Hurricane Update: This condo was not damaged in the hurricanes! We'd love to accommodate you. The heated pool and elevator are both operational. On December 31st, 2024, John's Pass Village announced that 90% of their restaurants and stores have opened for business. Our area is recovering little by little every day!

Madeira Bay Resort #309 is a two bedroom, two bathroom condo with a private balcony. The master bedroom has a king size bed and the second has a full size bunk bed. Sleeper sofa in the living room. Amenities include a full kitchen, washer and dryer in unit, and free Wi-Fi. This condo is pet friendly with restrictions ($150 non refundable pet fee). DOGS ONLY - cats not permitted. One parking pass provided.

Madeira Bay Resort is a few short blocks from John's Pass Village and Boardwalk offering waterfront dining, shopping and water sport rentals. Very easy access to the beach, which located just across the street. The property offers a heated swimming pool and Jacuzzi, fitness room and 24/7 front desk reception.

The resort was in a great location, close to the beach and John's pass. It had everything we needed for the week. Our experience overall was great. There were just a few minor things that could've been better. I just wanna say, the guy working in the resort office was amazing. We arrived very late at night and it was raining. We had a little trouble finding where we needed to be. I called and he stayed on the phone with me until we found the office. He even moved his truck to give us a parking spot.

Our stay in room 309 was awesome. The place was extremely clean, bright colors and was not decorated in the typical florida floral look. The beds and furniture were comfortable, the out side deck was a wonderful spot for cocktails and conversation, not to mention coffee in the morning. This place is so well equipped for the beach goers. The Master Closet has everything you need for the beach, Chairs, sand toys, umbrella and even a wagon to haul it all to the beach. You can tell the owners of this condo take great care of it.

We really enjoyed our stay, the proximity to the beach, the heated pool and hot tub. Beds were comfortable, kitchen was well stocked for food prep. It is great to have people on site from the resort if any needs would come up.

Excellent location

The location and beach couldn’t have been better. Unfortunately we had a problem with the front door lock that caused quite a bit of inconvenience. Second bedroom is very small and has no where to store clothes. Overall the location and beautiful beach were wonderful. Pool is small and always crowded.

Property is great value for money and is at good location however we were locked in bedroom from inside and door lock got stuck. It was like that for about 1.5 hours or so, also if you have two cars be ready for roadside parking.

Adequate for a quick stay

Convenient location and easy access to area. The second bedroom felt like a closet but fine for a few days. Would have liked more substantial curtains to block the sun and noise from the street. Easy walk to the beach and kitchen supplies good start.

Great condo across from Madeira Beach

Very clean property with King Bed and Queen bed bedrooms, 2 bath. Large shower in 1 bath and tub/shower in main bedroom. Very nice kitchen with awesome pans. Frig with icemaker.

Comfortable, clean and convenient to the beach!

Enjoyed our stay for a few nights at this clean and comfortable condo. Fully equipped kitchen & spacious living room for 3. Walking distance to John's Pass but we drove b/c of rain. Would return again to this property.

Great place, great location if you only have one vehicle

Nice, comfortable condo within walking distance to everything. Short walk to the beach, John’s Pass and restaurants and bars. Kitchen fully stocked if you decide to cook. There’s beach chairs and miscellaneous stuff to take to the beach. Only drawback is the limited parking. The condo sleeps 6 people but you only get one parking pass. Other vehicles will have to park off-property. The only place that allows overnight parking in Madeira that we could find is the garage at John’s Pass which was $72 per day. Note to the owner: there some minor issues that need to be addressed with the unit, but nothing that really affected our stay. - refrigerator door doesn’t close well. Had to push it to make sure it was sealed - knob for one of the stove burners did not work - towel rack and toilet paper holder in master bath needs tightening. They kept falling off - dryer makes a noise and does not dry properly Other than that, the place was perfect. Would definitely stay again.

Nice Getaway

Priced a little high for street view, but comfortable accomodations with very nice linens. Bring dish soap and sponge. Unit has 4 beach chairs, wished we knew we would not have packed. Enjoyed our getaway.

Very Relaxing!

If your looking for a relaxing spot near the beach, this is the place to stay. Very clean and spacious!! Management is great!! The only downside is the parking. If you have multiple cars coming, be sure to research and book parking ahead of time. Will definitely stay again in the future!

Very quiet, well up dated. We enjoyed our mini vacation. Only thing was bad was not enough parking parking spaces. But if I get chance I would come again.
