This place was nice. It was in a great location and had plenty of room and pool was great. It wasn’t as clean as most but could be because it’s pet friendly which was great to bring our two dogs.

Will stay here again

We had a wonderful time in St. George with our family. We were impressed with how big and nice the condo was. The pool and hot tubs were great. Some of the teens played pickle ball on the courts & had a great time. The condo had everything we needed. We will plan on staying again.

Awesome apartment

Aside from a problem thinking the pet fee was included in the original reservation , place was awesome for large group. The pool location was right outside the patio and all amenities were available. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Great Stay!

Pretty much everything went great with our stay. The condo was clean and plenty of room. The only issue we had was the remote for the temperature control for the main living area didn’t work…so it was a bit chilly in that area. We would definitely book this condo again!

Nice condo.

This condo has a great setup for large families or group of adults. Listing is accurate. Some stains on carpet as expected from pet friendly property, but otherwise was clean.

Great Location, some disappointment

Overall, this was an awesome place to stay. We loved the location (near bike trails and parks). There was plenty of room for our family, and we loved the heated pool, hot tub and playground. The kitchen was well-stocked. There were some things that were disappointing. The carpet was quite dirty/ stained, as were some of the couches. The beds were much too firm for comfort. There was no soap for showers, and not all of the showers had shampoo/ conditioner, so we had to make a trip to the store for that.

Spacious

If you're staying with a group or family, this is a good place. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms and a large dining table in the open kitchen. The condo complex was smaller than the others in the area which made it feel safe and quiet.

Dirty, Dirty Dirty

I was very disappointed with how dirty the unit was. I had plans to have some of my family over to grill out and visit, but because the unit was so dirty we had to make other plans. Here are just a few items that I feel were unsatisfactory. All the showers were extremely dirty. Lots of hair in drain and the stains on tile were disgusting causing an odor Bath towels were so thin and many of them were ripped. We ended up using the pool towels instead Gas Grill unusable and extremely dirty. The gas grill cover was on the ground and looks like it hasn’t been used in months There was dead bugs and lots of dirt inside the slider- The patio slider was also broken and wasn’t able to be locked causing security concerns. All windows extremely dirty dog poop wasn't cleaned up well there were cigarette butts on the patio off the master upstairs dirt and lint and dryer sheets on the floor around the washer Back patio extremely dirty with rocks and kids toys scattered Back patio table basically unusable- very dirty There was old food and some kind of bugs were crawling around in the crevices of the bottom of the couch. My family and I decided to leave a day early because of how the unit looked and smelled. I recommend that the owner perform a deep clean of the unit before renting it out again.
