Lovely Water View Condo, Top Floor, Steps to Beach

The condo is located on the top floor of the building, providing expansive views of the intracoatal waterways of Madeira Beach and beyond. You will enter through an interior hallway, opening to an open concept kitchen and living space with the balcony straight ahead. The kitchen to the left is equipped with items you need to cook a meal at the condo, though you may not need to with all the dining options within walking distance! To the right of the living space is the guest bedroom, which features a twin bed with another twin trundle bed. Right next door is the guest bath with stand up shower, easy access from the bedroom or main living space. Down a hall at the back of the condo is the master suite, complete with a full bath, door to balcony and a king size bed. From this room you also can enjoy a view of the intracoastal water.

Guests have access to a pool and hot tub that is shared between guests of Madeira Bay Resort, as well as a well equipped gym which is in the building adjacent to ours.

Beach access is right across the street from our building and there is a safe crosswalk for you to cross located right downstairs. You are also walking distance from the John's Pass Boardwalk, which has tons of restaurants, shops and things to do. It is a great spot for water activities and there are tons of rentals in the area from boat slips to jet skis and charters.

Entry to our space is secured with an electronic lock, set with a unique code just for you.

Madeira Beach is a beach town full of activities and attractions, along with our nationally renowned beach. This condo building is in heart of it all. It is directly across from the beach, with easy access within a 2-3 minute walk, a block from John's Pass Boardwalk and walking distance to dozens of restaurants. There are a ton of marinas and watersports in the area as well, you can rent jet ski's, boats, charter fishing boats, dolphin tours or parasailing. If you want something laid back, do not be concerned! You can relax on the beach or enjoy the peaceful views of the marina from your private balcony.

This condo is walking distance to almost everything Madeira Beach has to offer. There is one parking spot included, but they are strict about only allowing one car. If you need to park an extra car, there are multiple paid garages and lots in the area. Uber/Lyft are easily accessible here, so if you choose not to rent a car you should be just fine. The furthest thing is the grocery store at 1-2 miles distance, though many grocery delivery services are also available.

- The responsible party booking and staying at this condo must be 22 years or older.
- The condo is not designed for partying, but rather a relaxing vacation destination. We expect guests to treat the home with respect and leave everything in the condition it was found in. Any damage should be reported upon check-in.
- Towels and linens are for normal use - not for dying hair, removing makeup, cleaning up spills, etc.
Please Note House Rules! By booking this home, you are agreeing to the following rules:

Guests must be 24 years of age or older to book and stay at this property.

Maximum Occupancy 6 persons within the home at any time.

No Parties! No Gatherings!

No illegal substances allowed on the premises, including recreational cannabis.

No Smoking! Smoking is prohibited inside the home and anywhere on the premises.

Quiet Hours 10PM to 8PM. We ask that you respect our neighbors as this is a family friendly resort community. Be mindful and respectful of others at all times.

- Linens are provided at the unit, as well as a starting supply of essentials such as toilet paper and paper towels. Additional supplies must be purchased by guests.

- Linens and bath towels are for normal indoor use, please do not use them to remove makeup, dye hair, take to beach, etc.

- Guests are responsible for removing all personal belongings upon check-out. We cannot be held liable for any items left behind.

- Parking Pass is issued for a Standard private passenger vehicles - 1 only NO other vehicles.

- No laundry or towels to be hung on balcony or any public visible area.

- This is a completely no smoking property, there is no smoking inside OR on balcony

- Do not place hot items on the countertops or use them as a cutting board, the surface can be damaged

- Cleaners will clean the unit upon checkout, however we ask that guests do the dishes and take out the trash before leaving, this prevents pests and odors and to do the dishes.

- We are also a pet friendly condo though we only accept a dog (1 maximum) and there is a one time pet fee of $150. Please note: any damage caused by your pup will be charged accordingly.
