Nice Space!

The property was great. Our family really liked the property and location (near Snow Canyon, Tuacahn, etc). Pool was nice (needs more lounge chairs, though!). Beds were nice.

Overall very nice.

Just a couple of thing's. Small Bedroom patio was unusable because of the large amount of spider webs all over the furniture, windows and railings.Ice dispencer quit working the day we left. Overall great place for our large family.

Excellent Stay at Ledges

We were a group of 6 staying in St George to play softball at the Huntsman Games. The Townhouse was perfect for us and was well equipped. It is a block or so to pickle ball courts, pool and jacuzzi. We were concerned it might be too far out of town but it was very convenient to shopping and sports fields. Would definitely stay there again.

Beautiful property, clean and spacious

Great place for big family, very roomy, clean and new. We couldn’t get the DirecTV to work, but wasn’t a big deal to us. Could use some more serving bowls, but plenty of dinnerware, silverware and baking pans.

Great for families

I couldn't be more happy with the communication with the rental group. We needed an early check-in and a slightly late check-out time. They were able to accommodate our request. We all really appreciated the cleanliness of the home, and how well stocked it is. Beds were very comfortable. It was nice having an end unit, next to extra parking, close to the clubhouse. I'm sure we'll want to stay again.

Perfect basecamp for exploring

We wanted to explore Snow Canyon and have a great place to relax and play games afterwards, and this location was ideal. After a long day of hiking, exploring and scrambling we would enjoy a big meal prepared in the well stocked kitchen and then relax in the living room for a few board games while the kids played upstairs on the Xbox. Our oldest son loved the balcony and brought his telescope to look at the stars in the low light conditions. We also had a blast playing in the pool or relaxing in the huge hot tub that was SO close to the condo.

Great stay during the Huntsman games

The unit is large and spacious with 5 bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms. Everyone in our group had plenty of space. The unit was very clean. The layout and furnishings are great and the kitchen is well stocked. The pool and pickle ball courts added to our stay. One other point is that the Ledges is very close to the highway, which provides easy access. It was easy to work with the Ledges rental management. One other point is that visiting the nearby Snow Canyon State Park is a must. We would rent this unit again in a minute.

With so many beds and bathrooms is was the perfect place to get ready. The weather did not cooperate so we didn’t get to enjoy the outside patios which looked so nice! We were stuck inside but we didn’t feel stuck because there is so much room inside and many things to do. The home had everything we needed. We would love to come stay here again.

Perfect home in a beautiful location

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: If you’re looking for a home with plenty of room for multiple families to meet together in the St. George area this is it. Each bedroom has its own bathroom plus the loft area has bunk beds that sleep 8 with their own electrical outlets for phones, iPads, etc... The house is a quick 5 minute drive to St, George, but is in the perfect location if you like to run, bike or hike any of the trails outside of town. Plenty of parking for two cars in the garage as well as the driveway and extra parking directly across the street. The pool, hot tub and pickle ball court are all a stones throw from the front door. The kitchen and entertainment areas are all good size and the furniture is clean and comfortable. We will definitely be back!
