This two bedroom/2bath gulf front unit offers an amazing view of the beach and Gulf of Mexico. The dining room and living room area opens out to the private balcony. The updated kitchen has all modern appliances and the cabinets are filled with dishes, cookware and utensils. A coffee maker and toaster are also provided. The master bedroom has a large window that over looks the beach and a sliding door that goes out to the private balcony. the master bedroom has 2 queen beds, dresser, flat screen TV and walk- in closet furnish the room. The master bath has a beautiful walk in shower. The guest bedroom has 2 double beds, chest of drawers and wall closet. Bed linens and bath towels are provided for up to 6 guests in the condo. As a guest of John's Pass Condo's you will have access to our office services such as printing boarding passes and sending and receiving faxes as well as receive and send mail from our office. Our friendly staff will do their best to accommodate any requests or concerns you may have during your vacation. Please come and enjoy the beautiful beach and soothing warm breezes as well as the local attractions which include John's Pass Village and Boardwalk with its many shops, cafes, restaurants and fishing charters directly across the street from our condos. Coin operated washers and dryers are located on each floor. This is a non- smoking accommodation.

This property has a great location but has several problems. I realize they just went through two hurricanes in the past six months, but for starters parking was chaos because the numbers for parking spots are not there some you could barely see.

Bad condo / Nice view

Condo was dirty , furniture, vents, floors all dirty. Closets are packed with junk and unusable. Plus the closet doors don’t work. Unusable kitchen utensils and no silverware. Old carpet . You can hear noise from other condos. I would have rated this condo a 0 but that wasn’t an option . The view and pool is great

Great View!

We loved the location and the view from this property. We had a little challenge with the key code as we’re not provided the proper code and the unit was unlocked when we arrived. The blinds facing the beach view were broken and could not be fully closed. But despite these inconveniences we really enjoyed our stay.

Price Point Does not Match Unit

Location was great. This unit needs some investment by owner. Patio and window shades are broken and missing slates. Musty smell, Main TV remotes inoperative (informed unit mgr no one came to fix). Coffee maker needs replaced (disgusting dirty). Ceiling fans would be beneficial for unit. During stay elevator broke for 32 hrs. Not a fan of the managing company (communication not what I call Idea)

Good location, dirty floors, dated

Nice location but floors were very dirty. Place is pretty rundown. Broken doors, hole in wall. Could not get in at arrival. Code did not work so had to contact VRBO to get help. Required a new code. Limited parking. Nothing about this in property description.

Great Location

Enjoyed our stay. We loved the beach view from the bedroom and balcony and proximity to John's Pass. The pool was also very nice and close to the beach.

Very enjoyable

Clean property. A/C worked great! Close to johns pass, shopping, restaurants, beach. Definitely would book again. The only complaint I would have(which is a very small complaint) there’s only 1 elevator and it’s slow. Nothing to ruin a trip over! My family had an excellent time.

Location.

The beds and pillows are awful! The out door furniture was upgraded. Be warned, there is no beach equipment. My back is screaming today. The beach is pretty, sand gets hot. Had people smoking cigs and pot so outdoor was not perfect at night. Check in was a little confusing as I had 2 different numbers. Parking not under cover. Great location for John's pass!

Great location

Wonderful location. Enjoyed John’s pass for fishing. Pool area is great and relaxing. Condo is in need of lots of repair. Blinds in both bedrooms need replaced. All the closet doors are broke and will not open and close. The kitchen could use a nice size skillet and pizza pan. A general restock of utensils such as spatulas would be nice. The window in the master needs to be resealed. There was a whistle that was very annoying and would wake you up when it was windy. Overall location was perfect for us and we did enjoy our stay. The small fixes if addressed would make the stay much nicer.

This property continues to need to improve in the cleanliness department.

The floors were not vacuumed, the solid service flooring was not washed, thr bathroom walls were not cleaned. No pot holders and only 1 ripped dish towel. No broom and dust pan. Not enough garbage bags as it had to be emptied daily due to gnats.

The Girls Madeira Beach Getaway

The location was perfect and just what we wanted. Directly on the beach with plenty of restaurants and shopping within walking distance. Unfortunately, the condo unit was very disappointing. When we first arrived, one of the closet doors came of the track and the glass top table on the beachside balcony was wobbly and very unstable. The master bathroom shower had a large clump of long, dark hair on the tiled wall and the spare towel and wash cloth under the master bathroom sink had mice feces on it. The furniture and bedding in the guest bedroom were outdated and lackluster. When I called the office and explained our concerns, they were quick to get the handyman out and he arrived within thirty minutes and fixed the table and the closet door. When I showed him the hair and the towels under the sink, he took a picture of both and told us housekeeping would be out to take care of that. That was Sunday morning. Housekeeping never arrived on Sunday, nor Monday. We left Tuesday morning and the hair and mice feces were still there. With the price we paid to stay at this unit, and what we paid for the cleaning fee, we were very disappointed and will not be returning to this particular unit.

Great Location.. Outdated Condo

This condo has an excellent location. Very close to the beach and right across the road from St. John's Pass. It also has a great pool area. The room itself was run down and outdated. The closet doors where torn off in the second bedroom, the carpets were musty and dirty, the appliances in the kitchen were dirty and old, and the bedding was stained. The building itself is old and outdated and laid out oddly. The room did have some chairs and beach items on the deck that was nice and helpful. I would stay here again after the room was renovated.

Needs work

Didn’t get elevator code, wrong room code, no lights in 2nd bedroom, flies all over kitchen area, no water pressure in kitchen, floors haven’t been cleaned in weeks, large burner didn’t work on stove. Terrible experience, would not recommend or stay again.

Escape from reality

The location was perfect.Transpatation was almost right at the front door.Due to the bus route,once you park your cars you don't have to use them till you leave. The shops, the resturants were right accross the street.Every morning you can sit out in the balcony and watch the sun rise with a perfect God given view of His awesome ocean masterpiece. Now the reality.The rooms were just so so as far as being clean.The master bathroom with the smell like a dirty mop very stinky, plus the blood drops on floor ,then the unmatched and missing blinds,The torn Lamp shade, the dust on TV stand, the sand on balcony from people before us,the love seat that swallows you whole,the rusted refrigerator door,let me just say D- is being kind.The rest of the place was okay. If I were a teacher I would mark the rest of the cleaning of the condo a C-. Location: A+ Ocean view A+ Shopping A+ Flowers when you walk in A+ Staff the day of our arrival and Sunday morning A (Problem with Sunday nights staff They never returned any of my phone calls) F- We pay good money and we should treat the condo with respect but it should be reciprocated. Thats my 2 cents

Would return to Sandy shores-location was what I was looking for!

The rooms were very spacious but really needs updating. It smelled very musty as soon as we walked in. The closet in one of the bedrooms was really bad with the musty smell, the lighting in the bedroom was horrible, I had to put another lamp in there from the living room. We had to go buy some plug ins just to cover up the smell throughout the place. Also the refrigerator door was all rusted. The view was amazing but this condo could use an extreme makeover!
