SUMMARY
Casa Galeria is a beautifully remodeled getaway located in a private nook in the South Capitol district just south of Santa Fe’s famous Plaza. This historic area is just a hop, skip, and a jump from Vinaigrette, The Farmer’s Market, Radish and Rye, Chomp, Restaurant Martin, The River Walk, the Railyard and the Plaza. The home is stunningly decorated and includes many standout aesthetic features including hand-carved wood beams and antique carved wood doors.

LIVING AREA
The living area is centered around the shepherd’s style wood-burning fireplace and features a smart TV. This is a perfect setting for gathering with a small group for an atmospheric and intimate evening.

KITCHEN AND DINING
The finely appointed kitchen is built around the eye-catching farmhouse sink and features high-end designer appliances, perfect for a discerning chef. The stackable laundry is conveniently tucked away in the kitchen.

BED AND BATH
The luxury bedroom has a beautiful skylight (with remote-controlled blinds if you want to sleep past the sunrise!) above its king bed. The ensuite bath is beautifully decorated with inlaid rope-carved wood, India sink basin and contemporary glass shower.

OUTDOOR SPACE
The patio is truly enchanting. It includes a luxurious hot tub, two easy-to-turn-wall heaters for year-round comfort, a gas grill, and a gorgeous xeriscape garden and flagstone pathway. Ample seating is provided in either the shade of the portal, or underneath New Mexico’s world-famous sunshine and starlight.

Comfortable Casita

My wife and I spent four nights at this very comfortable casita near the heart of Santa Fe. Both spotless and cozy, this well maintained property was perfect for a mini getaway. During our stay, I inadvertently lost the key while hiking, and the hosts were quick to mobilize and get us a replacement key. They were very gracious and pleasant to interact with. I would happily stay here again.

Very cozy and relaxing! The courtyard is wonderful and you close enough to walk to most attractions! Hosts communication was easy and quick. Would stay again!

Obsessed

My husband and I stayed here for our "mini-moon" in Santa Fe after our wedding. It was perfect. A perfectly relaxing spot for two. I did not want to leave. We could walk to anywhere we wanted to go, (but rented bikes anyway - shoutout to the Broken Spoke.) Got in the hot tub every night, hung out by the firepit, and had dinner on the patio. Perfect. I cannot wait to come back and stay again.

Beautiful property, great location!

We had a wonderful stay at this property! It is conveniently located and spotlessly clean. We enjoyed the well maintained hot tub and the beautifully decorated home. There was a well appointed kitchen that was a joy to use and a very comfy bed with a sweet skylight above. I would recommend this property to anyone in a heartbeat!

Perfect retreat

This is a lovely property with expansive outdoor space including a dining table, adirondack chairs and hot tub. The house is located in a quiet residential neighborhood a short walk to downtown Santa Fe. The owners were incredibly responsive to the few questions we asked. Great value.

Beautiful casita in Santa Fe

We LOVED this darling, well appointed, and beautifully decorated casita! The one draw back is that there is a large sky light right above the bed, so if you want to sleep past dawn, you are out of luck. Otherwise, the casita and the warm and inviting courtyard are just precious!

Great place!

We loved this cute little house! It was very clean and set up with the best amenities. Our one and only complaint was the neighbors parking directly in front of the entry gate and halfway up on the curb. Obviously not the property owners fault, but I thought it was worth mentioning for people who may have more than one vehicle to park as the driveway isn’t very big. We will definitely be back!

Wonderful Santa Fe Cottage

Lovely little launching point. We were out most days and ate out at wonderful restaurants so I didn’t need the kitchen for much. Which is very small so the less you need it for the better. The location was great, easy to get around with our rental car. The house is simple and non cluttered with nice touches, and all the basics needed, but its not like home with all the extra available. Hope that’s an accurate review. We had a very positive experience and excellent communication. Bed was very comfortable and the bathroom had a great walk in shower, which wasn’t shown in the pictures.

My first VRBO critique

We've used VRBO across the USA. This is my first criticism. Scheduling and payment were fine. Check-in was a disaster. The lockbox was broken, we tried to contact Two Casitas, they emailed a wrong phone number. In my email to them, while standing outside, them told us the backup key was in the sprinkler system. My main concern was getting in/out of the house. The main door could only be locked/unlocked by the house key. Unlocking from inside with a key in a fire situation would be disastrous. A courtyard/bedroom door had a new deadbolt lock that was almost impossible to open, the backup key didn't work. All fixable. We are traveling in the Spring, and would like a VRBO response back before we commit. Has our $89 damage protection fee been refunded?

Great Stay in Santa Fe for a couple

This property was perfect for us. We stayed 3 nights. It is a very nice property - very clean, very comfortable, well stocked, great location and definitely as advertised. We will absolutely stay here again if we come to Santa Fe. It is an easy 1 mile walk to the downtown plaza for restaurants and shopping. We spent a day exploring Bandelier National Park and then had an early dinner at Gabriels on the way back. It was great to utilize the washer and dryer after a day of hiking. Highly recommend, perfect for a couple.

Best VRBO Ever!

This is absolutely the best VRBO property we have stayed in! Seriously, the property was perfect in every detail. Well equipped, perfect walkable location to the best of Santa Fe, great neighborhood, and great host. The enclosed front court yard was a real highlight, tastefully done, and everything worked (fire pit, hot tub, lighting). If you are a couple looking for the perfect spot - quiet, private but in the heart of beautiful Sante Fe, stay here. You will not be disappointed!
