Egenhaltig övre svit ligger några steg från Cordova Bay Beach och Beach House Restaurant. Sviten är fristående och på övervåningen i vårt hus. Det finns utsikt över havet, San Juan Island och Mount Baker. Sviten inklusive däck är över 800 kvadratfot. Det stora sovrummet har en queen size-säng, skåp och garderober och har svepande havsutsikt. Ett privat tvättrum ligger bredvid sovrummet och har en djup badkar och dusch. Sviten har ett stort vardagsrum med tv och köket är fullt utrustat med privat däck entré med havsutsikt. Det finns kaffe, te och några grunder. Det finns plats för upp till två gäster i sviten med en stor Ikea futon i vardagsrummet för extra sovplats. Huvudentrén vid främre entré. Båda ingångarna erbjuder kodade dörrlås för din integritet. Det finns vikstolar och extra strandhanddukar för att du ska njuta av stranden. Det finns en grill, utomhusbord och stolar och plats för förvaring på gården. Området är livligt under dagen och lugnt och avkopplande på kvällen. Om du firar en speciell händelse eller reser till området av en speciell anledning, var god och fråga oss.

Cordova Bay-området är känt för sin breda sandstrand. Det finns tillgång till cykelleder, skogsvandringar, butikerna på Mattick's Farm och Red Barns livsmedelsbutik och Cordova Bay Golf Course är en 1 km promenad från hemmet också. Ett lokalt vandringsområde är Mt Douglas som erbjuder spår och ett vackert visningsområde på toppen av kullen. Cordova Bay ligger 15 minuters bilresa till Butchart Gardens, Victoria International Airport och Victoria Downs-området. Det finns inga hotell i detta närområde. Området besöks av turister och lokalbefolkningen året runt. Om du har rest till Victoria innan och letar efter att bo i ett område som ligger nära Victoria men utanför misshandlad sökvägen är detta platsen.

This was lovely place across the street from a quiet beach on Cordova Bay. The accommodation is very clean and nicely equipped and we enjoyed our time there. It was about a 20 minute drive to Victoria or the Butchart Gardens and there were numerous wineries, cideries and breweries for folks in our group who love that sort of thing. Our hosts were most responsive and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Very spacious, immaculate, quite a good view of cordova bay. No restaurants within easy reach so prepare accordingly. I bring food that I can heat up. About a 20 minute drive into Victoria. Suggest you take Bleckinsop rather highway 17 as picturesque route through farmland and then through Cook street village to Dallas road along oceanfront.

We loved our stay! The place was super clean, well-stocked, and had everything we needed. It was perfect for our dogs, with easy walks to the beach. The hosts were so friendly and made us feel right at home. We’d definitely stay here again!

We were very pleased with the spot. It had basically everything we needed. The location was nice - outside of Victoria, and yet central to all of the places we wanted to visit. The kitchen was well stocked with the essentials. The bed was comfortable too. We would definitely come back again.

Location, location!

As avid cyclists and walkers, the location was fantastic: A few blocks from the Lochside bike route and a 3.5 km walk to the 10 km Beaver/Elk lake walking/running path. After acitve outdoor activities, 50 steps to the seashore for feet soak! Awesome!

Life is a beach

The location was wonderful and the suite was perfect for a sisters’ holiday. Tracey and Bill are charming responsive hosts. We have stayed twice and would definitely stay again.

Great place

I really enjoyed our stay here. It was easy to check-in and our hosts were very helpful and flexible. The apartment has great views of the surrounding area and is very close to Victoria and the Butchart gardens which were the primary draw for us. The place was clean and a nice size for two people. I think a family of between 4 and 5 could comfortably stay here. But was definitely nice for two people as well. Thanks again to our hosts.

Cordova Bay

We loved the location it was central to everything and everyone we wanted to see and do. It was right across the street from Cordova Bay and the view was spectacular. We travelled with our small dog and the yard was perfect. We recieved a welcome basket and a farewell one neither were expected both were welcome. Tracy and Bill are very gracious hosts. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again or to use Vernon. Thank you.

Quiet with lots of space

We loved our stay in this beautiful community just outside of Victoria. We had lots of space and never heard sounds of the owners who live on the main floor. She was very responsive when I asked a question. Would stay here again.

Functional getaway

Enjoyed the very spacious bedroom and bathroom with everything on hand. Morning sunrises in the sitting area with tea were treasures. Kitchen layout created challenges but everything was there that was needed and more! Greatly appreciated the prompt and kind owner care.

Dog vacay in Cordova Bay

Property was perfect for a friend, myself and our two dogs. Tracey was so helpful with suggesting dog-friendly patios and outings. Even had dog towels, bowls and treats waiting for us! We so appreciated being able to bring our pets with us on our Island getaway!

Cordova Bay

Tracey and Bill we’re great hosts hardly seen or heard but available when we needed them. It was clean and the beds were comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked and they had a welcome basket with water, hot cocoa, and a few snacks that was a hit with our 15 year old. We really enjoyed our stay it was convenient to the beach access and the market had everything we needed. We would definitely return.

Very comfortable with great views and amazing sunrises!

The hosts were very welcoming and helpful, responsive to questions and offering assistance. Nothing was too much trouble. Thank you! We were very comfortable in the suite; it was well equipped, the hosts had thought of everything! (Apart from an iron 😉 but I’m sure they would have provided one if we had asked). Fluffy white towels were a treat! The location is across the road from the beach (the Beach House restaurant sadly currently closed) and there is a golf course, good restaurant, pharmacy, market, liquor store within 20 minutes walk of the accommodation. Highly recommended for a peaceful stay with easy access to local attractions and amenities.

We moved to Cordova. Bay after living in an area of VIctoria called James Bay. We love the unique beach and mature trees with west coast scenery. There are a couple miles of beach at low tide in the summer and in the winter the area can have windsurfing and dramatic waves. The immediate area offers scenic walks through trails; Mt Douglas and Doumac Park. There is also access to Lochside Trail - a bike route which bridges to the Galloping Goose trail.
