Poolside Retreat # 33 är allt om plats! Ta in den fantastiska panoramautsikt över bergen som ligger i södra Utah-solen bredvid poolen på en heltäckt uteplats med inbyggd grill och kallt vatten mister eller lounge på den övre balkongen med plysch uteplats sittplatser och matsal.

Detta hem sover 17 och innehåller två stora familjerum med stora bekväma sectional soffor. Varje familjerum kan bekvämt sitta 15 personer. Köket var speciellt utformat för familjer och grupper att njuta av måltider tillsammans med tillräckligt med plats för alla vid matbordet för 12. Underbara nya bänkskivor och skåp, unika kakelgolv och utrymme för alla att koppla av och njuta av en semester i paradiset. Den täckta tillbaka uteplatsen är en fantastisk förlängning av vardagsrummet och köket. Utrustad med misters, en inbyggd grill och en lounge med eldstaden bara några steg från poolen. Vuxna kommer att njuta av avkoppling medan barnen är nära och ha kul vid poolen.

Family Reunion

This property has great rooms for all of us to have our separate bathrooms and a great kitchen so we could prepare most of our meals there for our week stay. The first night we found out the upper air conditioner was not kicking on and about 10:00 P.M. I text them and they responded immediately and were ready to come over that night but I was OK with the next day. They were over the exact time we scheduled and had it diagnosed and fixed in 20 minutes. Great response time. The rooms are all super quiet, I did not hear anybody else in the house when we were sleeping!

50th Anniversary

This was the very best choice. Our family has not had this much fun in forever! The place we stayed was large and accommodated all of comfortably. Everyone wants to make this trip again

Family trip

Great place to stay. This is our second time staying at this house. It’s the perfect location. Lots of room to hang out together or spread out throughout the house. Close to stores and restaurants. It’s a nice safe area for a family to stay and play. We hope to visit again!

A Perfect Setting

We loved our stay at Paradise Village at Zion. We stayed in the Poolside Retreat #33, which was perfect and a short walk to the park, pickleball courts, and splash pad. Harmon's grocery was also close by and very convenient. We would highly recommend Utah's Best Vacation Rentals, the staff was very helpful and they made our experience and stay perfect.

Beautiful well equipped poolside home.

This home is spacious and well designed. It was perfect for our staff retreat. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking. There are two gathering areas with TV's and the dining area has a large table and plenty of seating. Brilliantly located next to the pool.

Family Together Again.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: A great stay. The property was clean and ready upon our arrival. We had plenty of room for our extended family. We cooked every meal in a well stocked kitchen, used the pool towels, washer and dryer, bikes, BBQ grill, and gas fireplace. This is a great unit to be together as a family, and have your own space too. We had Tuachan tickets, and this is a great location for that activity.

Great house, great location, very comfortable

We loved everything about the layout of this house. It was clean and easy to get in. The communication with the property manager was great! It was perfect for family, friends and our dog. Great open space inside for playing card games and spending time together. Plus being so close to the pool was awesome for the kids. Our only complaints: 1. As previously mentioned, the dishwasher didn't work so we had to hand wash everything 2. There was a flood in the upstairs bathroom that leaked into the kitchen, but we called the management team and they came over on a Saturday night to check it out 3. The igniter on the fire pit doesn't work 4. We had to fix one of the bikes but that was easy and it was really fun biking around the neighborhood and park. Overall, great experience.

Great House and Great Location

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were a family of 10 (3 generations). We so enjoyed this house and its locations not only to things in the complex (the pool, lazy river, volleyball, etc), but to nearby attractions (Snow Canyon State Park, Zion and Bryce National Parks, St George, etc). The house was clean and well laid out. Every room had its own bathroom, plus 2 powder rooms. We loved the fact that we could all sit at one table for meals. We will be hard pressed to find something equally as nice and as accommodating as this house for our next vacation. We may just have to go back again!!

Never received a key to access the pool

Beautiful home, but we had a few issues with dirty water in showers and tubs. Also we Never received a key from the property management company which was promised, so we could not access the pools. Fireplace and grill did not work either. We also did not receive check in information until 30 minutes prior to arrival which was a little stressful.

Had a good time

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a good time. Just a couple of things. The bike tires were flat. We called and they said they would have maintenance come and pump it up. They never showed. Also, there was a pair of boxer briefs left hanging in the bathroom of the bunk bed room. The grill was dirty and the tools to clean it were pretty gross. Everything else was clean and user friendly.

Not as nice as last uear

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: 2nd year we have rented 33 for The Huntsman Senior Games.I informed the staff of issues on all 3days we were there, and was told that maintenance would be out. They never showed. Slider blind missing in upstairs queen bedroom, garage remote not working, and broken chair in living room resulting in someone falling to the floor.

Utah’s Best Vacation Rental is the worst!!!!

Property was falling apart. On arrival I was required to document damages and fill out paperwork!?!?! Send emails!?!?!? What??? On my vacation! Did so to protect myself from liability. Shorted a bed bc pullout was broke. Furniture was so old uncomfortable and falling apart. Bunk beds squeaked so bad kept kids awake. Gross stained dirty old carpet. So cheap if u forgot to avoid the tack strip u’d get stabbed in the foot! Never again staying at a property through Utah’s Best Vacation Rental!!!

It was an enjoyable stay with plenty to do.

It was a great house with close proximity to the fenced pool. There were plenty of things to do and was well stocked. The upstairs Xbox didn't work properly and there was a remote missing in the west bedroom and hair in one of the sinks or tubs when we arrived. The showers need to be dusted around the top edges and marks taken off the wall on the shower of the upstairs south bedroom. The beautiful patios and upper decks needed to be dusted and wiped down. The Cubbies in the north upstairs bedroom were very dusty too. The fridge needed to be wiped out. When we called the service person about the fridge not being cold enough and the washer not working, he came quickly, promptly addressed the issues and asked if there were anything else he could do for us!

Great Views

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great home with great views and location. We had a couple families together, it was nice having the TV room space upstairs, a place for the kiddos to be. The location is nice, over looking the pool and red rock bluffs. The added extras i.e. bikes, pickleball equipment, wagon, gas fire pit etc. were an added bonus. One thing to note, not in the listing, there is a pack n' play crib available for your babies/toddlers to sleep in. Everything was great. The only negative was the pool noise, kids screaming and playing late into the night. We were there during a busy time period and have young kids. Was tough for them to get to bed as the noise was pretty loud until 10 or 11. Other than that, everything was great.

Great property, minor issues

The property is great. So is the community and it's amenities. Minor complaints are with cleaning. Property was mostly cleans but carpets badly need to be cleaned. Visible stains and feet were dirty after walking barefoot on carpets for short time. Also, cleaners didn't replace liquid hand soaps, they had all been refilled/topped off with water. Management was ok for checking in and out and questions regarding that but could have responded quicker and didn't address any questions or issues with property when told about them. The outside patio misters didn't work and we were told twice during our stay that someone would come look at it and they never came. Other than that, the property and community were awesome. Would stay here again, they just need to have the carpets cleaned and also be better at responding and following up.
