It is a perfect location with a perfect walk score. Steps to the harbor, parliament buildings and overlooking the famous Fairmont Chateau. Convivence is at your fingertips with restaurants and convenience stores located in the building. Victoria has something for everyone and it is magical. This is retreat living, a cozy, inviting space that invites you to have fun in whatever you choose to do. High speed internet space is available and a separate quiet work space if you have work to do. We love our fur babies and pets are welcome as long as they are under 25 pounds (due to Strata rules). We can provide a play pen as well if requested. Both bedrooms are equipped with new King Beds and the living room has a new Crate & Barrel Queen Sofa Bed which ensures comfortability for everyone. The kitchen is equipped for cooking. The pool is seasonal and the hot tub is open all year around. Underground parking included. Rare find: Nose blocking windows put in, in bedrooms for sound sleep.

Fabulous location!

Property host is extremely helpful and responsive! Beds were comfy, view was nice! Walkable to The Empress Hotel and all of the lovely and lively restaurants and shops in the central Government Street.

Fabulous location

My friend and I wanted a girls trip for our birthdays and this checked all the boxes. We each had our own bedroom and bathroom, and we could just walk out the door and find restaurants and shops and everything else we needed. The kitchen was well appointed for cooking (grocery store within easy walking distance) and the view with the great corner windows was perfect.Bathroom needs washcloths and the main could use shelves for holding make up etc, but none of it affected our enjoyment. We hope to return! Thank you Deborah.

Great stay in downtown Victoria

We loved everything about our stay in downtown Victoria. We took the Clipper up from Seattle, and we were within walking distance of the port, the Empress Hotel, and lots of great restaurants. The apartment had everything we needed, and the wrap around view in the front room was stunning. The Property Manager Deborah was responsive and communicative every step of the way. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

In the heart of Victoria, walking distance to so many attractions. Easy check-in/out. Corner unit. Deborah responded right away. Would book this plsce again.

Attractive condo in a convenient location

The condo is attractive and very clean. The location is convenient to destinations and good restaurants. So it is on a busy street. Communication with our contact was minimal. The system for check-in and check-out didn't run well.

Great place to stay

The place is secure, clean and in a great location. Perfect for a family needing multiple rooms and space. Wonderful balcony that wraps around the building with privacy. Excellent communication from the host.

Wedding Stay

Our immediate family gathered in Victoria for one of our sons' weddings. We chose this VRBO because of its proximity, and we were pleased with our choice. Overall, the place was clean, except for the kitchen and hall floors, which collected dust and dirt from having windows open. Unusually hot and humid weather challenged the central air system, so evening sleeping was a bit warm at times. Other than that, we loved the condo, had excellent communication from the host, and had everything we needed to make the stay the right choice.

Great location and comfortable stay

The condo is very well located. The beds and bedding were so comfortable (even the pull out bed!) Host is very communicative and accommodating. Definitely recommended this VRBO!

Location Location Location

How fortunare we were to have one of the best locations in Victoria. We we able to walk to anywhere in Victoria Centre for shopping, site seeing, restaurants, pubs and walking. Our condo was exactly as advertised very comfortable, well stocked with supplies and security fantastic. Loved the safety of the building and parkade. We would definitely rent again.
