➤ The property is equipped with a Minut noise alert monitoring system to uphold compliance with neighborhood noise regulations. This system does not record sounds or conversations; it only monitors noise levels measured in decibels.
➤Please note that the air conditioning should not be set lower than 70°F, as running it too low can cause the system to freeze or malfunction.
➤ Please keep in mind that I am not responsible for any packages you order to the unit.
➤ IMPORTANT NOTE FOR 1 WEEK STAY OR LONGER: Toilet paper, garbage bags, and basic toiletries will be provided for the guests at the beginning of the stay. It will then be the guest's responsibility to provide for these for the remainder of their stay.
