Dirty!!!

The property and location are good; unfortunately, the property was filthy. Our socks turned black from the floors. When we wiped up some spilled water, the paper towel turned black. The ceiling fan looked like it had a fur coat on. There were sunflower seeds, puzzle pieces, and dice on the living room carpet. Not good as we had a 2 year old with us. None of the game pieces were in the correct boxes. There was lipstick on one of the bathroom towels. The internet only worked half of the time that we were there. The sheets and most towels appeared to be clean but I was afraid to look too closely. We sent pictures to the property manager who said they’d let the cleaners know. Could be a nice place but it was very disappointing.

Ski Weekend

The property was in good condition overall, however, when we arrived we left a message for the property manager regarding the smell that the previous renters smoked in the house and to ask about a parking permit, but never heard back. The checkin information stated to park in the designated spot, but there was no designation for where to park and all parking required a permit, and we were not provided one. The unit was not thoroughly cleaned when we arrived. Garbage from the previous renter was in the bathroom and shower along with a used bar of soap. The ceiling fan was dripping with dust as were the kitchen cupboards. There was no hairdryer in the unit, which typically would not be a probably, but since we were skiing the first morning some of our family members had to ski with wet hair when we discovered there was no hairdryer.

Great Family Location

The condo is about midway between Breckinridge and Frisco off Highway 9. There’s a couple of hiking trailheads within walking distance. One of the main bike trails is a quarter mile away. The condo is in a very quiet neighborhood and there’s plenty of streets we walked our dogs on. You do have to walk up 3 flights of stairs, but no one is above you so it’s quiet. We think it’s a perfect location! We also used the gas grill every evening. My wife and I spent our time riding our bikes each day and walking our dogs each morning and evening and had a blast. The master bed is very comfortable. We would definitely recommend it!

Great family trip

The property net our needs. My only complaints are no screens on the patio door and window in the family room to let the breeze flow, no outdoor furniture on the deck to sit on and no blow dryers in the unit. Otherwise property was everything we needed.

Nicely Updated Unit

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this condo. The kitchen and baths were nicely-appointed and well-equipped. The beds were comfortable, and there were several entertainment options on the televisions. Since we were travelling with dogs, we were delighted to find a walking path along a stream, just across a quiet street from the condo.

Restful neighborhood.

We found everything we needed in this unit, which included a number of entertainment options. We were delighted to find a walking trail along a creek , across the quiet street. This unit was very clean, and nicely appointed. Would definitely stay again!
