a place to have dinner the night before the family reunion. I called the homeowner to see if I could have a few people over for a barbecue she was more than open to that. I would recommend this place to anybody the accommodations were amazing and it fit all our needs the cooperation with the homeowner was outstanding thank you so much the Mounce family enjoyed their stay

Escaping Winter

Nice place to stay! The owner is quick to reply to any questions we had about the house and the happenings in area. The house appears to be newly furnished and well kept. The outdoor patio makes for a nice place for morning coffee and provides shade for the heat of the day. The water feature is a nice touch in the pool. It's close proximity to 101 and 51 made travel easy. Would definitely stay in this unit again!

The house was absolutely perfect....from the decor, cleanliness, beautiful pool , down to the high quality soap and cleaning products left for visitor use. What a pleasant surprise to not have to provide your own shampoos or body wash! I hope to be able to stay here again on my next trip to AZ.

Wonderful stay

We have rented in Phoenix for 10 years. This was the best stocked property. Lots of towels, bedding and great pots and pans for cooking. She even left fresh ground coffee in the freezer! There was a box of toiletries in case one was forgotten. Shyann responded quickly to any concerns we raised. We hope to stay here again next year.

We highly recommend this area also for ease of walking to some of the best restaurants, entertainment, shopping, and JW Marriott Revive Spa and 2 golf courses.
