Please note that we have a valid business license to January 2025 so the new BC Legislation does not affect our condo. We have also included a photo of our license with the photos.

Come stay in the middle of it all downtown Victoria. Enjoy the top floor 1-bedroom suite with a view, a restful sleep in your Queen size bed away from bright light and noise, and free secure parking.

Quick getaway

Perfect spot nestled in downtown Victoria where my partner and I were able to walk to everything! Lots of cool restaurants and breweries nearby too!

Amazing location and great place!

The location cannot be beat and the apartment was well appointed and clean. You can walk EVERYWHERE from here. The only negative was the hide a bed. It was a super cheap couch with the pull out cushions. It was not comfortable as a couch and even worse as a bed. Something to keep in mind if you are traveling with others who need a separate sleeping space.

Amazing condo downtown Victoria

Excellent Place to stay!

Other than a minor miscommunication about access, I found the whole experience at this place excellent! The apartment was very clean and perfectly equipped with everything I needed to be comfortable! The location was perfect, close to everything and the covered parking was appreciated. And the view from the patio was exceptional! I will ber back to this place, soon!

Clean and Convenient

We had an excellent stay! The property was immaculate and we loved the security of underground parking. The location was so convenient - within walking distance of many things and close to transit if we wanted to use that. The only hiccup happened when we arrived. We were supposed to go up to the room to get the FOB, but the elevator doesn't operate without the FOB... Luckily another resident/guest used their FOB and we were able to get up to the condo. Otherwise, we had a great stay and would definitely come again. Thank you!

We chose this property because it truly is in the heart of downtown Victoria. You can feel safe parking your vehicle in the secured underground parking, and walk everywhere. Being on the top floor reduces so much of the frustrations that come with living under others, and the sunsets during certain times of the year are magical.
