Circa 1885 Àr ett vackert renoverat, historiskt hus med öppen planlösning i centrala Santa Fe, bara nÄgra kvarter frÄn City Plaza, Canyon Road, Railyard District, museer, konserthus och NM State Capitol Building. Hemmet Àr rymligt med 11'-12 'högt i tak som vÀlkomnar i det vackra Santa Fe-ljuset, ett modernt komplett kök med diskmaskin och gasbrett, en kiva vedeldad spis för mysiga kvÀllar och en privat portal (veranda) för soliga eftermiddagar . Den massiva adobe-vÀggen som delar bostadsomrÄdet frÄn sovrummet och badet sparades kÀrleksfullt, förstÀrktes och gipsades som ett skulpturellt hyllning till husets arv. What a wonderful casita! The owners have thought of everything, and were so easy to communicate with. The home is spotless, quiet but centrally located, beautiful furnishings and just a lovely home away from home. Thank you so much for such a perfect getaway!

The house was perfect! It was in a great location close to the railyard, Canyon Road and the Plaza, all in walking distance. Great restaurants and grocery all in walking distances. The host was great and had wine, cheese and crackers when we arrived. The house was equipped with everything we needed. Will definitely would stay there again.

Location is great and home is lovely and clean. Upon arrival there was wine, cheese, crackers and beer. Very nice touch for those traveling. Rental provides shampoo, conditioner and soap. Kitchen has coffee, milk, tea, spices, and oil. Nice to not have to buy these things if you are only staying a few days. Will return on our next visit to Santa Fe.

I spoke with both Mr and Mrs Owner and both were just as pleasant and classy as Circa 1885. We offered to buy it but they politely declined. Thank you for a great stay.

Everything about this property was perfect! Location, parking, ease of walking to places near the square. The farmers market was across the street.This renovated historic home had everything you needed for a wonderful time in Santa Fe The host were very accommodating and made everything special. We had a wonderful time. I really appreciated the detailed driving directions as well as the checkin information. A few things to note:[1] For us older folks, ADA bars in the bathroom and shower would be very helpful. [2] The gas fireplace really doesn't put out any real heat. Last couple of nights got kinda chilly. [3] We know and understood that the front door was new, but it really took some effort to open & close.

Convenient and Cute!

Husband and I visit Santa Fe frequently and this is our favorite place to stay. The home is small, but all we need as a couple. Without being right on the square, the location can't be beat. We always walk to our favorite spots near the plaza or in the railyard. No more than 10 minutes to get there. June 2025 was our second stay here and we would absolutely do it again.

Perfect Retreat

I was here by myself for a photography workshop. This turned out to be a perfect place for me to relax at the end of the day, to get wherever I needed to go -- the Plaza, food, my classes. It was comfortable, my hosts were gracious and responsive, and best of all, it had that Santa Fe feel I was looking for.

Week in Santa Fe

We came to celebrate some friends’ anniversary and found this location to be ideal for visiting the Capitol building, historic Santa Fe, the plaza and the Rail Yard district. The vacation rental was very clean and included helpful amenities.

Anniversary trip

We really enjoyed our stay at Circa 1885! The location was ideal, walking distance to the Plaza and the Railyard area! There is a really great Farmers market in the Railyard Saturdays. The unit was super cute and perfect for two people. We really appreciated the drinks and snacks upon arrival! Don’t hesitate to book here!

Wonderful accommodation

This warm and charming dwelling sustained us during our Santa Fe visit, our home away from home. We loved the location because we could walk to everything that mattered to us: museums, shops, restaurants, and even Canyon Road art galleries... And there was ample parking so we could spend some days traveling to the sites near Santa Fe and not worry about where we would park upon our return. Linda and Lance were so easy to work with and so accessible to us when we had questions. They made our visit very special. Thank you!

Short Visit to Santa Fe

As advertised. Very pleasant for two. There for 3 nights. Easy walking to downtown/Plaza and Railyard District. Property manager very responsive. Had question about fireplace. Issue solved with text/telephone call, but manager ready to come in person. Great bakery for breakfast a block away.
